'C' Form Tracking.
Dear SAP Experts,
I request you to help me out the following two issues :
1) We would like to maintain and track 'C' Forms in SAP. We issue 'C' Forms to the vendors on quarterly basis, which is presently maintained manually. We checked up J1IUN (Form Tracking but it seems to be no use)
2) While posting Excise Invoice (transaction J1IEX - Excise Invoice without PO for CENVAT Creidt) the line item for Secondary Education Cess is not displayed but in total amount this Secondary Edn Cess is included and displayed. All the GL account are correctly maintained.

I have also asked this question to SAP.they told that this is manual Entry in J1IUN.and for s your second Qes ask you ABAPER to add new field in Screen of J1IEX.it will work.

Hi, I have distributed forms via AA9 using my local email and have used the Forms Tracker to monitor responses. I recently required a rebuild of my user profile and since then Tracker has lost its link to the distributed forms files so I am no longer able to see the forms I have distributed. The actual files are still present in the original directory and all the Adobe App Data was restored correctly.
Can anybody tell me how I can re-point Tracker to the original distributed forms files.

I mean what are the master datas which are to be inco-operated with the information.
At the time of sales order where i have to enter the form information so that it should have effect in excise.
If we wanna have a report out of it is there any standard report exsiting.

You have to maintain form tracking in J1Ih t code
To access the form tracking function, from the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Indirect Taxes ® Forms Tracking ® Create/Change/Display.
For understanding purpose
Form Tracking
You use this function to record and monitor forms relating to tax concessions. You can record the forms that your customers send you against their sales orders, and those that you send to your vendors against your purchase orders.
You can also use these functions for monitoring other routine activities, for example, when you transfer money to your personal ledger account (PLA) using a TR6 challan.
Features
Forms for concessional sales tax must be submitted by the buyer after the goods have been delivered or after it has paid the invoice. In the case of interstate concessional sales tax rate sales, the concessional rate is granted against the issue of C-forms.
Exemption from excise duty may be granted by the excise authorities under certain circumstances, for example, on exports or deemed exports. In such cases, the buyer has to produce certain statutory forms to claim concessional rates of excise duty or exemptions. The exporter has to provide the vendor with proof of export (form AR3A).
If the buyer is unable to furnish the certificate at the appropriate time, material supply should be at the normal rate of sales tax or excise duty.

As per indian C form business process J1IUN will not meet the requirements.
we have to develop Z programme for this, logic is
1. Transaction one is all CST 4 % or 3 % invoices we have to store in Z table. (daily by creating Z tcode)
2. second transaction is maintain the C from numbers for respective invoice numbers ( by crating Z code)
3.develop 2 reports, one is invoices with C from numbers another one is invoices with out c form numbers.
so by sitting with u r abaper u can give above solution -

I have a requirement of form tracking, i am planning to add j1iu transaction before saving in the billing doc, my taxes are according to the tax classification of customer, if a particular classification of 'c' forms is selected, then the form tracking should get popped up and then need to fill up the form
Is this the best of doing it or give me better solutions who have already linked j1iu to the billing document.

At the time of creating Sales Order, we enter C Form or any other Tax Classification by going to Header-Billing-Alt.Type Classification .
Although you can mantain the same in Customer Master in the Billing view .
Whereas if you want to track C Forms you have to create a description in Logistic General-Tax on Goods Movement-India-Master Data-Define Form Type .
To create an entry use Tcode j1iun for the respective Sales Order consult your Abap development person to make a Z Program to track C-Forms recieved.

In SPRO > Logistics - General > Tax on Goods Movements > India > Master Data > Define Form Types > Here maintain following
Concessional Form Type - For e.g. C, D, F, H, CT3, etc...
Form Type Description
Form is required or not as per requirement
Tax classification 4 for customer (Indicates whether, during pricing, the system takes into account taxes that relate to the customer (for example, state sales taxes).
Then in J1IUN
Here click on "Sales Order" button
Enter Sales Order No and click on Create button
Now click on Add button at bottom
Now enter Delivery No, Form Type, Form No, Issue Date, Due Date, Concession %, Normal %, Receipt Date, remarks, etc...
And Save it.
You will not get any Report to view the forms, Transaction J1IUN works as report also.
You can get details from Table J_1IFRDTSO

what we can do is to develop a Z report on the same and execute it
we have done the same in our previous assignment

For forms tracking in SAP does not have any standard report or transcation
You need to enter the data using J1IUN
But you can develop report on the same as per your requirement.

Can not export data from form tracker
Hi there,
I have set up a lovely form for collecting data. It all comes into the Adobe Tracker and the Responses file fine.
What i wish to do is export data from the responses file into another format. I should be able to do it from the Export button on the left but it is 'blanked out' and does nothing if I push it. I can't find any details on here or the internet relating to this. And yes, there is data in the file to export .
Hoping you can help.
Many thanks in advance.I have the same problem but... I created two forms for two separate purposes and have had responses to both.
One of them allows me to export the data and the other does not.
Does anyone out there have an answer for this seemingly random anomoly?

Acrobat 9 PRO - Forms Tracker Question
1. When distributing a form via acrobat.com to multiple targets, can I keep email addresses confidential from individual members on the distribution list?
2. When distributing a form to multiple email addresses simultaneously, is it possible to create a distribution file for each email address on distribution (vs. just 1 file)?
3. Is there a way to create a more meaningful distribution file name than simply file + "0001"? For example, can I use information about the distribution targets (e.g. email address) to name the file?
4. Is there any tickler functionality (e.g. If I haven't heard from this person in 7 days, remind me)?I would also love answers to these questions.
Livecycle and acrobate seem pretty useless whenit comes to tracking and creating unique IDS for form distribution - they expect you to buy Livecycle ES and runa server!
Also there seems to be no documentation about the Javascript(?) that is added when you use the distribution wizard, such as the askuseridentity and askemailclient methods - You would have thought that this would be the basis for at least a tutorial! see below.

Form tracking - same form, same user, multiple times
Is there anyway to track the same form from the same user if they fill it out and submit it more than once. I get an error when I try to add the response, that says the form data has already been submitted.

Kalpana.If you revoke the RO from OIM, then user record will be deleted in target resource as well. Now if you run Target Recon the user doesnot exists in target and the resource will not be assigned to OIM. -

As rightly said you need to develop your own logic . With the help of your ABAPer, create a ZTable . Also develop a program in which u cerate a entry based on the Customer. The entries get stored in the ZTable cretaed . Then you can develop a report which can show you which C or F forms has been recieved or pending .
