CDR Report

Hii all,
I am using 2 CCM 5.1( MCS7835 server)in different cluster and 7906G IP phone. some IP Phones registered in 1st cluster and some ip phones registered in 2nd cluster. Now when I am going to generate the call report by CDR, it is displaying unspecified user in user name column for those call which came form another cluster.though every Ip phone having a User ID.
I am attaching the report which I generated through CDR. please find the attachment.
and I also want to display the destination name in report sheet.
is it possible? if possible , please suggest me as soon as possible.
thanks & regards
Soma

Depending on the verison of CCM that you are running and if you have CDR recording turned on, you should be able to pull this information directly out of SQL.
If you ran the query against the CDR database: select * from CallDetailRecord where callingPartyNumber = '122'
This should give you all of the outgoing calls that this extension made. You can even narrow it down by adding in some time constraints to the query.
Also, you could use CAR if you have that enabled. It will give you a nice GUI to use instead of doing a direct query on the DB.

  • External CDR report

    Hi;
Is there an external program for CDRs reports ?. The only one I know is the Veriphy, but high price and only need to see the destinations that some are calling Annex (DN) specific.
    thank you.

    Hi andinonet,
Cisco has new product Cisco Prime Collaboration Assurance (PCA) other than CDR it does has few additional feature. Check below datasheet

  • CDR report problem in Operations Manager/Service Monitor 8.7

I'm testing Operations Manager/Service Monitor in lab right now and got a little problem.
When I configured everything from the begining I could do CDR reports and saw all calls in them but I renamed the cluster so it wouldn't just say StandAloneCluster. Everything except CDR Reports seems to work.
I can see that the data is sent from UCM to Service Monitor but if I try to maka a report it just says no records.
Is there any logs I can check to find out what i happening?

I found the problem, Even though I had applied config on the UCM after changing the name from StandAloneCluster to another name the calls in CDR were slill saved with cluster name StandAloneCluster.
Since this is a lab and I didn't have time for troubleshooting I restarted the publisher and after that the calls were marked with the new name and I could find them in the reports again.

  • CDR report for CIPC

    Hi All,
Good evening. I have a query. Can we pull CDR report for a persons IP communicator separately and the desk phone separately from call manager?
    Regards
    Sankar.

No, assuming they're a shared line, you'll get all calls from that line in the report.
If they're separate lines, just run a report on each DN.

  • CDR reports question

Hello, We are running CallManager 5.1.1.3107-2 and have CDR enabled. When i log into CAR and try and retrieve anything it gives me a 30061: Data is not available in database.
I thought i configured everything correctly on the servers.
Does CDR need to be enabled on both Publisher and Subscriber?
    Thanks,

  • CUCM 5.1 - Data is Absent in Reports Created by the CAR Tool

    Hello people,
I'm facing a problem with the CUCM 5.1.3, that is unable to create a CDR report for the month of May, however the report for April is fine. All I can see is the file with the database fields, but with no entry.
I found some similar issues, but none are related to CUCM 5.1.3 (Linux based).
Does anyone have any tips or docs?
    Thanks,
    Karl
PS.: Attached are both reports generated, April report (which is fine) and May report (which is not OK).

  • C20/SX20: is there a way to get cdr with loss/jitter stats?

I try to get a cdr report with loss/jitter, but can not find a solution to do that.
    a) TMS is able to report cdr but only on call participants/duration/encryption/protocol
    b) C20 web gui has the information but only with a count of clicks and only for one call each time
    c) C20 API (cli) I found some commands but nothing to get loss/jitter
        tried xstatus Diagnostics Call Channels -> only for active calls;
tried xHistory CallLogs  Recent | Call -> nothing usable
Is there a way to get cdr with jitter/loss counters for each C20/SX20 in a reporting format?

Are you at the latest TC 7 software version?    7.2.1 I believe
Not sure when it was added, but in the Web GUI, under call history...it shows summary info as 1 call per row , then you click the line and it will show detail...   I believe it shows Max Jitter values over the entire call, I find the Diagnostics/Call History easier to read than pulling the call log files

  • UCCX CUIC Interval report on calls to an application

Within CUIC I can do an interval report per CSQ, this is great as I can see the calls per hour for a given or group of CSQs.  However in my script logic, well before a call is assigned to a CSQ we check for opening hours and holidays etc so those calls are never assigned to a CSQ, is there an easy/good/recomended way to be able to see from within CUIC how many calls per interval were recieved into a given application or DN in the 'closed' hours for that contact centre?  I can probably hack something together with an export of the call-by-call cdr report and excel, but something that's easily display-able in CUIC would be better.
In a similar thread, ideally I'd like to be able to report on abandoned calls per application rather than per CSQ to be able to determine dropped calls during the menu logic prior to CSQ selection, are there any recommended tactics for this?

    Hi Ian
I hope you're keeping well up there?
    1) OOH Calls - there are a couple of reports prefixed 'Application' that report on the Application (i.e. calls to app x, including those that never reach a CSQ). AFAIK they don't do 'intervals' out of the box however.
    2) Those 'Application' reports will also give you some abandon stats. Again, no interval function!
The other thing is how granularly you want to report - some customers use 'set enterprise data' steps in the script to save 'progress', e.g. 'answered', 'support menu 1' etc could be tagged as the call proceeds through the script, so you can then report on where folks are dropping out.
Custom reporting would be an option to get whatever stats you want out of it, integrated into the CUIC interface...  but that process can be a good few days work.

  • Reporting Features

How to get missed called,ISDN status alerts in CUCM 10.5 through GUI, apart from that what are the reporting features i can generate.

    Hi Siva,
Only way to get missed calls info is through CDR Report (enable  Service Parameter "Logging Calls With Zero Duration"). Refer below link for more details on CDR.

  • All phones in the office ring at the same time but no CDR data

I've got something weird going on in my Tokyo office. About every 90 days or so all the phones in the office ring at the same time and there is no caller id displayed on any of the phones. I have tried running CDR reports on both the phones and the Gateway and I come up with no data.
I have a total of 36 phones at this location:
    31 - 7945
    2 - 7911
    1 - 7936
    2 - 7937
    My CUCM is running 8.6.2
My 7945 is running 9-3-1 firmware
My 7911 is running 9-3-1 firmware
My 7936 is running 3-3-21 firmware
My 7937 is running 1-4-4-0 firmware
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks

    Hi,
If the caller id details are not appearing on the phones then the first option is to enable detailed callmanager traces on callmanager servers to which these phones register ( preferably all servers ) so that the call related details can be captured. It should show the gateway from which the call is coming in as well as calling party info.

Hi! I have my Lync 2013 up and running and making calls to PSTN.  I can also generate Monitoring Reports thru my report server:
http://SQLSERVER.CCOMPANY.local/ReportServer_LYNC2013/Pages/ReportViewer.aspx?/LyncServerReports/Reports%20Home%20Page.  I need to generate pure CDR records for voice.  This is mainly for call accounting purpose.  Can any one suggest me what
    to do?  Thanks!
