Cannot transfer response group calls that are parked and time out

Hello all,
Need your help with a peculiar issue. The deployment consists on one Lync Server 2013 Front End server acting also as mediation server. Communication with the PSTN is through a ITSP (no SBC on place).
There is a response group created for the main line (the office's published number) that plays a greeting and then it sends the call to a queue (in attendant mode). Any user available picks up the call, puts it on park and IM'es the final recipient (which
uses any phone to pick up the call). Everything works as expected, except when the call in the parking lot times out, it rings back on the client that picked the call first, but when he picks it up, it doesn't show the options to transfer the call. The top
of the call window says "Connecting call...", but the call is connected and the person is able to talk with the person that was on parking.
I have reviewed the client's log file using Snooper, and there is not errors. In the CDR records, everything seems normal.
The curious thing is that if the call goes directly to the user (using his DID or on a Lync to Lync call) and the calls is parked and it times out, it connects normally, and the user can transfer the call or put it on parking again. The problem happens only
whit calls that are pick up from the response group.
Any ideas?

Please check if this issue happens with other Response Group agent.
As the status “Connecting call” exists, this may cause the option “transfer the call” missing.

Blocking Outbound Calls by Area Code and Time Zone

I am looking to block agents from making outbound calls to certain time zones by area code. Can't quite get my head around how I can use route filters with time schedules. Any help would be appreciated.

Create the route patterns for those area codes and then configure one which allows the calls, and another one that blocks the calls, use TOD to enable/disable them as required.

Agent "User" is not enabled for enterprise voice. Only Enterprise Voice users can receive Response Group calls.

I have standard edition Lync 2013 deployed. I have also enabled enterprise Voice for all my users.
When I try to create a response group under group tab, I add the enterprise voice enabled users to the group and click on commit I get this warning:
Agent "User" is not enabled for enterprise voice. Only Enterprise Voice users can receive Response Group calls.
This is clearly a glitch since the users are already enabled for enterprise voice. Has anyone come across this issue before?

Have you tried restarting the Response Group service? Are you able to add any EV enabled users to this RGS?

I would like to know who ended the call. Was it the caller or the callee.
How can I find this in Lync reports?

Here's a query that will need some work, but might help get you there.
Note that it's currently locked to a date range. You can modify that. I'd make a couple of calls to your response group, one where you hang up, and one where you have them hang up on you.
Run the query. Find your calls, find the ReferredById number that matches your response group. In my case it was 10091, so I added the line "and SessionDetails.ReferredById='10091'" just before the "order by".
Now the query returns your response group calls. The diagnosticID will help you determine who hung up, or you can just add the VoIPDetails record you found as the join is in the query already.

i recently tried blocking incoming calls that are not in my phone book and the result was that my pin code has been blocked. does any one have an idea of how i should go about it?

That depends which phone he/she is using... this is in the phones section, not the smartphones, so I had assumed that software such as that would not be appropriate lol

Documents that are park in FBV0 do not update with the new user name when

Hi,
I need to find out why documents that are park in FBV0 do not update with the new user name when any changes are made. Also when we park using MIR7 and make changes to the documents at a later time the document updates with the new users name.
Requesting you to please suggest what could be the reason.

I have checked this in system. I posted one Parked invoice using T.code FV60 and there i appeared my name because i created. But after some time one of my collegue changed the reference and text field with his login i.d. But still in the invoice it is showing as my name whereas if we go to the environmnet, there in the changes we can see what are the changes done and it is appearing my collegues user i.d. But in the main invoice it is still appearing my name.

While all you want is just to place pins, realize that Motion has so much more. All kinds of effects and they can be really customized. Maybe put their street address, contact name, and phone number by the pin?

If you're using the map for, say, deliveries, and use an iPad, what you could do is have a general map of the area imported into Motion, create the pins and whatever, then save (share?) it to the iPad.

Quick answer: Select all the tracks on the album, File > get info, and either give them all a single "album artist", or check the "compilation" flag (as in https://discussions.apple.com/message/17670085).
If these are from multiple-CD sets you may also need to enter the appropriate information in the disc number fields.

This message now appears when I connect my ipod to itunes....

The ipod still works and charges, but it will no longer let me add new files to it. The contents of my ipod are still displayed as usual on itunes, so it obviously is reading it to some degree. It advises me to run a chkdsk utility, but I have no idea how to do this.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

If your iPod is corrupt then you have no choice but to restore it.
Before you do that, you may have some success getting the music off it and onto your hard drive again.

There are no such apps that work. Doing so would require routing the call through a 3rd party service.

Thanks, but, using the "free" version of Reader, there is no opportunity to open nor import the xml data - the menu options do not exist - there is no import listed.
If we try to open the xml file directly, then we get an error - something to the effect of "unsupported file type, or the file is corrupted".
I just noticed in my Pro version that there is the command File ->Form Data ->Import Data to Form... command. Is this what you are referring to?
What do you recommend? Perhaps the easiest thing to do would be to purchase a few copies of Acrobat Pro for the reservations people to use? I was hoping that the free version of reader would do it, but perhaps not?

Then I do not get your problem - you can import the photo - you can find the photo and you can edit and save the photo - what more do you want?
By defination thumbnails are small images to help you find the large image - the large image is fine and you can find it fine - and you know it is only showing part of the image because of the "jagged ends"
If you think think that iPhoto should display long thumbnails suggest to Apple - iPhoto menu ==> provide iPhoto Feedback
as to your digital photoframe - contact them - in general gital photos frames display one and only one aspect ratio and any photo that is not in that aspect ratio will be modified to display - either cropped to the proper size for the frame or have 'White" space added to fill the frame - that function is totally controled by the Digital Photo frame and any otptions you have will be in the manual or on the support web site for the frame - to put it in old film terms - you can not put an 8x10 print in a 5x7 frame unless you cut the photo down (or a 8x15 photo in an 8x10 frame either)
