Calendar to Calendar

Question

Hello, i ve got a very suprising result when i execute the following code.
(myIntValueDataBase in a database=2)
Calendar cal = Calendar.getInstance();
int myMonthValue = myIntValueDataBase - 1;
cal.set(Calendar.MONTH, myMonthValue);
SimpleDateFormat sdf = new SimpleDateFormat("MMMM");
args[0] = sdf.format(cal.getTime());
log("My ARG",args[0]);
As a matter of fact when i am on march (windows time right bottom corner), then if i execute the code my ARG become march. But i should have february...
And if my windows time right bottom corner is april, all is ok ?
Do you have an idea that will be great ; )
Does it link with a bug report (i use jre_1.3.1_07 ibm versus...)

Ok i m so confuse to try to have the bug and to explain it so bad but i found a test that make me the same error message: i Thank you to be patient with me
Please look at the windows timer at the right bottom of your desktop.(it is really important)
Put it on that day: march 31st 2005. Then execute the following code and it will appear "march".
