Change invoice - Sales district

Hi,
I want to change the Sales district from an invoice,but the bapi BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CHANGE doesn´t hace this field.
how can I achive this?

Sales district is a field in customer master. It should flow from Business data.

  • Changing Fields Historically on Billing Documents - Sales District

    Hi
    Is it possible to change fields historically on a billing document ?
    I wish to change the sales district (VBRK-BZIRK) on Historic Billing documents.
    This is due to an external reporting system we use - Business Objects.
    I am able to change the same field on the sales order VBKD-BZIRK, but not on the Billing document
    Is there a MASS change program available to use at all ?

    Hi,
    Yes,you are right.
    We cannot change them in billing document.
    There are two options.
    1)Cancel all those billing documents using VF11 T.code.and mass change the sales order.Recreate the billing document using VF04 T.Code.
    2)Develop a program for this.Using Batch job I think you can change.

  • 1 sales order with 2 sales districts will spilt invoice into 2

    Hi,
    We have one issue here. We would like to create one Invoice based on two different sales districts.
    After we key in one sales order with two differennt sales districts, the system generated only one sales order and only one Delivery Order, but unfortunately the system split the Invoice into two invoices.  Instead of spliting into two, can I combine the invoices into one. Meaning, One Sales Order, generate One Delivery Order and One Invoice?

    Hi Sim,
      Invoices can be combined if your bill to party and the billing date of all the invoices are same.
      This can be done througuh transaction VF06.
      You can also check the transaction VTFL for your corresponding delivery and billling type and for your item category field  VBRK/VBRP should have the value single invoice(routine -03).

  • Price has been changed in sales order after invoice created

    Hi,
    We have a scenario where there has been a change in sales order prices after invoice created. when user try to pull out a report for incomplete sales orders through V.02 and these orders populating in (incompletion log is showing for Customer Expected price).
    when I looked into the changes for those sales orders, there is FI job which did all those changes and it is difficult to find the details of what the job does.
    Please suggest me the work around how should I remove these sales orders from incompletion log.

    Hi. Anuja. has accounting document generated.? Because once the accounting document generates there no fields we can change apart from output types. I think in your scenario there are no accounting documents generated. may be , because of that reason The pricing has changed after the invoice. In order to solve this , in billing type uncheck posting block check box......

    I am not sure, if my answer will satisfy you, but anyway I will try:
    Field Sales District is technically called BZIRK. In delivery structure is this field located in header (table LIKP), what cause split, if origin document (Sales Order) has different Sales District in some positions. This is standard program behavior. Basically it shouldn't happen, as value is taken from customer master (Sold-to Party) and copied to header and items of sales document. But user can manually changer for particular items.
    Well, to solve situation you have few ways:
    1. Do not allow users to change value on items - can be managed by organizational decision or by authorization concept.
    2. If there is a reason to have different Sales District in items, then it can be managed in in routines for copy control between sales and delivery documents (delete value of BZIRK for all items for instance). But then will be this information lost for further usage. It seems to me to invoice is value copied directly from sales order (field VBRP-BZIRK_AUFT) then it mustn't be a critical for analyses.
    3. Your situation also can happen if you wants to collect more sales documents to one delivery. In this case can be that Sales District is different for same customer in different sales order (even seems to be little bit strange). Then solution from point 2 can help as well, I believe.

    i create a Sales Order with these characteristics:
    Header Level:
    SOLD TO PARTY: A
    Item Level:
    Item 10: SHIP TO PARTY B
    Item 20: SHIP TO PARTY C
    Item 30: SHIP TO PARTY A
    I have substituted manually the ship to party of Item 10 and  Item 20 in  Item Details/Partner tab.
    It's all ok, but the field Sales District in Item Details/Sales B tab, is the same of SOLD TO PARTY A, for all three items.
    Why it doesn't change automatically when i replace the ship to party of item 10 and item 20?
    There is a way to change it automatically?

    yes i need this field for statistical use... and for COPA analysis.
    My colleagues of CO would like use this characteristic in function of different ship to parties in the order.
    If i have a sales order, with ONE sold-to-party and three item-lines with THREE ship-to-parties, the COPA Analysis want to know the three sales district of ship to parties, not the sales district of SOLD TO PARTY.
    The problem is that SAP users would like to change, at item level, only the ship to party and not the sales district, too. I would like to know if there is an automatic way to change sales district at item level in function of changing ship to party.

  • Sales District problem inn  2LIS_12_VCITM as its available in datasource

    Dear All.
    i have modify the standard cube 0SD_C03 and added a Sales District in Organization dimension my requirement is to show the Incoming order quantity, Delivery quantity and Billing Quantity with respect to Sales District / Region.
    i am filling the 0SD_C03 cube with the following data sources 2LIS_11_VAITM, 2LIS_12_VCITM and 2LIS_13_VDITM
    but when i run the report the data is inconsistency due to the document type Deliveries does not filling the Sales District.
    when i check the RSA3 extractor program both the other datasource are showing the Sales District data but 2LIS_12_VCITM is not displaying the Sales District field but this field is available in the datasource.
    i try alot because according to the documentation it is quite straight that data source 2LIS_12_VCITM contain the Sales District field and it is available in LBWE.
    it is not showing in the RSA3 extractor and nor filling the cube.
    i am using BI7.0 and connecting with SAP 4.7.
    any help will be highly appreciated.

    i haven't change the extractor i only change the InfoCube 0SD_C03 by adding the Sales District characteristic the field sales district already there in the datasource 2LIS_12_VCITM i can see it in R/3 using LBWE.
    but when i load this datasource in my cube there is all data but the filed sales district is empty and this is only for this datasource the other two datasources fill the data along with sales district field.
    then i check this datasource in RSA3 in R/3 side and it also not showing the data for this field, but this filed is part of the datasource.
    i hope i have clear the question.

  • Sales District updation in Delivery header table

    Sales district is mandatory field in customer master and is copied to the sales orders, when the delivery document is created the sales district is not copied.
    Is there any technical way or customization process to update the sales district in LIKP.
    In this project we ARE NOT USING shipment and transportation process.
    the process implemented here is Sales Order creation, followed by delivery creation (picking and Post goods issue) and finally Invoice creation and posting to accounts.
    Kindly help me in achieving the updation of Sales district in LIKP table.

    The current copy control setting between the sales order and delivery is as per the standards.
    ie 001 - Header
    Please suggest a better approach whether:
    Data Transfer routine - 001 -Header (FV50C001) which is a default routine to be copied and add the logic of updating the sales district in delivery header and maintain in place of 001
    or
    copy the Data transfer routine - 002 - Business Data ( FV50C002) to a new routine activate the logic of copying the sales district from VBKD to LIKP and maintain in place of 001
    The replies suggested by seniors is very helpful.

    It is possible through configuration better you can post in sd forums.
    For the condition type settings , ensure that the manual entries is 'D'. it wont allow any changes in the order.

    All the customers are mapped to Sales Account 51005000. 
    Now the requirement is to change the sales account from 51005000 to 53005000 only for few customers. Please suggest how to handle this issue.

  • Interdependent Changes in Sales Orders (CRM -- R/3)

    Dear Sap gurus,
    at my current customer they have implemented warranty complaints in SAP CRM.
    This is a copy of the transaction type CRMC (service complaint)- Type leading transaction category = BUS2000120 (complaints).
    Once the complaint has user status 'closed' this complaint is sent to R/3 for further processing.
    At that moment no changes made in R/3 are replicated back to CRM.
    Note 642944 explains that ou can make changes independent of the system in which you originally created the order. This is called scenario A (compared to scenarios X , Y and Z which are described in oss note 705200 (which are valid for older releases of CRM and R/3). <b>Since we are using CRM 5.0 and R/3 (release 4.7 and one is SAP ECC 6.0) we fall into validity for scenario A.</b>
    You still have a bunch of other related OSS notes such as:
    - 630778: Scenario A: mutual change of sales documents
    - 620139: Scenario A: independent changes in sales documents- R/3
    - 720511: FAQ: Data exchange sales documents (CRM <-> R/3) II

    <b>(Just for the record: the reason why I ask is that for example Product proposal (in the cross selling context) is for example also not supported for Complaints in SAP CRM 5.0, as opposed to Sales orders and Quotations.)</b>

    To start with I have to describe the actual scenario...(therefore I think Interdependent changes is not valid as Lorna explained already).
    <b>Scenario:</b>
    We are using Complaint management in CRM 5.0. combined with SAP ECC 6.0.
    Now we are not following the standard process flow which is described in:

    When Creating a Complaint (CRMC) and adding a unit (individual object/material) at header level, and the spare parts (on item level) we do certain validation checks
    for warranty validity etc.
    On item level we can set the status on either "Accepted" or "rejected"(where we also indicate per item based on code groups if this should be
    - credit memo request
    - free of charge substitute delivery
    After all item statuses are either Accepted or rejected, the user status on header level automatically changes to 'immediate settlement'.
    When this is the case we can manually set the user status to closed on header level.
    At this very moment replication takes place in the form that a Sales Order is created in R/3 with either a credit memo request and/or
    a Free of charge delivery. (these have the same item category as in SAP CRM).
    so far so good. But in this stage no manual changes are possible anymore in the SAP CRM complaint.
    Changes can still be made on Sales order level in R/3 by adding for example another item (spare part).
    <b>My Question now is:</b>
    Suppose a change is made on sales order level (this sales order has the same number as the complain which was originally created in SAP CRM), how can we
    update the Complaint in SAP CRM?
    I first was looking at delta replication for sales documents (described in notes 642944 and 705200) but this is not valid since the actual complaint is not
    replicated to R/3 in the first place.
    The only thing I could think of is making use of some action (profile)...which might for example check if the R/3 sales order with same document number is changed.
    Anyone experience with setting up such a thing or perhaps has another suggestion?

  • Report on changes to sales orders

    Hi Experts,
    I am looking for a way to report on changes to sales orders, specifically the row shipping date and quantity.
    I can see that the data is apparently in tables ADOC and ADO1 but am having trouble getting useful results. What I need is a report that, for sales orders only and for a date range, shows all changes to row quantities or row shipping dates. The type of output that would be useful is:
    Change date  - document # - row# - Item code - old shipping date - new shipping date - old qty - new qty
    filtered on change date for sales orders only. This seems beyond my preferred option of XL-Reporter and I'm getting lost in the history tables in creating a query.

    Hi,
    Without doing the query for you, history tables are linked as the "normal" table but with the addition of the LogInstance column. Then the UpdateDate column (from base table ie. ADOC) will tell you when it was changed.
    Your query isn't an easy one... SInce you have to link an instance (ie. LogInstance = 1, which will be the original created object) to all the modified ones.

    I combined two ODS into one ODS from 2LIS_11_VAITM & 2LIS_13_VDITM. I want to generate reports that contain net value, cost of incoming order, invoiced sales, and credit memo'(SD module).
    I tried to create some calculated key figures in BW that contain the net value and cost of incoming order, invoiced sales and credit memo. However, i couldn't find relative fields to define them.
    Can anyone provide help regarding how to create those key figures in BW? Thank you.

    I think the best way to check it out is by looking at the business content. There might be mapping already defined for the fields you are looking for. The one standing out is perhaps the net value 'ONET_VALUE'.
    Please try to use as much of content KF as possible. A good approach to finding the right info-objects is by searching the business content by info-sources and marking the grouping as 'Collect before and afterwords', it should list down all the dependent info-objects.
