Certificate Authority - Custom Temp not showing up. W2k8R2ent

Hi Guys,
Couldn't see a forum for CA so I had to post it here. Hopefully its the right place.
(Server is test domain 1 single ad no replication. Running Win 2k8 r2 enterprise)
So here's the issue I am trying to create and export certificate for other users (eobo).
It works fine. But I want to do this throught certreq and in order to do that i have to creat custom cert which i did by duplicating User template.
The new template CopyOfUser i changed(of confirmed) following settings:-
General Tab = Publish Cert in Active Directory
Request Handling = Allow private key to be exported & Enroll subject without req any input
Security : I am logging as domain administrator and it has  Read/Write/Enroll
Issurance Req: This number of authorized signature = 1
& Application Policy & Client Authentication.
Subject Name : Build from AD (Fully Distinguished name)
Selected boxes : Include email name / Email name / UPN
Now problem is i cannot see the custom template on Enable Certificate Templates.
I am very new to CA so I am sure i am missing something or doing something wrong.

I’d suggest if the steps below doesn’t help to remove the CA. Make sure you are using Enterprise Edition (no upgrade from 2K3 or 2K9 standart) of windows
and install it again as Enterprise Root CA. Check and see if you still have the issue before tweaking the CA further:
Open ADUC and check navigate to [Buildin > users > properties > members] and make sure the fallowing security groups are present.
  - Authenticated users
 - Domain Users
 - Interactive
Open ADSI Edit and navigate to
[Domain Naming context > DC=<DomainNAme>, DC=<DomainNAme> > CN=Users > CN=Cert Publishers > properties > security ]
 and give [Read] and [write]
permissions to [Authenticated users] group
Restart the CA.
Check permissions on the CA:
Open the [Certificate Authority] console and right click on [properties > Security] and add the fallowing permissions:
[Authenticated Users]
[V] Request Certificates
[Domain Admins]
[V] Read
[V] Issue and Manager Certificates
[V] Manage CA
[V] Request Certificates
[Enterprise Admins]
[V] Issue and Manager Certificates
[V] Manage CA
[Administrators]
[V] Issue and Manager Certificates
[V] Manage CA
[V] Request Certificates
[Domain Controllers]
[V] Read
[V] Issue and Manager Certificates
[V] Manage CA
[V] Request Certificates
[Domain Computers]
[V] Read
[V] Request Certificates

    I hope you have enjoyed your Wednesday so far.
    I 100% agree with you that it should not be that difficult to get a straight answer about the status of your $10 certificate.  As you may read in other threads on the forum, a certificate will usually post immediately; however, there are times where it may take a little longer, but it should not take more than 24 hours.  Please feel free to send me a private message with the information below if you still cannot access your certificate after 24 hours and I will see what I can do to help.  A private message can be sent by clicking on the blue button in my signature labeled "Private Message."

  • Payment from the customer is not showing in the lockbox transaction.

    Hi all,
    When i execute transaction code FLB1, I could not able to find lockbox and  customer did the payment  but it was not reflected in sap.
    Payment from the customer is not showing in the lockbox transaction.

    The messages are getting to the recipient...
    I am on a Comcast IMAP server if this has anything to do with it and the server settings are following the correct server port numbers, SSL settings, etc... I save Sent messages on the IMAP server for 90 days.... None of these "disappearing" messages were on the server for more than a couple of days.. Typically, these messages will get 'hung' in the Outgoing Mailbox for @30 seconds before sending... like they are being scanned for viruses or Mail can't connect to the server all of a sudden...
    I anybody else here is on a Comcast IMAP server, and having this problem of disappearing Sent messages... This would tell us that it might be a Mail Provider issue with their outgoing server...

    What are the steps that are required to get a custom icon to show up in the installation dialogs?
    I have custom icons setup in the application descriptor xml file for my app... and they do show up in the OS after I install the application but I don't see the icon showing up in the install dialogs.
    Any ideas why the custom icons are not showing up in the installation dialogs?

    You need to sign your app with a certificate that chains up to a trusted root certificate. In general that means you need to get a cert from verisign or someone like that. If you get the friendly warning dialog on the first installer screen rather than the scary one with lots of red x's, you should then see your image

  • Custom Genre Not Showing Up In Apple's Music App [02/20/2015]

    Hello, I have the iPad mini 2 Model: A1489 16GB @ iOS 8.1.3
    I have made 2 custom genres that show up just fine in the Genres tab with every song belonging to these respectable genres. I also have 'Instrumental' and 'Piano' genres that I'm not sure if qualifies as custom genres, but they work well too.
    However, my latest custom genre 'A Cappella' is not showing up with the rest of the genres. The 1 album that I have for this genre shows up in the Albums tab and the songs show up in the Songs tab. The album also shows up after selecting the artist in the Artists tab, but does not show up in Genres.
    There are 2 songs in this genre, but they are my favorite and I want to be able to get to them quickly. ^.^
    The genre does show up in iTunes, Windows Media Player, and the Meta Data is all there when I look at the properties of the files. I can't seem to find out what other differences the working genres' and the non-working genre's songs have except that they have different genres.
    Every song on my Ipad has the same Artist. <<<<(If that helps....)

  • F-26  Customer code not showing on clearing document

    Hello,
    I usually run transaction F-26 to do customer clearings.
    I dont know what happened for this customer that when I simulate the clearing document the customer line disappear.
    The document is cleared normally but the customer code line item does not show on the clearing document (type "CM"-cheque)
    PS: When I run F-26 I insert any bank account and amount 0.00 just to specify  the document numbers on "additional selections"
    I dont know why this happened just this time. I´ve analyzed customer master data on XD03 but I dont know if its something related to this.
    What else could I check ?

    I agree with you that system probably is working as intended, and also I don't think F-26 is the ideal transaction for this.  Probably F-13 is more appropriated.
    Anyway, the 2 documents for customer "Y" are with zero balance clearing too (the same as customer "X") but the customer line item appears on the clearing document.
    We usually run F-26 to clear more than 2 customers also. We inform the document numbers on additional selection.
    So I still need to know why the item line for customer "X" did not appear on clearing document

  • Uploaded custom, theme not showing in repository

    I have copied a existed theme_4 from images/themes/theme_4 to them_200.
    when i am trying to export the same from repository, that is not showing in the list..
    I have followed the below steps to create new custom theme
    1) in images/themes/theme_4 copied the theme_4 directory to theme_200 direcotory
    2) changed the CSS files, as per our requirements.
    3) should export the them_200, changed one (not showing in repository list) currently stuck
    4) after exporting the theme_200.sql , need to replace t4 and etc.... with t200 etc
    5) importing the changed one into repository.
    currently i am stuck with step 3, can you please help me on this...

  • ProRes Setups in Custom Settings not showing up as Easy Setups 7.0.3

    Having trouble on a client's workstation:
    We have all of the "Additional Setups" copied into both the
    "HD>Library>Application Support>Final Cut Pro System Support>Custom Settings"
    as well as the
    "USER>Library>Preferences>Final Cut Pro User Data>Custom Settings"
    folders, but several of them do not show up at all in the Easy Setups dropdowns.
    Why is this, and how do I fix it for them?

    On last upgrade/update of FCP, did you do a full Archive/Install, or did you use Migration Assistant or upgrade/update directly over an existing installation?

    It seems like that there is a sync issue/latency between the operational database and the data warehouse in your case. Groups should appear in the data warehouse within just a minute or two in most environments. Check errors and performance on
    your management servers and sql servers.
    Do you see any error or warning Events in the OperationsManager Windows Event log on one of the management servers which could be related to db issues?

  • Custom Field not showing in analytics?

    We have a custom field on the account object called sales stage. It is a simple pick list (our organization does not use the opportunity object). The custom field is not available in analytics. Is there something on the field setup that needs to be flagged? All of our other fields seem to appear just fine. This is so bizzarre!!

    We have a similar problem concerning custom fields not available in Answers. It concerns a custom field for an additional tel no. in the user record type. I thought it might have something to do with the fact that it can only be utilized through the other data types, using "owned by user".
    But as you have the same problem, maybe there is a solution... Any idea would be appreciated.

  • 1 custom field not showing up for modification in new List Variant for KS12

    Dear SAP Experts,
    I need some help regarding list variants using custom fields.  I made a new List Variant for transaction KS12 using a few custom and standard fields.  The custom fields are in CI_CSKS structure. I did all this according to not 95080 using option two (Adjust screen 1399 in function group KMA1).  I got the header to display the name of the fields in SE51.  The strange things is that after I start KS12 with the new list variant one of the custom fields doesn't show up for modification if there is no value in it where this is not the case with the others.  That is if there is no value in it already (even on character) I can't enter new values in to it, which beats the purpose.  I checked the attributes of the the custom fields and they are all the same, unless I missed something.
    Does anyone have an idea why this could be?

    Hi Michael - I too have exactly the same problem in Lion. It seems to be a bug.
    A minor one, given all the other much larger issues I have with Lion.
    I'm living with it in the expectation that someone will fix it. I notified it ages ago - long before the recent Lion update.
    I am mainly using Snow Leopard. This problem doesn't happen in Snow.

    Events with custom dates (e.g., 3rd Thursday of the month) have stopped showing up in my Mac iCloud calendar. They still show up in iCal, and on my iPhone and iPad. They also showed up in all previous months in iCloud, but for some reason they stopped and none have appeared in February, 2013. I checked, and all the custom dates have no specified end date--and anyway, they continue to appear in iCal, iPhone, and iPad. I can't figure out how-come?

    Just to be clear, photos can not be accessed directly from iCloud.com.
    Be sure you are signed into iCloud on your Mac with the same Apple ID as your iPhone and Photos is checked:
    System Preferences > iCloud
    Then be sure My Photo Stream is checked in iPhoto:
    In iPhoto > Preferences > iCloud

  • Custom Footer not showing in Word to PDF Conversion

    I created a 14 page word document with a custom footer.  The custom footer is a gray textbox with the page number feature inserted.  When I convert the Word 2010 document to a PDF (using Adobe Acrobat XI Standard) the gray text box shows, however, the page number is not visible.  Everything displays fine in Word.  Any ideas what settings I need to change to fix this issue?

    As mentioned to output "interactive" (links, bookmarks, etc.) PDF from MS Word you'd use Acrobat's PDFMaker.

    Acrobat's PDFMaker from Acrobat 7 is not compatible with Office 2007 applications.
    Support started with Acrobat 8.2.

  • Custom Subscreen Not showing on MM03

    Hi,
    I know it has discussed earlier but my question is as follows:
    I have created the custom subscreen (created a new screen under SAPLZMGD1 Function Group, added the fields from a Ztable),activaated etc. I  then change the screen sequence in IMG (21) Std Ind (Short) tabs-> Subscreen (added the  prorgram name SAPLZMGD1 and screen number (9**) and it is showing in simulation mode in IMG. I also uncommented the PBO/PAI of the 9** screen and added a custom PBO module to process logic for MM03 ( loop at screen etc.).
    But I am not seeing the subscreen on MM03.  The program simply doesn't stop there, at all.
    As mentioned before, the fields on the custom screen belong to a ZTABLE and that table is NOT a part of MARA/MARC etc.
    My question is in order to show custom screen/fields on MM03, do the fields/table HAVE to be a part of standard tables (MARA, MARC etc.) through APPEND??
    I really don't want to add Zfields to MARA/MARC through Append structure and rather use the custom table as a stand-alone unless there is no other way..
    Any help would be appreciated..
