Cannot download any of my music
Hi,
I subscribed to itunes match on friday, and it matched most of my music and uploaded the unmatched songs.
now when I want to download any of the songs from itunes on my PC I recieve an error 5002.
When I try to download/play the music from my iphone 4S or Ipad2 nothing happens. no error nothing.
I have already tried changing my credit card information, reinstall itunes, but nothing works.
any ideas?

Perhaps there is an app with a huge filesize on your iPod touch. Either way, something is taking up so much room that you can't fit anything else on there. Find the big item (or items) and you should be fine. Since you have already removed all of the photos and videos, I would focus on the apps with the largest file sizes.

Connect your iPod touch to your computer and open iTunes. Select your iPod touch in the left column of iTunes. Then, select the "Apps" button near the top of iTunes, next to "Summary". Your home screens should appear, as should a vertically-scrolling list of your apps, located to the left of those home screens.

Above this vertically-scrolling list is a "parameter" drop-down box, where you can choose to arrange the apps you have according to one of the available parameters, including size. So, in your case, you'll want to select "Sort by Size". Then, the biggest apps will be shown at the top of the list, and the smallest will be shown as you scroll down toward the bottom of the list. Uncheck the boxes next to the apps you don't want to have on your iPod touch. This doesn't remove them from your computer, so you can always install them on any other iOS device in the future, just by checking those boxes again.

IMPORTANT: At the bottom of the iTunes window will be a colorful linear bar graph. It displays how much memory is used by several different types of files on your iPod touch, such as music, apps, books, photos, videos, etc. You can watch this graph alter itself as you remove some of the larger apps, so you'll know when you have enough room for more music and apps. And by the way, if you really have removed all of the photos and videos, there shouldn't be any labels for any photos or videos in this graph.

It was not legitimately unlocked by the carrier it was originally locked to. ONLY the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it.
In order to allow it to be used on a different carrier, the phone was hacked or jailbroken. An unauthorized modification was made to the phone. That modification has damaged the phone. You can not get support for it here or from Apple. -

When you connect the iPod to iTunes, in the summary page, what do you see in the Capacity bar?
How much is used for Audio, Others, video?
Most likely you have high usage of others, which maybe caused by incomplete sync Operation and the iPod need to be Restored. -
i have an iphone lost the music somehow? then went onto itunes on the app it downloaded the music again, but doesnt play and i have to plug it into my laptop and its not my iphone and i cannot sync any of the music any help? the orginial compter now does not work any suggestions?

Then your ipod would need ios something in order to use the apps.
If your iphone is compatible then update the ios version. Otherwise, you cannot use the apps. -
iTunes Match was set up on my new MacBook Pro. Today, it wouldnt download any of my music, so I followed advice, switched on iTunes Match and switched it on again. When this didnt help, I deauthorized the computer, logged out of iTunes, and relogged in again. I have reauthroized the computer and reset the View/Options.
However, now I cant connect to iTunes Match or iCloud at all. The screen asking me to Add this computer comes up, when I click and enter my Mac account details I get the error message:
"You can use iTunes Match on this computer with just one Apple ID every 90 days. You cannot associate this computer with a different Apple ID for 83 days."
However, this was the iTunes account with which I set up iTunes Match.

You don't say what your version of Windows you have. Assuming XP, go to Start | Run, type DXDIAG and click OK. Click the Sound tab and run the tests to eliminate a hardware problem first of all. If you don't hear anything, check your cables first of all. Also make sure "Mute" isn't checkmarked in your sound setup. You'll find that in Windows Control Panel.
Which browser do you use? If you have Firefox 4, sign up to the HTML5 trial @ http://www.youtube.com/html5
HTML5 is the latest video standard and doesn't require Flash player. Google is in the process of converting all its files to work with the new format. It may solve you problem. If you don't have Firefox 4, you can get it from here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/fx/
IE8 doesn't support HTML5.
To clean out your temp files, go to Start | Run, type: CLEANMGR and click OK. Click OK again to start the utility. Tick all the boxes except "Compress old files" because the latter takes too long, and then click OK. You can run this utility any time you wish by the way.

Your iPad is physically out of storage space. Purchasing space in iCloud dosen't magically give your actual iPad more physical storage space.

Did you already reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting, but it can cure some glitches.

You can ONLY use the itunes store of your country of residence.
You cannot use another countrys itunes store.
