Can you do Update Record from an HTML link?

Can you implement the Update Record server behavior by
clicking on an HTML link?
As far as the documentation I've read indicates, the Update
Record server behavior is only capable of updating a record when a
Form is submitted.
I would rather have the action of clicking on an HTML link
update the record, rather than having a Submit button to update the
record.
Is this possible? How do I go about doing this?

If you coded the HTML on the page to submit your variables,
you should be
able to pull them in to the update page, though you might
have to manually
edit some code.
However, this also means you will always have a link present
that bots will
hit (and thus will update your database). Is this what you're
looking for?
It certainly doesn't sound like the best method.

How can you get selection info from air html component?

In Air, I want to be able to have an html component that
displays an htmltext string. When a button in pressed in the air
app, I want to add highlight tags to the htmltext string around the

It should be around 7 and a half gigs. In iTunes, across the bottom there should be a bar that show how much storage is being used and by what. (music, movies, apps, etc.) To make music take up less room, you can check the box to make it convert the music to 128kbps AAC. This lowers the quality, but with most earbuds and speakers, you can't even tell the difference.
The iPod touch has parental controls built in. You'll find them in Settings. I think they only work for enabling/disabling Safari, Mail, YouTube, and App Store. Here's an app that does more: http://www.mobicip.com/online_safety/ipod_touch

Getting the un updated records from receiver JDBC

I am doing the Proxy - jdbc integration. Consider my proxy sends 10 records to JDBC to update. Consider bcoz of some reason the jdbc updates only 8 records i need to get the 2 records back to Proxy which is not updated in the DB.
Should i need to use the Proxy and JDBC channel as syn or seperate integration should be built. I have seen some documents, that we can get the count of the updated records from jdbc receiver, but i dont need the count i need the record which is not been updated.
How can i do it. please give ur inputs.

Unless you are using SP on JDBC side and explicitly build a record set to send back the data it might not be possible. I am not sure if a custom record set could be returned in JDBC sync receive adapter. You can realize this by updating some other table on JDBC side and then polling that table to update ecc back.

Can we delete error records from PSA

Hi,
I am loading data from Myself source system to Infocube. I have 10 Laks records. Out of these 10 Lakhs records, only 2 error records were there. Due to this load failed. suppose I have 100 data packets, these two records is there in 98 data packet Now only 98th Data packet is showing RED in Details tab. So Now I want to use the data which is loaded into cube except the Data packet 98. Now my question is , If I change this request in INFOCUBE as GREEN , Can I see the data for records except 2 error records (Data Packet 98). Bcz, I dont have time to load this again. This is Quality system.
Or Can I modify those 2 records without deleting the request from the Infocube.
Please suggest me how to proceed.

Hi,
You cannot delete records from the PSA but you can edit the records in the PSA but for that you have to delete the request from the Cube. Then after editing the records in the PSA you have to load the records into the Cube by running the infopackage.
Otherwise you have to create a Error Stack from the Update mode and then you can load the records into the Cube without that records. The Error Stack will hold the incorrect records which you can edit later
But overall you have to delete the failed request from the Cube and then load it again for moving it to next target or for reporting

Can you get values back from calling a stored procedure via OUTPUT parameters/variables? I call the SP via a SQL statement from a script either in a WF or DF.
I thought I read some reference that DI could not get the values from OUTPUT parameters but I could not find it again (don't know if it is in any of the documentation or referred to in a forum.
I did try a couple of tests but it did not reutrn any values via OUTPUT. But before I give up I thought I'd see if you could and maybe I needed to change something.

This isn't exactly an answer to your question, but I'll point out that, given that you're resorting to a SQL script in the first place, there's no reason you can't also turn the output parameters into a regular result or record set. (The following uses T-SQL, although I think it's pretty generic.)

exec @return = proc @param1 = @param1 output, @param2 = @param2 output;
select @param1 as param1, @param2 as param2;
That is, to get from output parameters to a "regular" output from the SQL script isn't much of a leap...

I recently updated my iPhone 4s to ios6, and lost 1200 odd contacts. I recently sold my macbook air and also my mac book pro, so have no recent backups avaiable. I have a backup from about 4-5 months ago available on an external hdd as a time machine backup. Can I add/update contacts from the back up rather than restore? The reason i wish to do this is because in the update i didnt lose any messages, so all of the people i have met and networked with since that last update those many months ago, i have in my messages listings. They are all unidentified numbers at present but over time i will be able to work through the messages and based on the conversation recall who each was with. Also, yesterday, some two weeks after the update had left my contacts list entirely empty... a vast majority just reappeard, though all of them are without any phone numbers, all just emails or facebook contacts. This is the work of facebook not mac/ios6 isnt it...? Any help here would be greatly apprecaited. I am about 2 days from flying to canada and having those contacts would make life a lot easier.

You should be syncing your contacts with an app on your computer or cloud service (iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc), and not relying on a backup. If you haven't been doing this, start now and then restore your old backup. You will then be able to sync the new contacts back into the phone. However, you will lose all messages, etc newer thant the backup.

I have a scenario wherein I insert few records into a collection table. I'm gonna filter few records from collection table based on the filter.
I want to delete the records that didn't match the filter. Right now, I'm inserting the records into a physical table and deleting from there. I do no want to use a physical table. Trying to avoid it.
