I'm assuming you can..now I don't know the prices for your area, you'll have to check around, I just did a quick web search and I'm pulling all sorts of prices up, I'd look into a repair facility near you and see what they can do for you :-) shouldn't be too expensive though! Good luck!

The new machine has Mavericks which is fine. And I will leave it as is. I don’t want anything from my old machine other than 2 apps that I will need on the new one. I want to be able to install those apps that I bought from the App Store onto my new computer. I assume Apple doesn’t want me to have the apps installed on 2 machines at the same time so I wonder if just uninstalling them from my old machine will release them for re-install on the new one.

i just bought an refurbished ipod touch online, but i shipped it to a freight forwarder to see if he could ship it to my country, the shipment got cancelled, and know i have an order standing online, but no where to ship it to. The warranty for an iPhone is not international, in case your phone needs to be serviced or checked by an Authorized Apple Service Provider, you'll have to bring it back personally to the country where it has been bought. In your case, Apple in France will not service a phone bought in the USA.

What if you can't sign in to your order from Apple Store?

I can't sign in to Apple Store with my Apple ID; I can sign in everywhere else except there.
I have a $1,151.00 order pending, and it's shown there when I enter order number, but then to make changes or correct the address (and many other things) it asks you to enter with your Apple ID. I try this but my order is not shown there.
And of course there's absolutely no email address where you can send questions for such a problem; in fact, there's not even a forum for Apple Store where you can POST a question like the one I'm posting here. (I just posted it here, in desperation, because it's iPads that are part of my order; no where else to ask such a question !!!)
Does anyone know what I could do? I cannot call the phone number because I'm out of the country. I have to do everything via email and forum postings.

Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?

I am travelling from the US to the Philippines this month and I would like to know if the iPhone 6 64GB unlocked (& contract-free) from T-Mobile which I would like to buy online from the Apple Store this week would have a charger that would be compatible with the 220V outlets there in the Philippines? would the charger that would be coming in with the box be compatible with the 220V outlets?

Nobody here on a user to user technical support forum can tell you that and we don't know what chargers are compatible with the Phillipines.
Ask Apple directly when you go into the store to purchase your iPhone 6. Also, be aware that the T-Mobile iPhone 6 is contract free, but NOT unlocked. Apple is not selling the unlocked versions of the iPhone 6 or 6+ yet in the US.

IPhone 3GS warranty if bought from Apple Store Online

I bought an iPhone 3GS (unlocked) directly from Apple.com.au (the australian apple site) while living i Australia. Recently the on/off button is not working very well, I have tried to restore to no avail...
Now I moved from Australia, taking my iPhone with me to another country (Sweden). Here they only sell the device with special plans and locked to certain operators. I do have the receipt from the purchase from the Apple store in Australia. Does this still mean I have to send it to Australia to get it fixed? After all it is unlocked and bought directly from Apple, ie no purchase a'la international-orders.com/ebay etc?
That would def. suck as the device is fairly new and it would cost me a lot in money and time to fix it. What do you think?

Apple does not have Apple stores in every country where Apple computers are sold including in every country where the iPhone is sold, the same for AppleCare, and the same for a physical location where you can ship anything to Apple. Even if you could, would you plan on shipping your iPhone to Apple unannounced without being expected?
If Apple does have an Apple store or stores in Italy, you can call an Apple store there and ask if they are willing to accept the iPhone being shipped to them by you. If not, you would need to return to the country with the iPhone to handle an exchange or repair, or ship the iPhone to someone you know in the country to handle this for you.

I recently bought a MBP 2.0 / 15-inch glossy / 80GB / 512MB / 128 VRAM that was a refurb. I bought it from an Apple Retail Store, so could see it before I bought it. You really couldn't tell it had ever been used, it was like new. However, I had a problem with the SuperDrive and was forced to return it. I now have a new MBP because of that (and th SuperDrive in week 35 models seems to have been updated.
The drive in my new model is a HL-DT-ST DVDRW GWA4080M, but the drive in my previous model (week 30 build) was a MATSHITA DVD-R UJ-857, which I believe had some problematic issues that (seemingly) have been resolved by this new drive.

They will not send it to Italy.
If you want to take possession in Singapore and ship it yourself to Italy, you could.
When it arrives in Italy, your new MacBook will be subject to VAT at its brand-new value, perhaps 17 percent of the full Retail price.
I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but this does not seem to save you any money.
