Can I park a 64GB SDEC in the Pro-Retina's SDEC slot, such as a Lexar or Sandisk, and use it as a slow drive? Will it show up like a thumb drive in a USB port?
And:
There are no Flash USB 3 thumbdrives on the Apple Store site that I can find. Will over-the-counter USB 3 thumbs from stores work? Or do they have to say Mac compatible?

So SDXC is probably not a good place to put extra videos particular to a business trip, as it may not have the speed to run them and would have to be copied over anyway? So an answer would be an external portable HD that uses USB 3.0. that can be had in stores.
What about videos on USB 3, can videos run from USB 3 thumb drives?

Yes, if the drive is formatted in Mac OS Extended (Journaled).
The USB port on the Time Capsule is under powered, so you may need use a powered USB hub with the 4 TB drive...even if it has its own power supply.

You don't want to do that by copying.
Your best bet, by far, is to use Setup Assistant. If your Mac is running Snow Leopard, see Using Setup Assistant on Snow Leopard or Leopard.

Missing in this equation were the version of Premiere Elements that you were using and the computer operating system on which it was running. But...
The deed is done. But.....Until now and after you went ahead and moved to version 12, we now learn what version of Premiere Elements you were using. We still do not know the computer operating system involved.
You just said Premiere Elements 10. Premiere Elements 10 is hit by a serious known display issue if the computer uses a NVIDIA GeForce video card/graphics card. In this issue, the only remedy is to roll back the driver version to about May 2013. The description of the problem and how to do the roll back are described in one of the Announcements at the top of this forum. What video card/graphics card does your computer use?
On another front, Adobe will be releasing a new version of Premiere Elements any day now. No one but Adobe knows the feature set for the new version. That type of information is announced at the moment of release of the new version.
So the remedy to the problem that you presented in this thread could have been...
1. Rolling back the NVIDIA GeForce driver version to about May 2013 if possible (Windows 8 or 8.1 64 bit, may not be possible)
2. Move to another version of Premiere Elements (which you did)
I offer the above for consideration so that you can review your decisions. We are pleased to learn that Premiere Elements 12/12.1 works for you.

as u can see in my block diagram(attached), i can use statistic to read the RMS value for the data but i cant's use it on the FFT Spectrum (mag-Phase).vi .

At the moment it's not possible, but you could try providing feedback to Apple here http://www.apple.com/feedback/ipad.html (this has come up a few times so you won't be the first person to request it).
An alternative if you only want your customers to have access to only one app, is to look for cases that prevent access to the home button so that they can't get access to the home screen and therefore other apps. e.g. http://www.staypad.com/photos.html is a mounted case for use on walls/tables etc (there are probably others available, that is just the first one that my search found).
