What is a "Calendar Cache"?

Get Find Any File...
http://apps.tempel.org/FindAnyFile/
Hold Option or alt key when selecting Find to Find All.
Search for Name contains... calendar
And Name contains... cache
Once foubd do a Get Info on it or report the location/path to it.

    'Normal' PC and Mac (OS X) software do not work on the iPad (iOS), they are different operating systems. You can only install apps from the iTunes App Store on your computer or the App Store app directly on your iPad.

  • Can I use Calendar "Groups" or views as data sources in PDA Sync?

    From what I can see, you can only use calendars that you are subscibed to and not calendar groups/views that you have created.

    As I understand it you can choose to view them individually or combined.
    When I bought my iPhone and mobileMe I was told to sync to exchange account first as doing it after may delete my other accounts data.

    what other benefits it has for example when you install 2-3  applications in t hyper_v environment can you use those applications from each client computer or that is not possible at all. ( I don't mean cloud )

    so , now what is the benefit of hyper-v role on essential 2012r2 .  it that means that I can install only one operating system on it only one instance and no more. also I can run some applications on this server  just like you say with RDP licence
    for each user to acces this virtual server!
    and if I want more instances then I have to get datacenter.

    I can't help you with a direct answer.  For third-party devices you should contact the vendor (Vodafone). 
    If you have an iPhone (or an Android phone with hot-spot capability) you can use that to connect to the Internet without paying for a separate cellular service.

    Try signing out and back in to iCloud in System Preferences.

  • How can I use an application based upon the Siebel High Interactive Framework?

    I ma trying to use an application that is based upon the Siebel High Interactive Framework and can't open the software on my MacBook Pro. IS there any solution to this problem?

    My vote is pick up VirtualBox and download Windows 8 Preview, both are free, and see how that goes. Even though a deveoper preview and has IE10 this is my primary OS and browser. Only issue is getting it into a VM but that should be okay, and at least you can decide from there.
    Windows 7 64-bit SP1 Home Premium System Builder ($95) otherwise and then Parallels 7 or run natively.

  • Can financials use calendar other than Gregorian calendar

    we are trying to implement oracle Financials in Ethiopian, they use there own calendar i.e ethiopian calendar 13 periods.
    Can we use the Ethiopian calendar for oracle apps, if yes what will be impact. If no, what is the work around.
    Ethiopian calendar is currently in year 2003.

    Not that I am aware off. I was able to get my Yahoo Calendar to synch with my touch. But I had to use a program to sync my yahoo calendar with my outlook calendar first then with my touch. I am hoping Apple in the future allow u to synch directly with other calendars such as Yahoo, Gmail, etc, etc.

    This document might help you setup virtual domain.Her we are doing the Virtual domain setup for UWC,you could probably use ONLY that part of the steps below that are relavant to calendar server if you are not using UWC.
    Suppose you want to create domain called pepsi.com, the machine you are using is nicp103.india.sun.com and the port in which uwc is deployed is indicated agianst -p option.
    Use the following command
    ./commadmin domain create -D amadmin -w adminpassword -X nicp103.india.sun.com -n nicp103.india.sun.com -p uwcport -d pepsi.com -o pepsi.com -S cal,mail
    it will prompt for
    Enter domain's mailhost: Provide fully qualified host name.
    The "pepsi.com" domain will be created.
    3) Create User under the domain.
    ./commadmin user create -D amadmin -w adminpassword -X nicp103.india.sun.com -n nicp103.india.sun.com -p uwcport -d pepsi.com -F test -L user1 -l user1 -W user1 -S mail,cal
    4) Go to /var/opt/SUNWuwc/WEB-INF/config
    open uwcauth.properties file.
    Search for " virtualdomain.mode " and set it to "y".
    5) Go to /etc/opt/SUNWam/config
    open AMConfig.properties file.
    Search for "fqdnMap" parameter and set it to "nicp103.pepsi.com"(virtual domain that you created).
    6) Restart the webserver and login to uwc with any user under the domain you just created(pepsi.com) and try to access calender.
    You should be able to access calender.
    For the default domain user to access calender open /opt/SUNWics5/cal/config/ics.conf
    and set the following parameters:(Refer to CE Admin Guide for more info)
    service.virtualdomain.support = "y"
    local.schemaversion = "2"
    service.dcroot = "o=iec" (or whatever u have given during installation)
    service.schema2root = "o=iec"
    service.defaultdomain = "india.sun.com"
    service.loginseparator = "@+"
    service.siteadmin.userid = "[email protected]"
    service.virtualdomain.scope = "select"
    local.domain.language = "en"
    Restart Calendar server.
    Issue the following command.
    ./commadmin domain modify -D amadmin -w adminpassword -X nicp103.india.sun.com -n nicp103.india.sun.com
    -p uwcport -d <put your default domain here> -S cal,mail
    it will prompt for
    Enter domain's mailhost: Provide fully qualified host name.
    Now try to login as defaultdomain user in uwc you will be able to access calender

  • Can't Use "Mail" Application

    I just got a MacBook so am just starting to get my head around things. I have tried to use and set up Mail but I put in my yahoo address and password - it whirrs for a bit and then says basically yahoo may require some money for this - is this correct? Is Mail therefore redundant for yahoo account holders?

    If you have a free Yahoo! Mail account, you can't use any external email program to send or receive email with it unless you pay a fee ($20 US) per year. Considering the spam filtering and unlimited storage aspect of the service, that's very inexpensive by any standard.
    However, certain EU countries may prohibit them charging a fee for those features, or at least if your account was activated before a certain date. Send Yahoo! support an email asking about that to see whether or not you would have to pay a fee. If you're dead set against paying for services that provide value for you, Gmail is completely free.

    Below is a recent conversation transcript. I was trying to get a CLEAR answer as to what would happen after my 1 year "promo" subscription ran out - or if there was an avenue to simply just use the versions I downloaded. What I received was scripted sales "negotialtion" LOOK. We write code. We're detailed. We're somewhat smart. This "bargaining" was an insult. Plus I was given wrong information. Was told I could still use the Apps downloaded. NOT TRUE. I cannot use any of them - unless I continue to pay their monthly fee. Blatant false advertising. Its down right wrong. Has anyone else expereinced this?

    I think there might be a class-action in the future here.

    Wonder if you can sunscribe to individual apps for example $100 a month that is 1200 bucks a year. I'm really only interested in DreamWeaver.  FireWorks I have is more than adaquate I avoid using Flash at all cost. I have one example on my website which I put on there several years ago I have not updated. No one clicks on it and it was a PIA to setup. Acrobat, DreamWeaver, Lightroom. And I am thinking about use Photoshop Elements since I have other software that do about 90 % of Photoshop and the works with Apple's Raw File updates for cameras instead of having to depend on the lates version PS to work with ne cameras. Apple updates the RAW files about once ever 6 weeks or so for free.  Since Igo the Convert from adobe I don't need PS7.
    I refer to own my software. Not depend on the good graces of a Company to update. And if the go belly up everything subscribed to is Useless.
    Plus despite my have the latest and greatest Cable Connection from Comcast, in my are I have to reset the moden at least once a Day some days up to 5 times. I am not the only one I've talked to several people in my city and a neighboring city 25 miles away and its common with them as well.
    So if for a large part of the time The programs are going to be expensive paperweights. I don't need that.

    (The spelling error is Microsoft's error not mine)
    Yet I am registered for both the enterprise and general public technical preview insider programs.

    After we accepted the agreements and receive the successful joined message, close the feedback tool and open it again, then we will be able to use the feedback tool.
    If we have already joined the Windows Insider Preview Program, the feedback tool would become available once we switched to the Microsoft account.
    If issue still insists, try with the Apps troubleshooter,  Which would also work in Windows 10 Technical Preview.
