My ipod was left outside overnight,was damp when found.Not working gut has been on windowsill for 5 days to dry out.Can they be fixed or is all hope lost & i have to buy anew one & download all my music again !!!!!!!!!!!

Apple will replace the iPod for a flat fee (they do not repair your unit). You can find pricing here:

There are third-party service centers that may offer repair services, but a nano has so few parts inside that it's perhaps unlikely that anyone could repair it for less than Apple's exhange service. My iPod Nano 7th Generation was in very good condition and it just went through the washer 3 nights ago and I plugged it into the charger and it would turn on but the touch screen wouldn't open the music or anything and the screen looked like there was water in it and it went very slow. How can I fix it or something? I cant buy a new one because it would be too high price and I can't get one either because Im 1 year away from being able to have a job. So how can I fix this or something?

Well if it's just the screen i'd try eBay, but it sounds like it has internal damage because you mentioned it is slow. You either would have to replace everything inside, or buy a new or refurbished one.

I washed my ipod nano 7th gen. in the washing machine and it wont turn on. I tryed plugging it in to the charger and still wont turn on. Any help could help.

Charging it while still wet will cause damaged to your nano. Try what deggie said.....
You can try putting it in a bowl of raw rice for 4 to 5 days, charging it for a half-hour then resetting it while it is on the charger.
I done this trick a few years ago with a 5th generation nano. It turned back on.

itunes does not support downgrading any ipod software, nor does Apple. White screen normally means your ipod has a hardware issue.

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and ...
Then check here for the non-purchased items:

You want to rebuild the library first, then sync the ipod.

iPodResQ have a pretty good reputation in the Mac world. I think they do an overnight evaluation of the iPod and email you a price for fixing the iPod before you decide whether it's worth it.
