If you only changed your password - not your Apple ID - have you changed it in the settings? Settings>Store>Apple ID - tap the ID and you can make changes in there.
You should not have to reset to factory Settings so don't resort to that just yet.

My iPad 2 doesn't have the app store I have looked in everything, reset the home screen and the restrictions is off but I still can't find it.
If you got the iPad from your school, and the Installing Apps restriction is 'off' but greyed out (as you 've said here https://discussions.apple.com/message/16137325#16137325) so that the App Store app is hidden, then it's likely that your school has set the restriction - you will need to ask them to remove the restriction for you.

My iphone 4s crashes too much when i download and app from store and open it its freeze or crash and restart the phone i think i am having big problem with this device i restored it to factory settings and no waay!

Long story short, I'm trying to progress from my first gen iPhone to my iPhone 4s. I sync my first gen as directed to create a backup, and then restore my 4s to the first gen backup. However, once this is done (and it does successfully transfer my first gen phone apps, photos, texts, calendar, etc-etc to my 4s), my 4s phone no longer has 4g data like it did prior to syncing - it doesn't recognize my data plan at all. The only way I can access the internet is through my wi-fi. So then I have to reset to factory settings and re-plus my personal settings into the 4s but then I lose everything from the first gen transfer. Any thoughts and/or recommendations/suggestions? My daughter's itouch (registered to my apple account) is asking for answers to security questions that I never answered and it won't let her buy anything from the iTunes store. I tried a hard reset to original settings but it still asks for answers. How do I reset the security questions or get rid of them appearing altogether? I can purchase apps on my phone (same apple account) and it doesn't ask me for security questions.

Just purchased Airport Extreme ac and lost internet connection 3X in less than one week. Fisrt time, reset to factory settings and fixed problem. Has occurred 2 additional times and connection re-established by unplugging AP extreme. Anyone else having these problems? Do I have a bad router? Thanks.
I definitely think this is a Mavericks issue. My iMac running Mavericks is the ONLY system in the house that drops the network randomly while all other systems never lose the network. No idea how to resolve this, but here is the workaround I'm posting:
I've had the 'network drop' issue with my Airport Extreme for the last 2 months. It reconnects when I pull the ethernet cable and plug it back in. I've tried downgrading the AE firmware, resetting to factory, etc. Nothing worked. I finally threw in the towel and created a script that monitors my network connectivity and restarts my interface if it senses it has dropped:

I want to loan my ipad to my husband for the summer. If I back up my ipad, reset my ipad to its factory settings and then load it on his imac will I be able to get my apps back later?
You can backup your iPad to your computer then after that restore it to its factory default. Your husband will be able to use it like a brand new iPad and when he is done then you can plug it back into your computer and restore it to your backup. Everything should be there for you.

My laptop had a few problems and it had to be reset to factory settings. Meaning my iTunes was wiped clean and I had to reinstall it. My previous iTunes (and current iPod nano) has 13 playlists, over 2000 songs and a record of plays going back 2 years (which i would like back since a lot of my playlists are play based).
I've followed guides online, and i've managed to get my songs from my iPod to my computer and thus onto iTunes again. But neither the play count, nor the playlists are transferring with these methods.
Considering when I first bought this laptop I had to redo all my playlists and I KNOW how time consuming and bloody annoying it was I'd rather not do it again.
Is there anyone that can give me a step by step guide of how to do this?
I would GREATLY appreciate this, as at current i'm refusing to sync my iPod again as I am so desperate to cling onto the playlists and plays I have, which means no new songs...
Please help if you can.The Ipod works fine.

I figured a Nano would probably connect in a simpler way than the touch, but only have a couple computers and cables to test.
I've reinstalled iTunes, but not the full suite, and not all traces. I will attempt this, but I suspect its related to my touch. I was able to connect other iphones to my itunes without issue, using the same cable. -
Hi! I hv both 1st ipad& ipad2. I hv some music in my 1st iPad, that is not transferred in my new ipad2 via iCloud. Can' t open iTunes stores.
Just think of the third problem. I can't do backup neither, so I dare not restore my iPad to its default as I didn't do the backup the moment before upgrading it to iOS 7 (which I regret very much now). I have trusted Apple for years and didn't think of such problems could happen after iOS upgrade.

Every time I connect it to sync it says it's been sync'd with another library and do I want to erase and sync w/ the current itune library.....it has never been sync'd with another itunes library....just this one on my mac. When it starts to sync and says that it can't read/write to the ipod. I've restarted it, reset it and made sure my itune is the most recent. HELP.
When you still have the problem after restoring to factory defaults/new iPod then you very likely have a hardware problem and an appointment a th Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
