Cannot connect to iTunes on any of my devices or through PC

I have tried all solutions. Resetting settings, soft reset, and turning off WiFi. Please help.

Try rebooting your router.
Are you having internet problems or is it just iTunes Store?
Is it hardwired devices too or just WiFi enabled devices?
If one of your devices is an iPhone, can you access it if you turn off wifi and use a cellular connection?
Due to the fact that it is affecting all your devices including your PC leads me to believe it is a network issue.
