Cannot use bt vision_ not allowed to cancel
Last week I moved into my new rented flat with my children. Before moving a had used vrgin as my provider for phone , broadband and tv and had absolutely no problems.
Because my house is rented I was told I cannot have virgin installed but could use the communal ariel for freeview and the communal satalite dish. I decided that the bt vision service looked good so applied online for the service and had the box ect delivered on monday 4th July 2011.
When I plugged all the boxes in the broadband worked perfectly as did the phone but I found I could receive no tv through the vision box. I waited until the next day to test again but still no service so I rang bt to enquire and they said it was not activated yet and to call back tomorrow.
The next day - today (6th July) it still will not work so I sent an e mail to bt saying this and that I wished to cancel the service , they rang me back, but me on hold and forwarded me to another department, put me on hold , put me through to another department who then took my details , said I would need to speak to the technical department but as I had only just had the service installed was sure I would be able to cancell on this occasion. The technical department then put me on hold while he did something and then told me he would ring me back- No returned call.
I then called from my landline when I got home to be told in no uncertain terms that I could not cancel the service and was liable to pay for the full 18 months for a service I cannot use.
I am a single working mum who simply cannot afford to pay a large cancellation fee and also cannot afford another way of watching tv as well as this one.
I find bt's attitude both rude and unhelpful and suggest they give their staff training on giving mis information "( I'm sure they will let you cancel ")
I would seriously love to cancel the whole package and go back to virgin.
I hate to break this to you, but the same thing happened to us - we've now paid three months money for a service that has never worked.
The call centre is beyond useless - it's insulting, because they say they will contact you within 48 hours, and they never do. Then you are locked in a permanent loop like this:
Ring them
Give details
Unplug everything
Replug everything
Still doesn't work
Promise of 48 hour call back
No call back
Repeat ad nauseam.....
If you ask to cancel, they threaten you with the cancellation charge
If you email them, you get automated responses from 'people' with fake names
If you speak to an 'expert' on the forums and follow their advice, as soon as they're stumped they stop responding
If you ask to speak to a manager, none are available
If you ask them to escalate things, they can't

I tried to download the new firefox 5.0, for Mac OS10
when I put it into the application folder the error message showed up:

I have restarted the computer several times and still the sameI found [http://siliconchaos.blogspot.com/2010/08/installing-firefox-4-beta-2-error-on.html this blog post] when trying to look up that error. Looks like a common cause of the error is programs like Evernote, Dropbox or Cisco's AnyConnect VPN Client. Try disabling those (the blog post has instructions) if a simple delete/replace doesn't help.

fill the field Copying Requirements(V_TVFK-GRBED_S) with '29'.
This routine prevents the cancellation of the billing documents which
have been cleared.

Cannot open Sequence: "Operation Not Allowed" then "Out of Memory"
I quit FCS1 for about 5 hours and returned. When I opened the project I was working on I got these messages: "Operation Not Allowed" then "Out of Memory" when I attempt to open my master working sequence. Other sequences (small nests) do open within the project. The project opens, so the file is not corrupt. A back-up copy of the same project file on a separate physical disc generates the same results. I deleted the prefs and User Data folder, even ran FCP Rescue. Same results. Then I resorted to the Autosave Vault. The two most recent saves resulted in the same error messages. Fortunately the next did not. I lost a considerable amount of work. The system says my memory is OK (6GB). Any ideas? (An attempt to open on a FCS2 machine {8GB RAM} resulted in the same two error messages.)
The project is fairly lengthy (90 mins) and does have numerous 1 and 2 frame audio edits. Nothing particularly unusual in the video tracks--although I am mixing DV and HDV. It doesn't seem to me these attributes would matter, just throwing them out there....removing and re-rendering is a great idea, if you've got the time.
And if during render you get the same out of memory error, try rendering "in-to-out", rendering small chunks until you get to a chunk which brings up the error. Then, you've found an offending "corrupt" file. -
Created a material and want to post by using tcode mb1c, not allowing.?
friends i have a problem here, i created a material for my sales order. i wanted to post like 100 of them in my storage location. so i used tcode mb1c, entered the storage location , plant along with the movment type 561 . it goes in and there i enter the material and and the number to be posted (number of materials) .while saving it it gives the error ."posting period 008 2007 is not open" i had earlier encounterd with error saying some previous dates were closed and i used to closed the previous periods by tcode mmpv and bring it to the present date. but this is the first time when i am seeing that the present period is closed . . i tried with omsy and mmrv also. but i dont know what to do now. how can i open current months posting. i am in sd. dont have much idea about what mm guys do. please help .

In general, after creating ES, Cstmr,Matrl we need to execute MMPV before posting material. But in your case the periods are already closed, could be bcz some FICO consultant might have worked on it. But in order to resolve your problem u give a try to following prcdr.
Go to TCode OB52 [Posting Periods] and in the EIGHT column under heading YEAR change it to 2007 for the ROW "+"[Account Type]. Then proceed to MB1C.
In addition to this U may come across No. Range issue for which U uses TCode-FBN1; here for the current Yr. [2007] U have to give the No. Range for the interval appearing in the Error, eg 49,50,51...
Still if the problem persists consult a FICO for some alterations on the same screen [TCode-OB52].

Cleared Invoice should not allow to cancel.

I have posted one invoice with reference to sales order. My finance team also cleared that invoice. Now System is allowing me to cancel the invoice document.But i dont want to allow people to cancel cleared invoice.
How to achieve this. Kindly suggest me.

Nokia 6121 cannot be turned on - not allowing in P...
My 6121 classic turned itself (!) off while sitting on a desk. Battery charged.
After turning on it now displays a "PIN" entry field but does not display "*" for
teh numbers I type. I also does not display the "OK" menu button to send the

Turning off, removing battery and sim card does not change anything.
For now a useless piece of plastic.

To not allow billing cancellation when the invoice is cleared

I would like to know if there is any way to avoid the cancellation of an invoice via VF11 when the invoice has been already cleared.
Thanks in advance.You can write a user exit by checking the status of accounting document associated with the billing document.

Use of PIN not allowed even though its set?
I have a PIN set up on my windows account to make it a little easier to log in with. I use last past and so the current password is incredibly long and impossible memorize. Am I dong something wrong? Id really like to use this PIN when at home. Thanks

CS2: cannot use tools, program only allows hand tool?

My CS2's been working fine for ages, but recently it's stopped letting me use the tools- I can select and change the settings for the different tools, but the cursor only comes up as a hand and I can only move around the canvas. Have I accidentally selected something that I shouldn't have, or has something gone wrong?

Invoice cancellation should not allow for closed periods

We will be closing the posting period for each quarter,and declare the sales figure.,what ever the invoices we have made should not be cancelled in that quarter.,i want the a check in the system that if any cancellation during this quarter which is closed ,should not allow to cancel the invoice.ofcourse the accounting document will not be generated as the posting period is closed but still the invoice is generated and blocked for accounting.i want the creation of billing document should be blocked.
i Know this can be achieved By defining new routine in VOFA and assign it in VTFL., but is there any standerd routine there which will solve my purpose or i hae to go for new routine.

In standard, there is note 180756.
Unfortunately the note 180756 just helps for billing creation, it is not useful for
billing cancellation.
The note 180756 suggests to develop a copy requirement routine checking
the periods.
But in VF11 copy requirement routine are not performed.
Unfortunately there is not a ready-to-use workaround.
In transaction VOFA is possible to define a "copy requirement" routine,
which is performed when the invoice is cancelled.
You could create a routine doing the necessary check, and put
it here.

Error in COR1 - Material not allowed to use
Hi,
Material is in the stock "unrestricted use " but does not allow to use in a production process order. All related options are verified for example : MB51, MMBE, Date of production is prior to use, Quality is OK, Not in blocked stock, not reserved for some other order, same material was in use from same batch till 02.06.09 suddenly since 03.06.09 a error pops up during batch determination during creating a " Process Order " through COR1.

Excise invoice done with ZERO, not able to cancel.

Client has done PGI with ZERO quantity also done billing & even done Excise invoice with Zero Quantity & Zero value. Now if i go to cancel that cancel invoice in J1IIN it is not allowing to cancel & not even displaying.
That Invoice does not carries any value but even then client wants to cancel that exc inv number.
How to cancel the Excise Invoice?

If your copy control is in line with standard settings, first of all you cannot post the goods issue without any quantity and also generation of billing is not possible.
Coming to your second issue, please try in J1IH instead of J1IIN.
