Change G/L Account for PO Line Item in BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE

Dear Experts,
I believe this BAPI BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CREATE has been brought in question many a times.
But really after a lot of research also I could not find the exact solution to this problem.
The BAPI works all good. I am posting a Invoice Receipt successfully.
--> The problem is, it posts PO Line Item with posting key for Costs i.e. '81' and GL account from PO (suppose '111111').
When I post the same document via MIRO manually, it considers the default GL account for GR/IR (suppose '999999') and the Posting Key is GR/ID Debit '86'. (Configured via OBYC as SAP std.)
How do I enable BAPI to use GR/IR G/L Account '999999' when posting Invoice.
Just for Information :
- The PO is NEITHER goods-receipt-based invoice verification NOR non-valuated GR.
- I tried populating Accounting data Table but it does not accept different GL account num there.(Forces it to be '111111' ).
- Also the Itemdata Table has field for mentioning GR, but allows only for GR-based IV.
Any help in this regards will be great.

Issue Resolved on my own ....
The debit credit indicator on PO Line Item should not be touched and the G/L Account line item Debit Credit Indicator must be Credit. It fixes the problem.

    Hello Abhay,
    This is the normal and correct function for SAP. If you would like for the subscriptions to be on the same contract that you subscriber has, an enhancement has to be developed.
    We had a similar requirement and an enhancement was developed per specifications.

  • Changing Ship-To Parties for Multiple Line Items

    Hello!  I am wondering if there is a way to change the Ship-To party on a sales order at the line item, besides changing each line individually.  Is there a more efficient way to change the Ship-To party for multiple line items?  We are looking at creating a fast-change transaction to allow users to change the Ship-To party at the line item level for multiple lines.  Our particular transaction will make changes by delivery group.  Does anyone know if SAP version 6.0 will have functionality to allow users to change the Ship-To party for multiple lines at one time?  Thanks!

    Go to tcode MASS, enter the object BUS2032, then execte-enter, now select the mass odrer item data. Here u can change the req fields.

  • Change the Reconciliation Account for the FI Document

    Hi,
    I like to change the reconciliation account of the line item in a FI Document, which will be created FROM MIRO or MIR6 trxn. I have tried the BTE - 00001120, I can modify the required field, but at the time of posting it's again fetching the default reconciliation account.
    Can any one plz suggest me the way to solve the problem? Please suggest.

    There are few ways:
    - You need to check in respective Item Category, the field "Business Item data" should be unchecked, this will allow you to change the Payment Terms at Item Level.
    -Even if the above settings are not being done, you can have the Payment terms fetched from Condition record maintained for that item. Mind that you need to maintain the Payment terms in Condition Records of the pricing of the item.

  • Get the Change log for ALV line items

    Hello Experts,
    I am using editable ALV table to display/change data. When user modifies data from ALV line items manually (direct entry), this change is recorded in get_context_change_log method of context node. Also in the screen I have one button, on click of this button I do some calculation for selected line items in action method and update the context node with new values. But with this second approach (button action) though values gets changed this is not recorded in to get_context_change_log of context node. I tried to use method add_context_attribute_change  in button action method to add attribute changes to change log tabel but it's not adding entries to change log. Does method add_context_attribute_change only works with OVS search helps and freely programmed value helps? And is there any other way for capturing changes(done by using action method and not manually) for ALV line items?

  • Fi document: different tax code for each line item

    Dear All,
    Our FI department needs to post FI documents by uploading the list of line items. For each line item (even when they have the same g/l account) tax code may be different from 0 to 10%. Also the tax code needs to be entered in EUR not in %. So for example they may need to post the folowing document:
              PstKey   Account    Amount     Tax amt
    001     21          Vendor       95 EUR     Tax amount 5 EUR
    002     50          GRIR          100 EUR
    003     21          Vendor       90 EUR     Tax amount 10 EUR

    At the moment users have to post it manually. Tax rate cannot be restricted to allow tax from 0 to 10%.
    Can you please advice what would be the best approach for them to make it? Providing they do want to upload the document not enter the items manually..

But when the Purchase Order is created in the backend R/3 i coudn't able to find the goods receipt indiactor being set..

    I have set the GR and GR non val indicator in CREATE_PO BADI but I face the following situation :
    problem -
    In case of multiple account assignment in the shopping cart, the R/3 transaction ME21N sets these flags. 
    The flag status determined as per EBP conditions is lost.
    I need to retain the flag status as per EBP conditions even in this multiple account assignment scenario.
    proposed solution -
    - CREATE PO badi is already implemented in EBP and customised logic for GR and GR non valflag is in place.
    - I create user exit in R/3 backend system in ME21N transaction 
    - I make RFC call in this user exit to EBP and check the table BBP_PDPSET for the shopping cart.
    This is how I get the flag status as per EBP conditions and copy the same to R/3 thereby overriding the multiple account assignment check of the R/3 system.
    issue - 
    When I tried to verify that I can check the BBP_PDPSET table from R/3, I found that this table is not having entries for all the records in  CRMD_ORDERADM_I table.
    For which shopping carts will the BBP_PDPSET table not  be populated ?

  • Cash Discount Calculated for One Line Item and not for Other

    Hi All,
    We have devloped a Z program which is used to Write of InterCompany AR and AP recon Account to another GL Account. In this program to clear line item we have created a BDC which calls t-code FB05. Thsi program is running perfectly fine for all company codes.
    There is new company code SG20 for which it is not clearing the line items. It has created a Session in SM35, when we analysed the seesin we found that for some line items system is calculating Cash Discount and for some other line items it is not but the payment Term is same for all the douments with 3% 14days.
    I need your help in understanding that why for some line items system calculates the Cash Discout where as for others it is not calculation..also the Posting Date is same for all the documents.
    Please advise what could be the reson for this.

    Cash discount is calculated based on the combination of baseline date and payment term conditions.
    Hence please check the baseline date for all the documents, in which the cash discount is not appearing.
    In your case, the possible reasons could be that 1) baseline date is different between these documents or 2) payment terms cash % is manually modified in the line item of the documents.

    I have created a SAP QUERY report for vendor line items with fields vendor no.,vendor name,amount,company code and period.But there is one line item i donot know from wher system is getting it picked with is not in that vedor account,when i compare with fbl1n.I checked the document number too...the same doc number is twice in my query report.One with correct amount and another with wrong one.How do i chk.Where did i go wrong in creating query.I used logical database KDF.
    Please advise.

    i chked...how do we get the amount displayed in query...it just displays amount no debit credit symbol... i have selected BSEG-DMBTR field but no -/+ sign,how is it done in query,please suggest.

  • Vendor field empty for RE line items in FBL3N

    dear all-
    I'm experiencing a strange situation. Instead of using the MM-report, I want to do a GRIR analysis in FI. When I run FBL3N for the GRIR account I see that for the goods-receipt related documents (doc type WE) field like puchase order and vendor number are populated (and contain a value). However for the line items that come from the invoice the field purchase order is filled but the field vendor is blank.
    I did have a look at the BSEG table for the WE- and RE-related documents: for all line items of the WE document (goods receipt) the fields purchase order and vendor contained a value, for the RE document (invoice receipt) all line items have a value for purchase order but only the first line item (vendor line) has a value for the field vendor. On all the other line items the vendor field is blank.
    Looks pretty strange to me, who has a good solution?

    In the meantime I did find report RFWERE00. I was able to generate a list that indeed showed the vendor number on the GRIR account both from the GR- and RE-document. Didn't have time yet to go over the code to figure out where this report gets its data from.
    The report offers options to do actual clearing and do postings ... I'm not interested in that. Only in the list. I have a start now ...
    ... If you have another I idea that prevents me from creating a customer report ... I'm eager to hear it!
