CC Photography Subscription - got only Trial

Hi Guys,
i subcibed to the Creative Cloud Photography Abonnement, and after login to the Creative Cloud with my Adobe ID, and installing Photoshop CC, i only see "start Trial".
How can I "activate" my Subscription for Photoshop and Lightroom? relogin, reboot etc didn't helped.

I just bought my CC membership within the previous couple hours, and am seeing the same thing as you, non_descript. Upon looking at the payment history in my account, it appears that the payment is not fully processed. (It's not exactly during business hours at the moment.) I am going to assume that, once the payment is fully processed and accepted, that the "trial" status will go away on its own. If after several days I'm still seeing "trial" versions, then I will escalate the issue.
Note: both apps that I bought (Photoshop and Lightroom) run just fine right now, and are not asking for any sort of activation.

CC for education bought but only got a trial version

Hi, I purchased CC online and the money has been taken from my credit card but I only got a trial version and its expiring. I am teaching AI and PSD right now and need the packages. What is the vetting procedure, how long does it take and when can I expect to have the software? The reseller directed me to contact Adobe. Im confused where I should direct this simple question. Photoshop prompts for serial number after purchasing photography subscription

Hello, recently I got photography subscription. After signing into cloud photoshop asks me for a serial number.
I had a chat with adobe representative who recommended me to contact tech support, he stated that on Adobe side I have no subscription registered (though I have one in my user profile and I have an order id).
On contact page it's been said that support is overloaded, so here I am ...

The My Products may only show things that have been registered, which you cannot do because PS-CC is asking for a serial number, so maybe it is normal that nothing is listed, there, yet.
Check for evidence of your subscription, here, in the orders section:

For mine, I see both a subscription purchase confirmation and a list of the monthly transactions, similar to what is listed in two parts on creative.adobe.com.
If nothing is listed at this www.adobe.com link then there may be a purchase problem due to non-Adobe payment order servicer, and you may find relief with someone like the Beverly that seems to fix people's purchasing/credit-card issues, after they post to this forum; however, your forum-post subject, which mentions serial-number problems, not purchasing problems, suggests a tech-support solution so it may be overlooked by someone like Beverly.
If something is listed for your purchase on www.adobe.com then the issue could be a problem with licensing or the CC Manager app data stored on your local computer, whatever is making PS-CC think it needs a serial number, and probably someone from tech-support needs to connect remotely and hack something to get PS-CC to figure out you are licensed. Usually logging out and back into the CC manager is enough to have the CC Manager rescan and figure things out, but that is usually for cases where a serial-number isn't being asked for and the CC Manager app doesn't see that PS is licensed.
Another thought is that maybe the type of purchase you made via DigitalRiver does have some sort of serial-number associated with it that would be included in some order confirmation correspondence, so check any e-mails or digital-receipts that you received as part of the order process to see if a serial-number is listed.
Finally, where did you get the version of PS-CC that you installed? If it was not from the either a button in the CC-Manager app or an icon on the creative.adobe.com pages then it may be the wrong version and the fix would be to uninstall what you have and download and install the CC-Manager/Creative version, and it might be worth doing this, anyway, even if you do think you installed the right version, in case something didn't quite work in the first install. I don't know if your European location would cause the wrong version to be downloaded.

How can I transfer creative cloud photography subscription to another adobe account

My son bought CC Photography subscription for me on my last birthday. He did it on his account and has been making the monthly payments. I would like to take over the subscription on my own Adobe account. That is, I would like to be able to transfer ownership without having to reinstall Lightroom and Photoshop. Any way to do this?

John, thank you for your reply. However, I went to that link and followed out several of the many branches. They all led me to "Forum" as the only contact option (including "Still need help? Contact us"). So apparently Adobe would prefer that I rely on other customers who may have similar experiences. I really would rather start a chat with Adobe support, but so far that does not appear to be an option. Is there another forum group that would be more appropriate for finding assistance for my issue?

How do I get started with the Photography Subscription?

I recently signed up for the Photography subscription (incl. LR5) via telephone. Payment has been cleared. During the order, the operator updated my email address to a new address I now prefer. The order doesn't show up in My Orders, and only a free subscription of Creative Cloud shows up in My Subscriptions. However, I can't sign in with the new email address, which I think is not allowing me to download PS or LR which is what I purchased. How do I get this resolved?

Can I download Photoshop CS6 as part of my photography subscription, It does show on the drop down menu that I can, but dont want to click on it and then be billed again?

Hi Steve,
I'll follow up and confirm whether you'll incurr any further charges. Be assured that you won't be charged by just downloading the Photoshop CS6 version. The activation and licensing checks happens when you launch Photoshop.
My expectation is that you are able to run either version, as a subscription activation under the Photography subscription license. This means that if you stop your subscription, then both Ps CC and Ps CS6 will launch as Trial activations (and check your 30 day usage to determine how to proceed). I think you'll also run into the 2 activation limit, meaning you can't activate Ps CC installed on 2 machines and also activate a Ps CS6 version.
I'm curious why you wanted to use the Ps CS6 version? Is there something specific about running Ps CS6 that compells you?

Lightroom License Expired with Photography Subscription?

I recently signed up to the Photography subscription to use Lightroom, however creative cloud says the trail has expired and the only option is to buy even tho its included in the subscription package? The option to uninstall is also unavailable, I did try removing the app through the Mac OS and reinstalled but the same problem persists.

Can I combine photography subscription with another single app subscription?

I'm interested in subscribing to Creative Cloud to use PhotoShop and Illustrator. I'm aware that I could either get 2 single app subscriptions or the complete package, but does anyone know if is it also possible to combine the photography subscription (for PS) with a single app subscription for Illustrator, as this works out a bit cheaper?

Amazon Prime reply app does not allow video airplay - nor do several other content providers.

Movie Recording got only first 4 mins!

I am trying to record a film I made which is now on VCR. My sony handy cam supports recording onto Quicktime from VCR using the Handy Cam as an A/V>DV conduit.
basically, it works fine, but I got only 4 or 5 minutes of a 1-hour film captured! I don't see any settings preventing it from recording the whole thing, and I have plenty of disc space free for this (almost 400 giga bytes free)
Any hints on what might be going on here?
