Can't get Listener to use the Correct listener.ora file

I am on a Windows 2003 Server. I have copied the 10gR2 ORACLE_HOME from a diffent Windows 2003 server on to this one.
I want to start the Oracle Listener on this server. I have:
set TNS_ADMIN = E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\network\admin\EBIZBLK_nvciebizdbblk. In this folder is a listener.ora file.
set ORACLE_HOME = E:\oracle\product\10.2.0
This is what I get:

Message 1073 not found; No message file for product=NETWORK, facility=TNSAny time you get "Message nnn not found; No message file for product...", it means your environment is not set up correctly ... there are some environment variables that have incorrect values. Thus, it can't even find the message file to report the message associated with "Messasge nnn". No doubt because you installed by simply copying some files instead of running the installer.

The command completed successfullyLooks like the listener is running, but it has no services registered with it. So far I see no indication that it is using the wrong listener.ora, only that some incorrect environment variables are preventing it from completely reporting any problems. How many listener.ora files do you have, and where are they located?

I can't get album tracks in the correct order

The tracks in my 'favourite worst nightmare' album by arctic monkeys are in the wrong order and i can't fix it. All my other albums are fine.
The tracks are all in the correct order in windows explorer, but in itunes, they are listed 4,5,2,3,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,1
They are all by same artist, same year, same album, same genre.
When i search for the album and get it on its own, i am able to put it in correct order, but as soon as i cancel the search and view the full library, the songs go back into this dodgy order.
Any suggestions ?

I am having a similar problem with my Goo Goo Dolls album, Let Love In - I've had it for months and it has been fine but the other day it started to lose the correct order - it started with only one song but then it spread and it was so random I couldn't listen to the album (I am very particular about the order of albums) - Now it seems to only be the first song that is out of place, it is at the end BUT I have no control over changing the order anymore, something that has changed because I used to be able to do that - I haven't updated because of all the trouble everyone had with 7.2 so I have 7.1.1.5 - I HOPE that someone can help me here because I can't listen to that album anymore and I Love the Goo Goo Dolls...

How can I get Messages to show the correct time for read receipts?

Messages in Mountain Lion shows the wrong time for read receipts. For example, my iPad will show a message was read at 3:37 pm but if I open Messages on my MacBook, the read receipt shows the time that I opened the Messages app as opposed to the time the message was actually read. This is not too much of an issue if my iPad is handy, but really, shouldn't Messages on my MacBook be able to show the correct time the message was read? It syncs all the other infromation with Messages on iOs.
I should mention that if Messages is running on my MacBook when the recipient reads the message, then it does show the correct time the message was read. It's if Messages was not running and I re-launch it that the read receipt time gets mixed up.

As far as I am aware Messages marks or time stamps an iMessage at the time of receipt rather then the time you got around to reading it.
I will admit that in most cases reading and receiving as the app opens will be near enough the same time in some conversations.
Adding Time Stamps to Chat is what iChat has always done particularly with AIM based Chats.
The "Sync" in Messages is "display on all devices" and after that each iMessages is dealth with separately on each device.
There is no syncing of deleting/dimssing an iMessages or having read it on another device.

You shouldn't have to do anything at all, it should work right out of the box.
First thing to do + questions.
Open a new project, create an External MIDI track, set the track to record, start Logic recording, play a few notes with sustain pedal down/up a few times. Open Logic's LIST editor and look at the data being recorded. What are you showing for sustain pedal events? What numbers?
That will give everyone here an idea of what's going on.
Like I said.... I've never had to do anything.
Also, this could possibly be a problem with "Control Surfaces" assigning a non compatible control surface.
As a precaution delete the CS preference file.
With Logic not running:
Delete the control surfaces file.
In the Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder from the menu.
Type ~/Library/Preferences in the "Go to the folder" field. (be sure and use the ~ tilde in the path)
Press the Go button.
If you are having trouble with a control surface in Logic Pro.
then delete the com.apple.logic.pro.cs file from the preferences folder.
The file is rebuilt next time you boot Logic.

Sign out of the Apple ID on your Mac and sign in to the one you want to use. Go to System Preferences>iCloud>Sign Out
Then sign in to the Apple ID you use with your iPhone and iPad.

How can I get Mail to show the correct cc: address?

Generally, I always set Apple Mail to cc: a copy of any message I send out to me in my regular user name. For some strange reason, since I upgraded to Mavericks last year, instead of migrating my name to the cc: line in any message I send, on one of my computers some other version of my name with my college graduating class at the end of it and many spaces between my first and last name appears in the cc: line instead. What has gone wrong in this particular computer, and where is it in the preferences or other low-level files that I can fix it? I try to remove the faulty address from my list, but it keeps coming back to haunt me when next I boot up my computer. I find the file in Contacts on that computer, but for some reason I cannot delete it. Any suggestions about how to fix this problem?

My ipad is showing 7gb of storage being used on photos but there's no where near that many pictures! How do i get it to show the correct amount of storage available?

How do i get it to display the correct internal usage now that photo stream is off? I also thought that icloud used another form of storage outside of the internal storage for photos, so im not exactly sure why the photos were ever in my internal storage to begin with. Does anyone know how that happens, or how to correct this problem? Im also trying to sync my ipad with my computer hoping that'll help, but nothing so far, its just taking a long time to back up.

If you are syncing now, that may correct the incorrect storage reading - assuming that it is incorrect.
You can also try something like this. While the iPad is still connected to iTunes - but after you sync - go into the Photos Tab in iTunes and toggle setting for Sync Photos From. Uncheck the setting and then check it again. See if that affects the capacity bar to show the correct storage amount.

If you change your Apple ID you will need to sign in with the new information or password the next time you use an Apple service or feature that uses Apple ID. If you have multiple devices that use features and services that require an Apple ID, you will need to sign in again on each device.

I lost my ringtones from my phone when I upgraded to iOS 6 on my iPhone 4. The ringtones are still on my computer and play in iTunes, but they won't re-transfer back to the phone. I'm using the correct iTunes account on both my computer and phone. In the iPhone view of iTunes on my computer, it shows that my phone recognizes that I had those ringtones, but there is an exclamation mark showing that my phone can't find the files. I can't delete these "placeholders" from my phone with the hopes of re-transfering the files back to the phone, either. I cannot just simply re-transfer the files from my computer back to the phone. It won't let me using the regular synch options and I can't find anything in the menus of iTunes to help me out either.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
