Cancelation of contract

Hi.
As described I will cancel my contract because the product is useless. But
the Adobe page is even more useless, because there are links that run in
circles but do absolut nothing to support the user. This is adobe.
I WANT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT! Where is this possible?????
Best regards
Annette

Hi Annette,
I can help you with that. I've gone ahead and canceled your subscription and processed a full refund. You should see that refund in your account in about five business days.
Best,
Sara

  • Was told to cancel my contract by a Verizon supervisor

A few months ago I went into a Verizon store by myself in Monroe NY to get more data for my phone. I'm not that fluent in English and the supervisor there, Kevin, helped me out. At first he was really nice and told me since I had 2 phone lines I was able to get a Verizon jet pack for free with a 2 year contract. I didn't really understand what he was trying to give me but he said trust me, you'll like this. Even telling me that it's "only $20 a month with extra data" . At the time it sounded good, I had 2 GB n added 2 more and extra data for $20 was great. But I didn't know how to use it since he didn't explain the steps to me, he only wrote the code down for me and that was it. So I decided to go back a few days later and return it, but he told me that my trial date was over and if I wanted to return it, I had to pay $165. I asked him "how is it over, it's not need 2 weeks" he then asked for my reseat and I told him he never gave me one, he then told me I can't help you then, have a good day, so I felt like I had no choice but to keep it. Then all of a sudden on sept. 12 I got a text message from Verizon saying that I'm about 50 percent up to my data and if I don't change it I'll get charge extra. So I called Verizon and added 4 more GB thinking that it's ok now. But then today sept. 18 I get another text message from Verizon again saying I'm 90 percent up to my data. That's a total of 8 GB and it's saying that I used 4 GB in 6 days? How is that possible if I had extra data on my jet pack? I didn't get it so I called Verizon again. After being on hold and waiting and getting switched around a couple of times I was finally being helped. I was then told that the jet pack I was using wasn't a extra data device but a hotspot device and I'm just using my own data. Why wasn't I told this when I first signed the contract for it? Why wasn't I told this when I called to get more data 6 days later? The Verizon employee on the phone, whose name is Robert, didn't really have any answers for me, he kept replying umm... And telling me that I needed to buy more data. I told him that Kevin told me that the jet pack I got has data already, so I didn't understand why I had to buy more. Then after an hour and some mins with him only, I loss time of how long I was on the phone total with Verizon, he was able to give me 4 GB and credit me $20 for the 4 GB. But what about the jet pack? I found out that it too uses my shared data. He told me there's nothing he can do about it and to take it up with Kevin the supervisor who sold me the jet pack. So I did, I went back to the store with my daughter and she talked to him for me (she is also typing this for me, again since I'm not fluent in English) and then he changed he's whole story around saying that he explained everything to me, and told me how to set it up and how it works. He lied about everything, I told him if he was telling the truth then I never would have got the jet pack. I feel like I'm throwing money away because I don't need a hotspot device, I needed a data device. He then told me that I only have 2 choices I can have extra data for $50 on the jet pack for 5 GB. I told him no I don't need that I have 12 GB now, so then he said ok cancel your contract if u don't want it. I looked at him to see if he was joking and he wasn't. He really did just tell me to cancel my contract, and there's nothing he can do for me. Even though he lied to me, and told me that the device was something that it wasn't. When I got home, I again tried to talk to Verizon. I was on hold, then talked to somebody that still didn't help me but tried every way to get me to spend more money. He even told me I can try to pawn it or sell it on Craig's list to get money for it so I can cancel my contract n pay for it. Soo... Again I spoke to 2 employees on the and a supervisor in person just today. And nobody was trying to help me even thou I was tricked n lied to into signing a 2 yr contract and on top of that I kept getting a cancel your contract as a answer. I can't believe Verizon has their employees or even allowing their employees to give that as an answer. I feel like Verizon just don't care once they have u trapped. I have tried calling many times, with not reply or help. Why should I stay with Verizon when their trying to kick me away?

  • How can I cancel my contract with Verizon without any fees because Verizon has failed to provide me with a workable phone for over 2 months despite many hours talking to tech support and several replacement phones, batteries, power cord, and sim card etc

How can I contact a representative of Verizon to help me cancel my contract so I can switch carriers to get a phone that is reliable and a Co. that supports its products?  Verizon seems to have many blocking scripts or dead ends when trying tio contact someone  who can help the customer. How can I get around the blocks and get to someone who can directly answer my questions? I have one of those "hot" phones that were recently seen on the news, yet no one seems to be able to help me resolve the issue. I have no idea where this comment goes, or who reads it?
    Jim R

The phone is your responsibility, if it's before the 1 year warranty you can get defects fixed by the Manufacturer  of the phone. If you want to leave pay your termination fee, or find a carrier who claims they will do it but don't really expect it to happen either.

  • Someone has cancelled my contract without me knowi...

Hi I had an email from bt on 28-03-14 saying about a cancellation of my contract? I have had no contact with bt to cancel my contract and they are requesting I pay over £300. I have recently moved into a new property after having a lot of problems with my previous landlady. I do not want to cancel my contract I want to do a home move when I'm settled. The contract is all paid and up to date so their should be no reason for bt themselves to cancel the contract but by the sounds of it my previous landlady has done it without consulting myself? Surely that isn't allowed by bt? How do I stop the contract from being cancelled?
    Thanks
    X

  • Is it possible to return my iphone 4 and cancel my contract?

    I have an iphone 3GS and I canceled my AT&T contract like 8 months ago, but I decided to get services again.. so I was too dumb and chose to buy an iphone 4 and had to do the contract thing... I could just get the service for my iphone 3GS with no contract.. I want to do that. I bought it today.. so is it possible to return it and cancel my contract and just get the AT&T service for my iphone 3GS? He didn't give me any receipt for it.. >_<;;

I find it hard to believe you weren't provided a receipt.
You can return an iPhone for payment credit within 30 days of the purchase date less a 10% restocking fee and cancel the associated AT&T contract within the same 30 days.
You must return the iPhone and all package contents undamaged in any way to the store where it was purchased.

  • Can you buy the iphone with the at&t contract than cancel the contract?

Does anyone know or has anyone tried getting the iphone with AT&T and then canceling the contract? What is ATT charging for iphone if I do this and then cancel my contract? Seems like this is the only way to buy the phone outright without going through e-bay.

AT&T does sell the iPhone without a contract however it is still carrier locked.
    3G 8GB - $499
    3GS 16GB - $599
    3GS 32GB - $699
Also if they have a 3G 16GB still in stock then its $549.
This is all according to AT&T's iPhone FAQ:

  • Need help: Cancelling Wirefly contract within first 14 days

    Ok so here's the story:
My Family plan 2 yr contract with Verizon was going to end on May, 28 2011.  However, I was eligible for a NE2 upgrade.  I decided to get the HTC Thunderbolt, and WIREFLY.com had a special price.  So, I decided to enter into a new 2 year agreement with them in order to qualify for the HTC Thunderbolt pricing.  It's been 7 days since I activated my contract with wirefly.  I've decided not to keep the Thunderbolt and get the iPhone instead.
My question is, can I cancel my contract with wirefly without incurring an ETF with Verizon?  And by cancelling with wirefly, will my numbers be ported back to Verizon?
Basically, to keep it simple, I want to undo everything I did with wirefly...biggest mistake I've ever made with purchasing mobile phones.
I would totally stick with them IF they offered the iPhone, but unfortunately they do not.  The Android phone isn't what I had expected it to be.  So I hope I can undo what I did.
Please help, any advice is appreciated.
    Thanks in advance.

My question is, can I cancel my contract with wirefly without incurring an ETF with Verizon? When you made your purchase through Wirefly, you signed TWO contracts, one with Verizon for two years of service, and one with Wirefly, agreeing to maintain your service at the level you purchased for 6 months.  If you are within your 14 day return period, you will not owe an ETF to Verizon, but you MAY owe an ETF to Wirefly.  You will need to carefully read the paperwork you signed with Wirefly to determine what their return policies are.  And by cancelling with wirefly, will my numbers be ported back to Verizon? Your number was never ported away from Verizon.  Wirefly is a third party vendor that sells Verizon phones and service.
Basically, to keep it simple, I want to undo everything I did with wirefly...biggest mistake I've ever made with purchasing mobile phones. Call them and ask for the return period and procedure for making the return.  I would call immediately, since you have to mail the phone back to them, and they may need to recieve it by a certain day.

  • 'RV_DOCUMENT_PRINT_VIEW'  VKUEGRU (Reason for Cancellation of Contract).

I am using FM 'RV_DOCUMENT_PRINT_VIEW' in the print program to print a form from contract.
The structure VBDPA in FM has ABGRU (Reason for rejection of quotations and sales orders) but does not have VKUEGRU (Reason for Cancellation of Contract). How do I get this value during run time in print program? It will be updated latter in the table VEDA.
I was trying to use following logic, In print preview mode it was working but not in the background mode
FIELD-SYMBOLS: <fs> TYPE veda. " type any table.
          FIELD-SYMBOLS: <fs_xveda> TYPE ANY TABLE.
DATA: lt_xveda TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF vedavb.
DATA: ls_xveda LIKE LINE OF lt_xveda.
          DATA: l_text(40) TYPE c.
          l_text = '(SAPLV45W)XVEDA[]'.
ASSIGN (l_text) TO <fs_xveda>.              " ASSIGN IF FAILING IN BACK GROUND MODE
          IF <fs_xveda> IS ASSIGNED.
            lt_xveda[] = <fs_xveda>.
          ENDIF.
    READ TABLE lt_xveda INTO ls_xveda WITH KEY vbeln = vbco3-vbeln vposn = vbco3-posnr.
          IF sy-subrc = 0
    I WAS GETTING VALUE ls_xveda-vkuegru
    Thanks,

My apologies for the bad assumption - I guess I've never printed the canc reason field and just assumed it was in the structure.  You could either use an append and implicitly enhance the function to add the field or you could simply re-select the data in background processing since it is asynchronous.  You don't need to attempt a field-symbol access in background mode.

  • I would like to settle my bill after I cancelled the contract. How may I do so?

I would like to settle my bill after I cancelled the contract. How may I do so?

Once the billing cycle ends, a final bill will be mailed (snail mail) to the address of record on the account.  Pay that, and you are done.

  • Can I cancel the contract with AT&T immediately after I purchased a refurbished ipad mini 2?

Hello, I was a student in the US and I am exchanging to Europe for one year now.  I would like to buy a refurnished Ipad mini 2 with AT&T for my study in Europe, which means I don’t need to use AT&T in the next year.
    http://store.apple.com/us/product/FF066LL/A/refurbished-ipad-mini-2-wi-fi-cellul ar-for-att-16gb-space-gray
It shows we can cancel the contract with out penalty on Apple website. However, I still have some questions:
    1. How to cancel the AT&T contract, if I am not in the US already.
    2. It is supposed can be use for other carrier in Europe, right? (Unlocked/ international)
Is there anyone can solve my problem? Thank you so much!

I am in Europe at this moment.
If I just get a unlocked and without contract ipad mini that would be handy for me:)
But the name of the product is "
    Refurbished iPad mini 2 Wi-Fi + Cellular for AT&T 16GB - Space Gray".
I heard that the refurbished products do not under any contract....it was under AT&T before.
    Is it right?
"Cellular for AT&T" confused me ;$

  • Feel such an idiot, may now cancel new contract.

Just rang BT as my contract had come to an end, I have Broad band option 3 and unlimted calls.
Did some research and wanted to see what BT would offer me before I moved providers.
Was told that I had been offered a loyalty bonus and was made to feel like BT was giving me a better deal then all the rest.
I was to be given a new homehub 3 which cost £99 for 50p a month, and broadband calls at a special rate.
I now find that this was all rubbish, there is no deal if I dont cancel the contract then I will pay the going amount for my package, £44.50 to add insult to injury I am being charged £6 for delivery of a homehub.
I am utterly deflated, I feel such an idiot. I was made to feel that I had been offered a great deal when in fact I wasnt. I rang to see what they could do for me as I had found a similar package a lot cheaper. I was talked into a new contract thinking that I was being offered a better price then what BT offered when in fact I wasnt.
    Seriously considering cancelling my contract.

You need to act quickly.  You should be protected for 14 days after agreeing a contract to cancel.
To be honest BT are the sneakiest bunch of (can't say) I've come across.  I used to hate Sky but BT have surpassed this.
I'm off to Virgin Media.  You can change your package without a contract renewal for a start.  I was slammed with a 24 month contract just to change from the 10gb BB to the 40gb BB.
I'm now going to pay the £180 cancellation fee because the BT service is so shockingly terrible.  Spent hours dealing with technical support, had multiple HH2's and still the issues persist.  Been a customer for nearly 2 years and still have 12 months to run but enough is enough.
    Get out while you can.
Your talking rubbish , there is NO 14 day period and you weren't slammed, you willingly took out a upgrade and therefore a new contract, that is not slamming.
A few months with Virgin media and you might be coming back

  • How long before Verizon customers can't cancel their contracts?

If I had known that a full quarter of my bill would be taxes I would have never signed up.  How long before we can no longer cancel our contract?

To cancel without penalty you have 14 days from purchase or whatever you did to get in contract.
After that you can still get out of it but will owe the early termination fee.
It's possible that your activation fee is in that dollar amount. What plan are you on? What's the amount of the plan and the total taxes?

  • Cancelling my contract

I moved into a rented property with my partner in September 10 and took out a contract with BT for 24 months.  This includes BT Vision, Broadband, Calls and Line Rental.  We was told that if we did not sign up for 24 months then we would have to pay for a line to be installed which we could not afford.  In Jan 11 we had to move out of our property due to loss of jobs and not being able to afford to live at the property any longer.  When I called BT to cancel the contract they informed me that I would have to pay nearly £600.  I then asked BT if I could transfer it to my parents house as their contract with BT had finished.  They told me they may loose their number that they have had for 20 years.  This could not be an option as the phone number is used for business calls.  After speaking to about 4 different people, all of them being extremely rude and un-helpful, I asked if BT could help me set up a plan to pay this money back. I was told this was not an option and repeatedly threatened that they will chase me for the money using a debt collection agency.
I do not have the money to pay this back in a lump sum and have found it unbelievable that BT will not help their customers to pay the money back.  As I have not got the money I do not know how I am suppose to get out of this situation??

Remember that BT are not a public service, they are a profit making company.  As a result, all they are interested in is getting the money from you.
Have you tried getting independent free debt advice (not one of the expensive paid-for companies who are also just trying to make money from you)?
