Cannot create proxy class

Hi all,
Why are my BAPIs and RFC FMs not being exposed under my application server node? I already referenced the sap.connector dll and sap.connector.rfc dll. did i miss something?
Appreciate your immediate response. Thanks!

I am using Visual Studio 2003, Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1, Java Runtime Environment version 1.5
I have installed the SAP .NET Connector version 2.0.1.
Did i miss out on anything?

  • Cannot create Proxy service with JCA transport

    Hello everyone.
    I have some issues while trying to create ftp service with jca transport. I follow the instruction in this tutorial:
    http://blogs.oracle.com/MarkSmith/entry/osb_and_ftp_adapter_in_11g
    I stuck in Step 4, cannot create proxy service to use JCA file that I created by JDeveloper 11g (11.1.1.5). When I specify jca file for proxy service, a error message returned:
    <ALSB Console> <BEA-494002> <Internal error occured in OSBConsole : Transport exception occurred with the following message:
    Invalid JCA file for JCA proxy service. If you are creating a Proxy from a Business Service, please select a different transport type (for example, http). If not, JCA file must contain JCA activation spec properties.And these are my jca file content that created by JDeveloper:
    <adapter-config name="myJCA_FTP_service" adapter="FTP Adapter" wsdlLocation="myJCA_FTP_service.wsdl" xmlns="http://platform.integration.oracle/blocks/adapter/fw/metadata">
      <connection-factory location="eis/ftp/MyFtpAdapter"/>
      <endpoint-interaction portType="Put_ptt" operation="Put">
        <interaction-spec className="oracle.tip.adapter.ftp.outbound.FTPInteractionSpec">
          <property name="PhysicalDirectory" value="/home/FTP-shared/upload"/>
          <property name="FileType" value="ascii"/>
          <property name="Append" value="false"/>
          <property name="FileNamingConvention" value="osb_%SEQ%"/>
          <property name="NumberMessages" value="1"/>
        </interaction-spec>
      </endpoint-interaction>
    </adapter-config>Is there anyone who had tried to use JCA transport with Ftp adapter already? Please give me a suggestion.
    Any response is appreciated
    Regards, Cuong Pham

    To get to the basics.
    You use GET to read files from an FTP location - This can be done by an OSB proxy service only.
    You use PUT to write files to an FTP location - This can be done by an OSB business service only.
    So forget that you need a proxy service for PUT.

  • How to create proxy class for a Siebel WS which has many Workflows in it?

    Hi,
    I am facing a strange problem. I have a Web Service for which there are many workflows associated with this. When I generate WSDL for this Web Service and later on generate proxy class in .NET, it creates mutilple classes for each workflow. From UI, I can invoke a perticular method for the class for which I am interested in. But when I am building the same in JDeveloper, using Web Service proxy, I get only one class and I am not interested in invoking method in this class but interested in some other class for which the proxy was not generated. Is there some way to generate multiple classes in JDeveloper proxy?
    Thanks,
    Sudha.

    I have figured this out. Actually Generate proxy creates package and it includes all the class in it. Now i am able to invoke web service method call.

  • Creating Proxy Classes in Visual Studio 2010 from SAP ES

    I am having problems with Microsoft's Visual Studio 2010 creaating a proxy class when importing a WSDL file from SAP's Enterprise Services.
    When attempting to define the proxy class by pointing it to the endpoint WSDL, the import seems to work OK but the proxy class is not created.    I don't have this problem with other WSDL's from non-SAP sources.   There seems to be something "special" about the ES endpoint WSDL.
    Is anyone else having this problem?

    not always the 18th. For me it is the 14th. I think it is because I have  some buttons hidden already. But seems like it is always the last one.
      // The SAP Crystal Report logo is the last item on the 4th control.
    System.Windows.Forms.ToolStrip oToolStrip = (System.Windows.Forms.ToolStrip)crystalReportViewer.Controls[4];
                    oToolStrip.Items[oToolStrip.Items.Count-1].Visible = false;

  • Deserialize works fine. Now I cannot create my class instance

    When I deserialize my object a can get the object. Ok.
    ObjectInputStream ois = new ObjectInputStream(new FileInputStream(fichero));
                   aux = ois.readObject();
                   System.out.println(aux);
    And I see :
    mypackage.myclass (This class is a Jpanel based and some references to another classes)
    Now I have 3 questiosn - problems:
    1.- I dont know the class name (or I want that my code works with every kind of object) ,so... Is it neccesary to CAST the object?
    2.- In this case.... it can be done by mean of string name ? aux = (the_cast) .... ( when the_cast = "MYclass")
    3.- Finally I dont know how to create an instance of my new class
    ((MY_CAST) aux.getclass()).newinstance(); throws an error of "java.lang.Class cannot be cast ..."
    Any help?

    1.- I dont know the class name (or I want that my code works with every kind of object) ,so... Is it neccesary to CAST the object? No, it's not necessary usually and when you don't know the type at compile time, then it's not possible either.
    2.- In this case.... it can be done by mean of string name ? aux = (the_cast) .... ( when the_cast = "MYclass")No, that's not possible. Since casting doesn't change anything about the object but only about the reference, casting "to a dynamic type" is meaningless, since you couldn't have a reference variable "of a dynamic type" to hold the newly-cast object anyway.
    3.- Finally I dont know how to create an instance of my new class
    ((MY_CAST) aux.getclass()).newinstance(); throws an error of "java.lang.Class cannot be cast ..."The problem is that you're trying to cast the Class object to MY_CAST (which I assume is your class), while it should in fact be a Class<? extends MY_CAST>.
    I'm unclear what you want to achieve here and what you know about the object: Why do you want to create a new instance of an object you know nothing about?

  • Cannot create L7 Class

    My load balancing is not working, I believe it is due to the fact that the class map i have created for L7 is not being treated as an L7 class map.
    From doc: "The ACE treats as a Layer 3 and Layer 4 policy any policy map that ... has the default class configured as the class map, and there are no Layer 7 policy actions configured"
    This is what I have configured so I must change it. However, it is not http or ftp (it's LDAP). Here is my attempt..
    class-map match-any L7_Class

    ace/Context1(config)# policy-map type loadbalance first-match L7_Policy

    Error: Specified class-map is not consistent with the policy-map type
    ace/Context1(config-pmap-lb)# exit
    ace/Context1(config)# class-map type ?
    ftp Configure ftp class-map
    http Configure http class-map
    management Configure management traffic class-map
    How can I get this to work?

  • Cannot create complib - no BeanInfo generated!

    Hello,
    Im trying to create a complib following the steps on http://wiki.java.net/bin/view/Javatools/CustomComponentLibraries.

    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hi, G. Lakshmipathi,
    very thanks, I found note as below,
    Solution
    Implement changes marked below with '<--'.
    In Releases < 3.0D, define the exception 'CALC_ERROR' beforehand for the
    function module 'COPA_READ_CALCULATION':
    1. Start transaction 'SE37' for function module 'COPA_READ_CALCULATION'.
    2. Select object component 'Table parameters/exceptions interface' and
    choose 'Change'.
    3. Enter the new exception:
    CALC_ERROR   <--ins
    NO_CALC_FOUND
    4. Save function module
    This means is modify stand function 'COPA_READ_CALCULATION' and delete "CALC_ERROR" exception ?
    And  "calc_error"  of Source code also be marked ?
    if do this,it could affect the whole  system?

    Indeed, that's what I thought.  But I couldn't find it anywhere.  When I configure the logical port in SOAMANAGER, I had to resupply the WSDL.

  • Javax.servlet.ServletException: Cannot create bean of class

    People,
    HELP!! I am getting desperate!!!
    I am a newbie when it comes to TOMCAT, but i have been using Blazix before.
    My current system is using APACHE/TOMCAT on a Solaris machine and I keep hitting the same problem. I have gone through the archives but the only thing it states is to check the directory which i have done.
    I keep getting:
    Error 500
    Internal Error
    javax.servlet.ServletException: Cannot create bean of class MyClass
    The code used to work on the Blazix server so i am assuming it is something to do with a config parameter somewhere - but i do not know where. I have checked the directory/package structure and they seem to work. It even serves it when they are html pages not jsp, but obviously wont use the bean. :(
    I can post code if necessary.
    Please help
    Steve

    The FormData.class file is in examples/WEB-INF/classes/ directory.
    Is this wrong? then should it be in a package called examples.steve???

  • Error: "cannot be resolved or is not a type" of webservice proxy class

    Hello I'm novice in Web Dyn Pro, could you please assist me.
    I have project that was developed before by others, now I encountered with errors during compilation of web service project based on ejb. If more concretely, problems occured in one auto-generated proxy class that refer to another proxy class that I don't know why was absent.
    Problems occures in lines like this
    com.accenture.mdp.company.model.companybasic.proxies.DefaultServiceImpl service = com.accenture.mdp.company.model.companybasic.CompanyBasic. getServiceImpl ();
    Error com.accenture.mdp.company.model.companybasic.proxies.DefaultServiceImpl cannot be resolved or is not a type     Request_CompanyServiceViDocument_addCompany.java
    I suppose that exists the way to generate absented proxies automaticaly, may be by using wizards, but I don't know how.
    Could anybody help me ?

    Hi Sergy,
    Welcome to SDN!
    Did you try Repair, Reload and Rebuild options?
    (Right click on the project, you will get the options)
    If still the problem exists, Close and Open the project.
    Check the versions of your NWDS and the project developed NWDS are same?
    Regards,
    Siva

  • Cannot create class in system package

    Hello,
    I wrote a J2ME game for nokia S40 phones. It compiles without any errors, but when I'm trying to run in on the Nokia 7210 phone emulator I receive the following message:
    Cannot create class in system package.
    Howerver running on the Nokia 6230 phone emulator is ok.
    I have obfuscated my applet as I read in previous topics, but still it does not work.
    Can anyone help me?
    Thanks,
    Alexander.

    You get that error when you try to reference a class that is part of the MIDP framework but isn't installed on the phone.
    The 7210 doesn't support MMAPI or WMA or MIDP 2.0, while the 6230 does, so check that you don't have any references (even an import statement), to classes from those packages (like the javax.microedition.media.*, javax.microedition.lcdui.game.*,javax.wireless.messaging.*, etc. packages hierarchies).

  • Cannot create class in system package while Using Sprite class

    Hi i developed a game using Sprite class & imported
    javax.microedition.lcdui.game.*; package. But when i tried to build this project it gave me "Cannot create class in system package" error. Worst thing is that now again if i build, then it displays error "package javax.microedition.lcdui.game.*; does not exist" . Pls help me

    First exception means that you tried to create a class with the package name equaling one from the predefined libraries in midp/cldc.
    For your second error, add all the jars you are using into the project's classpath.

  • Cannot create bean of class Error

    Ok first off I realize several people have post messages similar to this - but the replys to those messages didn't help me:
    Today the webserver I had my code on crashed - and was restarted.
    Everything is working except for 1 page.
    When I load it I get this error:
    Error: 500

    This tells my sod all what's actually wrong - I've tried renaming the jsp, I've tried renaming and recompiling the bean but that didn't help either (yes I redirected towards page to the new bean).
    No-one here has a clue what the hell has gone wrong with this - especially cos I have at least 15 other beans in exactly the same place and they all work fine.
    If you wish I'll post the code of the relevant jsp here.
    Any suggestions?

    most of this is irrelevent but you should be able to find what you need
