You can although did it not also identify a troubleshooting document for you to use? The package for support option will simply make the installation log available for Adobe employees to review. If you would like to respond with your token number I would be happy to look at the log file.
Alternately you can follow the directions listed in Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html. This is exactly the same process which I would use to review your installation log.

You can log out of your iCloud account via Settings > iCloud > Sign Out (or Delete Account if not on iOS 8), and you can then log back in with the correct id.

It's a recurring message. It's innocuous and of no concern. It is the result of the ARD installation you did. Just ignore it.

If you want an app for your Macbook use the App Store on the toolbar and you can purchase a mac version if it exists.

Go to appleid.apple.com. From there, go to Manage Apple ID. Log in and go to Password and Security. When you get to the page about answering your security questions, click on the link for Forgot My Answers. That will send an email to the rescue email address on how to reset. The tech support people can help with Playbook purchased apps. If you've called and they said they cannot, you were lied to.
Even in the link you posted, in #10, it states clearly "App Refund related matters are handled by BlackBerry Customer Care." That, my friend is accessed by the support number. Again, if you were told otherwise, you should inform them of such or ask for a manage/supervisor.
And, you don't have a "Partner ID" because you are not a "Partner". The section you're referring to applies to mobile providers, which are the Partners.
