Can't access software from creative cloud-says license software???

I am a creactive cloud user, but when I try to use my software it  say "your trial has expired" I am  logged in, but the only option it gives me is "License this software" what is the deal I am VERY frustrated!

What happens when you click on "License the software"? Does the application launch or you get any activation error?
Try clicking on "License the software" and it should work fine. If not, tell us the error message.

    If you have subscribed to the creative cloud photography plan then Lightroom is included as part of that plan. You can install it from the creative cloud desktop manager.

    It usually means what it says: Your processor is not supported by CC most likely. You know, under-the-hood stuff like SSE and otehr processor acceleration architectures being missing/ too old... Those old Core2Duo Macs just fit that pattern...

    I chose to install Photoshop CS6 from Creative Cloud yesterday, but I got some errors. This morning, I try to reopen Creative cloud and it gives me information "up to date" for Photoshop CS6 application, but this application is not in my application folder. Il would like to uninstall Photoshop CS6 from creative Cloud application and reinstall it but I don't know how to do that !

    Im having the exact same issue - i got the 30days 3 triel. down loaded photoshop CC - then due to my laptop messing up i had to remove it - but in the app sectin of creative cloud its still classed as installed. . even though it's not. . now i cant reinstall it as all it says is update
    and i have done every thing in all the link people have provided, removed the OOBE files,And doing the aplicatin remover dose nothing. but the app is still their and i am unable to use photosho cc.
    worst thing ever why is their no uninstall/reinstall right on the creatice Cloude desktop app?

  • Can I install CS6 from Creative cloud and still have my existing CS5 software?

    Basically, here is the deal.  I have been working on a couple projects in CS5 but just bought CS6 creative cloud as I want to start using it.  The question I have is, can I still use CS5 to finish up these projects and install CS6 at the same time so I can start working on new ones in CS6?  Or do I need to wait and install CS6 once I am completely done with the projects that are using CS5.  I understand that CS6 would be able to open my CS5 projects, but I just want to finish in CS5 since that is what I am used to.
    Also, on a side note.  With the cloud, will I be able to install CS6 on my desktop at home and my laptop?  Thanks.

    Yes.
    CS6 installs into a separate directory to CS5 and can still be used at any time after CS6 is installed.

    Yes, each Adobe license permits a maximum of two activations. So you can install on two separate computers.

    I am on monthly creative/cloud billing on my notebook but I have an LR5 license for my desktop computer.
    I want to switch my notebook to the same license as my desktop, since I understrand that is allowed as long as I use only one at a time.

    Yes, it will be necessary for you to remove the Creative Cloud version and install the standalone version of Lightroom 5. You can use your existing serial number.

    I started a project file on the Adobe Creative Cloud and I am trying to convert the file to CS6 (as that is what all my editors have). I have all of my time codes generated in Creative Cloud and I need the easiest solution to share the file across platforms with out corrupting it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

    I am the director of the project- so I am not very technically inclined to answer these questions, but will try my best. My lead editor dropped out of the project leaving me very confused and I am trying to establish a new workflow based off of her existing project file.
    The original project was started in Adobe Creative Cloud. I am now trying to use Adobe CS6 and I am trying to figure out if we can convert a file from Creative Cloud > CS6.     I subscribed to 1 year with Adobe Creative Cloud more than a year ago. I got a discounted price of $29.99 per month instead of the normal $49.99 per month, because I qualified being that I had previously purchased and installed Adobe Creative Design Suite 4. I thought it a great idea to have all the software that the Adobe Cloud offered. A few months into that yearly subscription, I had been using Adobe Muse which was wonderful because I could actually create websites without knowing a bit of code. Yes, I was designing one site and had major difficulty and failed to publish many times. No fear, because a very king gentleman on Adobe Support named Zak did all his best and gave a great amount of attention to resolving this problem. While building that website my client lost patience with me in that I could not publish what the client wanted within reasonable time period because of all these failures in publishing and time in between each staggered resolve periods. I lost that client and ended up with a live website with a great deal of my artwork collected and established there. I decided to keep that website active if nothing more than to present it as a portfolio of sorts. Apparently, Zak, understood my disappointment with losing this client and actually provided me with a years, 12 months subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. This was wonderful for me and I accepted it graciously. So a year’s subscription proceeded month by month. Unfortunately every month I was subject to having to reaffirm the license for this yearly subscription! I began what ended up to be having to contact support each month for assistance in doing so. For without reactivating this yearly license each month I was subject to interruptions in accessing the software's usage or unable to use it at all. Major frustration...So come the nearing end of this Adobe Creative Cloud's subscription I contacted Adobe Support to voice my complaints on having to do this every month and once again get the subscription activated in order to use my software. This one support technician was giving me a difficult time for some reason and broke our telephone conversation many times as it was necessary for him to update himself with my file??? He came back to me astonished to find 12 months credit and asked me where did I acquire these freebies and on and on. He wanted proof that I had gotten these credits legally even though I reiterated the true story of benefiting from Zak's kindness. He wanted me to provide proof of the letter giving me all these credits and I told him I could and would. But he wanted to keep me on the phone for any duration until I could search my documents and find this letter and show it to him. I told him that I did not have time to search for it that moment and I could provide it later? He was really reluctant to allow this but eventually he requested I post this letter as proof onto my support ticket? Which I got around to do soon after. When posting that proof I asked to be given extra time on the subscription for being so to suspected of fraud? I asked for the hell of it a year or 2 more for Christ's sake? You know what, my support post has yet to be answered and actually I see that it was dismissed to no fault of mine. You haven't heard the most of what I went thru every month with this year’s subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. Yes, I'm pissed because now they are wanting me to spend $49.99 every month for another year’s subscription? Besides now the Creative Design Suite 4 that I had originally purchased as a full legal copy and acted to provide me with the original $29.99 discount qualification, they say is an OEM copy and does not qualify for the discount...                         As of today, Sunday, November 3rd, 2013, I'm still blocked from accessing my ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD SOFTWARE! I have submitted screenshots and whatever else to Adobe Support and have had no contact. I get a message that states it cannot go online to renew, confirm, update my subscription and therefore I can't access my software. Do you know how long this has been goping on now and how many times i've been interrupted from using this software over the last year?????

    Most of us in this forum are users who volunteer on technical issues, and not Adobe employees although they do drop in from time to time. As users we simply have no control over activation and that's why you are not getting responses.
    If you havn't done so,you might try the Muse forums and see if you can get a staff member to look into it. Have your case numbers and phone transcripts handy.
    Last option is to keep calling customer service until you get someone who will help or ask for a supervisor.

    Currently, I'd recommend converting RAW images to Jpeg in either Photoshop or Lightroom and then uploading them to Creative Cloud for working with them in Photoshop Touch. I know raw support is something our developers are considering so please add your vote here:

    How you best incorporate Photoshop Touch into your workflow is hard to say. What works best for one person may not be true for everyone. Photoshop Touch obviously doesn't have all the capabilities of its desktop counterpart but it does have the ease of use and portability of being on a tablet. Personally, I like using Photoshop Touch for editing images taken with the iPad or my iPhone for convience versus transferring to transfer to the computer, or even if I still do, I can do some of the initial edits from the tablet first. Its nice when I only have the tablet available and not a computer. For images I take with my DSLR I always do my editing in Photoshop and Lightroom. I'm able to make any adjustments on the computer much faster than on a tablet.
    If you have the option to shoot in both Jpeg and RAW that might be good option (best of both worlds). Do you have the ability to import images from the camera without using a computer - using a camera connectivity kit or something like that? My recommendation would be expermentation, test out different workflows on the tablet and see how you like it and find what works best for you.
