Can I connect my pavilion 1311el to my TV ?My TV has an Video and S-Video input.
I tried to connect by a cable adapter VGA to VIDEO and S-Video but it does not work.
I can see just lines by my TV input S-Video.

AndyI've been having this problem for weeks and have found no solution to it. There are lots of other people with this issue too if you look back on the boards. I even e-mailed AND called Apple and have had no luck. I tried all the suggestions they gave me and all the ones I found on here- nothing worked. I even uninstalled and re-installed iTunes (boy was that a pain!) and no difference.
The weird part is that I have an old laptop that works and if I buy music with the laptop I can download it with my regular computer buy buying does not work on my regular computer. That tells me it's not a connection issue. I can't get to my account either.
I can't figure out why an issue that has kept so many people from purchasing a product has been ignored! -

Search your email for the word Logic (and set the search to All) and you should find the receipt (so long as you didn't delete it)
Other than that.. simply contact Apple directly and ask.. Make sure you have your transaction details ready for them as they will need it...

Yes, it is entirely possible.
Although in most countries Apple offers an out of warranty replacement for a nominal fee. In the US it is $199 for the 4S and $149 for older generations of the iPhone. Depending on where you are, that may be an option. -

Common pop-ups include a message saying the government has seized your computer and you must pay to have it released (often called "Moneypak"), or a phony message saying that your computer has been infected, and you need to call a tech support number (sometimes claiming to be Apple) to get it resolved. First, understand that these pop-ups are not caused by a virus and your computer has not been affected. This "hijack" is limited to your web browser. Also understand that these messages are scams, so do not pay any money, call the listed number, or provide any personal information. This article will outline the solution to dismiss the pop-up.
Quit Safari
Usually, these pop-ups will not go away by either clicking "OK" or "Cancel." Furthermore, several menus in the menu bar may become disabled and show in gray, including the option to quit Safari. You will likely have to force quit Safari. To do this, press Command + option + esc, select Safari, and press Force Quit.
Relaunch Safari
If you relaunch Safari, the page will reopen. To prevent this from happening, hold down the 'Shift' key while opening Safari. This will prevent windows from the last time Safari was running from reopening.
This will not work in all cases. The shift key must be held at the right time, and in some cases, even if done correctly, the window reappears. Is there some property or application-invocation-specific refnum that when queried multiple times during the same run of the application would return the same value yet when queried during different runs of the application would return different values?
I don�t want to depend on anything that happens when a run is exited.

(Otherwise I could, in the main VI create an un-named semaphore tied to a global; the subVI could then check the global to see if the value changed, which it would between runs of the application.)

D13, thanks for these details. This an awesome clue. Are you able to connect to this Wi-Fi connection with other devices? Let's try a few steps to resolve this issue.
First, reset the network in Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network and power your device off/on.
Secondly, delete the Wi-Fi connection in Settings>Select your Wi-Fi>Forget this Network and the try to connect to that Wi-Fi again.
Lastly, try creating your Wi-Fi connection. Tap Settings>Enable Wi-Fi ON. From Choose a Network, select Other. Enter the Wi-Fi network name. Select Security. Select the Wi-Fi network type then select Other Network. Enter the Wi-Fi network password then select Join

I had no problem connecting to my network and now all of a sudden I can't connect my iPad. Instead of prompting me for a password it comes back and says unable to join the network ("name") and then the option is Dismiss. Anyone else have that problem? I've gone thru all my settings and can't seem to find a way to log into my network. Don't get the option to put in my password. It just give me the name of my network and option of dismiss instead of password.
1. Turn router off for 30 seconds and on again

Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

Can't Connect HP Pavilion Wirelessly to HP 8600 Printer
Background: I have Verizon Internet service via a ACTIONTEC M1424WR Rev. I wireless server. I successfully connected a HP OfficeJet PRO 8600 all-in-one Printer N911a to the server with contact ID 192.168.1.5. The printer works for several PCs that are in use at my house. I have a HP pavilion g7 1338dx notebook PC running Microsoft WIN 7 Home Premimum (64 bit) and wanted to connect it to the printer.
I loaded HP Office Jet Pro 8600 series disk version 28.8 on the pavilion and was unable to connect to the printer. The software is unable to find the wireless printer either while the software is loading or when I give it the ID address directly.
However, the pavilion accesses the Internet wirelessly and if I type in the ID address is able to directly access the printer and print a test page. I have tried all of the suggestions that the software has given me with no success.
