Change request message standards

Hi Experts,
what is the change request message standards? Is there any message standards. Pls send me the full details.
Thanks in Advance,
Saradhi

Hi,
If you are taking about change request description and the documentation that is done in SAP for transports then it's totally internal to a client and how they keep it.
You can maintain anything which is being followed or which is followed by your client.
If it's not related to this, then I am unsure about the exact issue

  • Individual entries cannot be put into the change request (message SV141)

    Hi,
I am trying to save an activity that I have created for SOP (Production>SOP>Function>Mass Processing>Define Activities).
When I click on the IMG node, I get the following message:
"Individual entries cannot be put into the change request
    Message no. SV141
    Diagnosis
For technical reasons, the entries cannot be fully specified in the change request. There are two possible reasons for this:
    1. The key of an entry is longer than 120 characters. All entries whose keys match up to character 119, are then copied into the change request, rather than an individual entry.
    2. The key of an entry contains fields of special data types, for example, packed numbers. The key can only be specified in the change request up to the first such field from the left.
all entries whose keys match up to character 12 are copied into the change request, rather than a single entry.
    System Response
The selected entry is copied into the change request correctly, but other entries may be copied as well."
Can anyone explain why and if I have to do something to ensure it is captured in the CTS?
    Thanks,
    Lars

  • Changing request Message; PlatfromRequest.

    Hi,
I need to create a simple aplication, that opens the Webbrowser with a certain Address on all MIDP2.0 devices.
I got everything working but there is one thing I'd like to get rid of.
I'm using PlatformRequest() to open the browser, then the the MIDP environment asks if you want to allow the application to open the URL. Is it possible to change this behavior, to get rid of it or at least to change the message to something else like the request for a connection to the Internet?
    Kind regards

Checking in WE62, I found that it's actually a message type. It is using with the IDOC type ALEREQ01. However, I still do now know when to use the message the IDOC type.
In the document, it only says that: "General request - Basis IDoc type "

  • How to deactivate Change Request Management workflows task

We are in a situation where we are switching external SAP service
organisation and we cannot at this stage introduce any new procedures
regarding sceduling-tasklists/TMS/etc. Our ChaRM implementation project
must be set back in to a possision where we can maintain our normal
system maintainance processes without using a fully implementated
CharRM functionallity. The implementation of CharRM has to be realized
    in 2 steps:
    a) activate only ChaRM documentation system/flow as an extention of
servicedesk, implement this in our organisation
    b) activate fully ChaRM functionality with interaction with
SLD/TMS/tasklists/etc after we have switched service organisation
    Needs:
    1) How to deactivate ChaRM IMG setting SAP Solution Manager-
    >Configuration->Scenario-Spesific Settings->Change Management->Change
    Request Management->Standard Configuration->General Activities-
    >Activate Integration with Change Request Management and related
    settings.
We had in an earlier stage the total service process/documentationflow
up and running and with possibilities to interact/respond on
servicemessages for these roles: User, Servicedesk, Change Manager,
Change Advisory board, Developer, Tester, IT Operator equal to ChaRM
    process.
    2) Ensure availability to use ChaRM as a extention to servicedesk
regarding administration and documentation of SAP changements.

  • 'Log in to System' option redirects to Development system in Change Request

    Hi all,
We're testing ChaRM configuration. The issue is with the Change Request message. When set to 'In development', it doesn't show 'Log in to system' option. While when the status is ''To be tested', it shows the 'log in to system' option, but logs me in Development system rather login to Quality Assurance system.
I have double checked the logical component, and RFCs, associated to particular systems, and found them OK.

    CL_HF_HELPER==================CM00A, line: 29).
    pls help

    Hi Yunus,
Your probably have changed the transaction type SLFN to a the customer namespace Z or Y. If this is the case you MUST also "Define Mapping Rules for Copy Control".
Goto SPRO -> SAP Solution Manager -> Scenario-Specific Settings -> Change Management -> Change Request Management -> Extended Configuration -> Change Transaction -> Change Transaction Types -> Copy Control for Change Request Management ->  Define Mapping Rules for Copy Control.
Once at this point in the IMG make a copy of SLFN -> ZLFN. This will resolve your problem.
    Kind regards,
    Latief

  • InfoCube Error Message: Choose a change request with target system BWQ

    Hi experts,
I have a problem when I want to edit an InfoCube created by other developer. The error message received is as follow:
"<b>Choose a change request with target system BWQ</b>".
When I click on the Documentation (F9) button, the detailed message is:
    "Message no. TK511
    Diagnosis
The selected change request BWDK901086 has target system .
However, the objects you edit can only be recorded in change requests with the target system BWQ.
The correct target system is determined from the package and transport layer to which the object concerned belongs.
    System response
The selected change request BWDK901086 is not used to record the objects.
    Procedure
Either choose a different change request or change the target system of the change request BWDK901086.
From the prompt window for change requests, you can display all requests you can use by choosing Own requests.
Alternatively, you can create a new request by choosing Create request.
For more information, see the SAP Library under BC - Basis Components -> Change and Transport System ."
Can someone helps me to solve this problem?
    Thanks!

    hi Fullham,
try se09/10 and find request BWDK901086 (use binocular icon) or se03. then double click that request, go to tab 'properties', hope you will see 'Target System' system there, click 'edit'/pencil icon and change it to BWQ.
you may need to change the owner (which may not authorized), ask basis help if necessary.
    hope this helps

  • Report for Support Message,  Change Request and Change in one overview?

Is there a report that shows the relation between the support message, change request and the change in one overview? I am already aware of the Change Management Reporting via SOLAR_EVAL, but this does not show the whole document flow in one overview.
The incident message processors want to have a quick overview of the status of the changes that are created on the basis of the support message.
If there is no report, could you point me in the right direction... Do I have to create a query or are you using BW for service desk/charm reporting?

  • How to create a standard SOAP request message from a given WSDL file?

    Hello,
If I have a WSDL file (either from a .net web service or from the famous Amazon web services), what is the best way to generate a SOAP compliant request message?
I am having trouble understanding the role of WSDL file in a given web service.
    Question 1:
If I have a web service that is implemented using jaxm, how do I create/publish a WSDL file that describes the web service?
Assuming I can generate a wsdl file, can I recreate the SOAP request message from the WSDL file automatically (that matches the original request, which is hand build by me?)
    Question 2:
If I have a web service that is implemented using JAX-RPC, based on the WSDL file, can I simply generate a valid SOAP message (by some JAVA api) and get the response message directly?
    thanks...

I have the same question ("Assuming I can generate a wsdl file, can I recreate the SOAP request message from the WSDL file automatically (that matches the original request, which is hand build by me?)")
Have you already found an answer to this?

  • MDG standard Supplier Change Request

    Hi ,
I am trying to use the out of box MDG Supplier flow. The status of the task is now "Final Check Approved",but I cannot find  the Vendor in LFA1 table. The last step is a background step "Distribute Change Request" which has finished successfully. My question is  do I have to always configure a replication model to get the data from staging area to Active area?
I am not sure why  if the workflow has completed(ie approved) ,I am unable to see  the Vendor in LFAI.I am looking in the same client where MDG hub is deployed.
    Regards,
    Premjit

    Hi,
As I understand, the data is maintained in a staging area untill approved.Once approved, the data is pushed to the active tables(like LFA1 table). If my understanding is correct, then i should have seen the Vendor in LFA1 which I have not.The reuse area for my model BP is marked as PARTNER which is default.
Any leads what can be the possible reasons that I dont see the data in LFA1 on ECC where I have deployed the MDG.As mentioned earlier ,we have not set up any "repliacation model" yet.

  • What the means of standard change request in se09

    dear experts,
I was curious to find that se09-utilitesstandard request--set/reset.  What was the means of it. Please explain to me.

    Hello
    [http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/En/7f/8b5fe2d64b4ef8875699f219f073d9/content.htm|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/En/7f/8b5fe2d64b4ef8875699f219f073d9/content.htm]
When you transport Java objects using CTS+ you need to set a transport request as being the "standard request".
The functionality to do that also exists in SE09 in the path you describe.
So it is used to mark a transport request as standard request which means when you would go into the CTS browser part through STMS where you can add a java object to the transport request. You can only add to the transport request marked as being "standard".
Hope this give you a better view on the functionality, if you need more explanation please request so and I'll give it a try to explain in a different way.
    Kind regards

  • ChaRM: approving of a change request by various list of end users

    Dear, experts.
Can I customize ChaRM so, that before initiating change request  a support message should be approved by  by various list of end users depending on component (component A - list 1, component B - list 2)?
For example some end-user wants to change  established business-process. In this process are involved other end-users, so to trigger changes he have to ensure that other end-users are agree.
can you suggest any profitable solution?
    thanks in advance

    Hey talgat,
what you need is an action that uses pfac (it s a transaction for defining rooting rules). Thanks to this transaction you can define rules that will be based on different fields of ticket od crmd_order to assign the right person to the ticket
There is a standard action that does those kind of things called SLFN0001_ADVANCED_FIND_PARTNER of action profile SLFN0001_ADVANCED available in transaction sppfcadm. You ll notice that this action uses rule id AC13200137. Well you ll need to define your action that will be alike with your own rule that you ll have predefined in transaction pfac.
Use a copy of the standard rule AC13200137 to do your own; it will ease the task for you.
PS: this link could maybe help your understanding
    Support Team Determination
    Hope this helps
