Changed structuere of RFC not found after Re-import
hi guyz
The RFC i am using has changed and one new input field was added to RFC. Now i have reimported the RFC, the model is showing the changed field as well. But the problem is that while deploying it throws follwing Exception.
com.sap.tc.webdynpro.progmodel.context.ContextConfigurationException: DataNodeInfo (SalesOfficerComp.Zpdp_Cust_Salesgrp_Input.SaleGrpOutput.Out_Table): structure field Mkt_Type not found
The changed field is of type Mkt_Type.
I am not getting any clues regarding this.
Please help me to sort out this problem.
Thanks.
Deeps
Hi Deepak,
Follow the steps.
Step 1: Remove the model from the used models.
Step 2: Re import the Model using the changed RFC.
Step 3: Rebuild Project
Step 4: Use the new model in used models.
Step 5: Go to the Diagram view and do the mapping once again between
i> Used Models and Component Controller
ii> Component Controller and View.
Step 6: Build and Deploy.

Mithu

Do you know whether there is an exception class in web dynpro java that i can catch in case the RFC is not found in the backend system?
Thanks and regards,
NadaThank you!
Are the mentioned exceptions general exceptions if something is going wrong with the execute() method or they are specific for the problem 'RFC not found in the backend).
So I need this specfic information that the RFC is not found in the backend. -
CS6 photoshop not found after downloading and putting in serial number
CS6 photoshop not found after downloading and putting in valid serial number. Only extended version shows up as available. How do I just download CS6 photoshop only??
Thanks!Nowhere during the installation does it give me the option to select the previous version I purchased! This is a new install on a new computer because my other computer no longer works. There is no option for me to select CS6 PS (NON EXTENDED) on the download from Adobe! When I install it only installs the extended version and tells me my serial number is valid but not for the extended. When you provided the link to the page that has the downloads, all that loads is the extended version. Can you please give me a link to the CS6 (not extended) so I can get back to work? I also was able to get the hard drive out of my computer that no longer works and put it on my new computer I'm trying to install CS6 on and the installer gave me NO OPTIONS to enter my old serial#.
This is beyond frustrating!!!! I have a computer go out on me, and have to buy a new computer, then when I try to install CS6 PS it will not install. In the meantime I'm trying to keep my small business going to stay in business. I can't call any one from adobe. All I can do is send emails to get this resolved and wait.
Please please help me! -

Change the default 'Item not found' Page
Anyone know how to change the standard 'Item not found' in KM? I would like to change it to something a bit less technical. I am assuming that it is stored in the repository somewhere.. but where?
No,
it's currently not possible to change that page.

Please do following checklist:
1. Check that the J2EE engine is up and running (e.g. log in with Admin)
2. Check that the following application is running:
Visual Admin => Cluster => Server => Services => Deploy
Select "Application" and look for "sap.com/tclmctcutilbasic_ear
3. Try to continue installation
It could be helpful to apply the patch for CTC as per note # 938261
before restarting.
and also try to add more memory allocation.
If issue persists,
- I'd like to know which installation DVD/CD number being using ?
- The contents of the LABEL.ASC file.
- The installation guide reference and title used for this install ?
- SAPINST version ?
- Oracle version/patch level ?
- Operating system version/patch level ?

Menu00F9 not found after company language change
Hi everyone, something about this problem? Changing then user language (form the General Settings System-Form), SAP restarts the system (all forms are closed), after that any access to the user menù fails.
This is my code:
dim oSBOMenus As SAPbouiCOM.Menus
oSBOMenus = oCompany.Menus
oSBOMenus.item("3072) ' The Stock Management Menù"
At last SAP show this error "Menù not found"
Note: This code has non problem the first time, when the Environment starts.
Thanks to all.
FlavioHI Frank,
As i show you, my code has no problem the first time. Im using SP1 PL9. I can solve the problem with the UserMenuService object like this:
'Dim oUserMenuService As SAPbobsCOM.UserMenuService
'oUserMenuService = DirectCast(o, SAPbobsCOM.UserMenuService)
'Dim oUserMenuParams As SAPbobsCOM.UserMenuParams
'oUserMenuParams = DirectCast(oUserMenuService.GetDataInterface(SAPbobsCOM.UserMenuServiceDataInterfaces.umsdiUserMenuParams), SAPbobsCOM.UserMenuParams)
'oUserMenuParams.UserID = 3072
'Dim oUserMenuItems As SAPbobsCOM.UserMenuItems
'oUserMenuItems = oUserMenuService.GetUserMenu(oUserMenuParams)
The UserMenuService works fine, but the SAPbouiCOM.Menus has some problem. Id like use both in the future (all my add-ons used the SAPbouiCOM.Menus)
Thanks

RFCs not working after Refresh, is this SecureStore issue?
In our landscape we do frequent system refreshes (DB copy). we use to take out RFC table export and then import them back after refresh. every thing was fine till we upgraded to Netweaver 6.0. Now after refresh most of rfc donesn't work (one which have user ID/ Password in them).
Here is my findings till now:
When we goto SM59 and RFC maintenance screen it give below message:
bold "User Password invalid for identifier /RFC/CCMS (see Long text)"
============================
This is what long message is"
Message no. SR128
Diagnosis
Changes to the global key or system data have invalidated the passwords in secure storage.
Procedure
Enter the user password again.
Procedure for System Administration
You can find detailed error messages for the specified ID in transaction SECSTORE.
======================================
In secstore transaction I found this message for entry:
"System-dependent data for entry /RFC/CCMS changed: TRS / WTH"
Long text for this is:
System-dependent data for entry /RFC/CCMS changed: TRS / WTH
Message no. SECSTORE031
Diagnosis
When accessing the secure storage, the system detected that system-dependent data (installation number or system ID) had been changed.
Entry data: TRS
Current system data: WTH
If you receive this message during a migration process, the "Current system data" field contains the old specified system data instead of the current system data.
The content of both fields can also be empty, if the system cannot determine the data in the current context.
System Response
It is no longer possible to access entries that were created with the previous data.
Procedure
Contact your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
For more information, see SAP Note 816861.
========================================================
When I check the note it talk about the system copy and migration key, release key. I don't think this is valid in our case.
Now I tried to find out the tables where secstore stores its data:
RSECACHK Table for Controlling ABAP Programs
RSECACTB Table for ABAP Access Authorization for Secure Memory
RSECTAB Secure Memory: Memory for Encrypted Data
At present we backup following tables:
rfcattrib
rfcdes
rfcdoc
rfcsysacl
Please advise if anybody faces the same issue? does anybody have any solution any notes?
Edited by: Madhusudan Bansal on Oct 22, 2008 9:46 AM
Edited by: Juan Reyes on Oct 22, 2008 1:24 PMI checked all the notes and tables. every thing is correct.
What I think wrong is when we do refresh at that time. SS (secure store) tables from source system come here! we just export and import RFCs but not SS.
All I wanted to know is If we export and import SS tables will this resolve our issue?
can you tell me have you ever did refresh for netweaver? did you face this issue?
appreciate your help -
Error 404--Not Found - After Installing Essbase 11.1.2.2
Hi,
I have experienced error.
I have one box of EPM 11.1.2.2, using Windows 2008. After installing Foundation and configuring it, there's no problem at all. I can open workspace and interop as well.
However I added Essbase, installing and configuring it. But after installing Essbase, I managed to turn on Hyperion Shared Service again, it didn't work.
The error says:
Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.4.5 404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent.
If the server does not wish to make this information available to the client, the status code 403 (Forbidden) can be used instead. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address.
What I have done is reconfiguring Shared Service, Essbase also. But no luck at all.
Does anybody have the clue, please advise. Thanks.Hi John,
I got error like this on the log:

CUP Issue in workflow - Approver not found after SP13
Dear All,
We are facing an issue after upgrade to SP13 in CUP. The request is not getting saved and throwing an error - Approver not Found.
We uploaded the xml files also of SP13 after upgrade has completed.
We have not changed the workflow after upgrade and verified all the attributes of Initiator, CAD and approver is already available in CAD - but still we are receiving the error "Approver Not Found"
The same workflow is working succesfully in Production system which is under SP9.
Is this an issue with SP13. If any body has encountered please let us know how to resolve.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Srihari.KDear Chinmaya,
Below is the error log
Log :
2011-05-09 08:13:17,375 [SAPEngine_Application_Thread[impl:3]_25] ERROR NoApproverFoundException in Save request
com.virsa.ae.workflow.NoApproverFoundException: No approvers found for req no : 135, for reqPathId, 209, for path, CHNG_ANZ_Z6 and approver determinator : ANZ_LAC
Also, we tried with simple workflow as well with just 2 attribute logic. Still we received the same error
Thanks and Best Regards,

(OEL 4.7) -bash: sqlplus: command not found after install of 10g R2
Hi all
I'm new to Linux and I would like your help and directions on a few things:
After 2 days of battle with RPM's (i386 vs x86_64) i was finally able to install 10g R2 on OEL 4.7 x86_64 system without any errors.
please check if all these settings are correct and help me how to start sqlplus? or create a database with dbca
I followed all the directions in Doc ID: 339510.1.
During installation i choose this path as the ORACLE_HOME
/u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/
I did not however installed the default database.
I then ran the two scripts at the end of the installation as root.
Here are my settings:
oracle bash_profile:
# .bash_profile
# Get the aliases and functions
if [ -f ~/.bashrc ]; then
. ~/.bashrc
fi
# User specific environment and startup programs
PATH=$PATH:$HOME/bin
export PATH
unset USERNAME
:q
ORACLE_BASE=/u01/app/oracle
export ORACLE_BASE
ORACLE_HOME=/product/10.2.0/db_1;
export ORACLE_HOME
export PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/bin:$PATH
here is my oracle env result
[oracle@nycoralp01 /]$ env | grep -i ORACLE
OLDPWD=/home/oracle/oraInventory
USER=oracle
ORACLE_BASE=/u01/app/oracle
MAIL=/var/spool/mail/oracle
PATH=/bin:/usr/kerberos/bin:/usr/local/bin:/bin:/usr/bin:/usr/X11R6/bin:/home/oracle/bin
HOME=/home/oracle
LOGNAME=oracle
ORACLE_HOME=/product/10.2.0/db_1
here is my echo $ORACLE_HOME result:
[oracle@nycoralp01 /]$ echo $ORACLE_HOME
/product/10.2.0/db_1
Can someone please tell me what did i miss or did not set?
When i try to run sqlplus i get this error
[oracle@nycoralp01 /]$ sqlplus
-bash: sqlplus: command not found
Any help appreciatedI change it in my bash_profile
$ vi ~oracle/.bash_profile
# .bash_profile
# Get the aliases and functions
if [ -f ~/.bashrc ]; then
. ~/.bashrc
fi
# User specific environment and startup programs
PATH=$PATH:$HOME/bin
export PATH
unset USERNAME
:q
ORACLE_BASE=/u01/app/oracle
export ORACLE_BASE
ORACLE_HOME=$ORACLE_BASE/product/10.2.0/db_1;
export ORACLE_HOME
export PATH=$ORACLE_HOME/bin:$PATH
and i'm still getting the same error
-bash: sqlplus: command not found
Is there anything else i'm missing? do i have to restart anything? -
[SOLVED] GRUB 2 - "error: file not found" after Clonezilla Restore
Hello,
I backed up my Arch Install which is one root partition covering the entire SDD with Clonezilla, to play around with Gentoo and FreeBSD on my Laptop.
Now I restored the image and when GRUB 2 loads I see "error: file not found" three times for a short momemt before I'm in the GRUB 2 menu.
When I boot my I also see these 3 messages (probably the once from the early loading process) and "Loading Linux ck kernel...." "Loading initrafms...." "Press any key to continue..." When I wait for a short time or press enter it boots like expected (fsck message appears for a short time since I'm using quite boot and I'm in KDM after that).
Grub loading...
error: file not found
error: file not found
error: file not found
Loading Linux ck kernel...
Loading initramfs...
Press any key to continue...
I did not have this when I backed it up. It booted into the menu and when I booted the menu entry it would go black to show me the fsck message and seconds later I was in KDM.
I tried $ sudo grub-mkconfig but it did not change anything.
This is my current /boot/grub/grub.cfg

Anyone has a clue what files it is looking for? And why it doesn't boot straight away, when there is nothing that keeps it from booting up normal anyway?

I think I'm already on Grub 2.0.0 otherwise I wouldn't have this cryptic menu configuration file.

/sbin/init not found after Solaris10-x86 first reboot
Hello all,
I just installed Solaris 10 on a x86. Nothing seemed to go awry, AFAIK.
After the very first reboot it fails to boot with this:
WARNING: exec(/sbin/init) file not found
(Could not start init)
Press any key to reboot.
So I'm stuck, it seems.
It does not seem that the / slice is missing as I guess I'd have a totally different error message, something like "could not mount root fs", I dunno.
I'm sure that if I could boot the install DVD in single mode I'd be able to go and really check if /sbin/init really exists.
Except that... I'm used to Sparc with its OPB, dunno how to get x86's equivalent to OpenBoot.
Anyway, anyone came across the same "missing file" problem after initial install, and if so, how did you get out of it ?
Bonus question, is there an equivalent to OpenBoot on x86 and how to reach it ?
Before you ask.. this PC ran on Solaris 9/x86 a looooong time ago, no hardware changes, so no need to send me to the HCL :)
Thanks,
JeffWARNING: exec(/sbin/init) file not foundSorry, can't help you with this since I never encountered such an error.

how to get x86's equivalent to OpenBoot.That would be the configuration manager. Its the question you get in the beginning where it asks you what image to boot ('press b or enter to boot normally'). If you press escape there you get into the section where you can determine the default boot device and add new hardware drivers when needed. -
Network card not found after new installation [SOLVED]
I broke my filesystem on my Asus UL80V series laptop in trying to solve problems related to the latest glibc update, so decided to do a clean re-install. I had an installation disk at hand: 2009.08 with kernel 2.6.30.4-1 (which is supposed to have the module for my ath9k network device). However after a successful installation (including all the files from base-dev), my network device is not recognised:
dhcpcd: eth0: interface not found or invalid
although network connectivity (wired and wireless) worked perfectly before the installation attempt.
This happened yesterday (17th) and I have been scouring the web since trying to find out what the cause of this problem is, without luck.
I also burned a new installation CD with the latest stable version, but no luck there, either! Got a message at the beginning informing me that the install requires 64 Mb memory, although my laptop has 4 Gb.
I should say, the device is there and working:
lspci | grep Net
gives
02:00.0 Network controller: Atheros Communications Inc. AR9285 Wireless Network Adapter (PCI-Express) (rev 01)
I also did
modprobe ath9k
just to make sure. No luck.
Any help will be appreciated.
thanks

But: I meanwhile cross-checked your ath9k: http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Dri … h9k_driver
and it does not sound encouraging for the kernel you have there.
The image is far too old anyway, if you ask me (would be a darn hazzle to get that uptodate I am sure). Pity you get that memory error with the 2011 one. Maybe check forums on that. Sounds very strange, I am not aware of any post I read.
If you can burn another CD, you can try the recent ISOs as well: http://releng.archlinux.org/isos/
Beware that the ones from July dont have the AIF setup anymore.
