Changes in COR1 transaction....

Hello everybody,
I recently posted a question and got the resolution from the members. Really this site is great.
I have another question also.
Through COR1 transaction we can create process orders. In that process order if we order a certain amount of quantity to be processed, but we see that certain sub-mat (or the ingredients which it is made off) are expired then we have to display a message in the status bar saying that the expiration date ha reached and you cannot go ahead with this order.
As am new to all these business process and have been trained on basic ABAP, i would like to take help of all you experts in solving this problem.
It seems i have to modify a user exit no. 18 for this change in standard program for COR1.
If anybody has developed this kind of message, then please let me know on this.

If By PPOM you mean the HR org. structure I think they have change documents but that is a question for the HR forum not workflow, if you mean the changes to responsibility links to the users/org. structure, they are not logged by default but you can activate the change documents for them. see Change documents for workflow rule

    I have one  requirement i.e as follows.

    After getting the items in table control of  the miro screen of a particular order.
    I have to clicked on edit own condition of selected item.
    then it will show another screen ( create invoice document item - conditions)which have the all condtions details like
    Fra1 , frb1 , sd%  ,  Penalty % , gross price , frieght charges etc.
    In this screen first time it is showing line item as
    in the miro intial screen i.e. if u click po item
    10 it will show 10 only.
    after  updating fra1  value , i came back to the main screen at that time it is asking that select the any one of three.
    after selecting manual selection its fra1 was changed.
    once again if i go to the same line item by clicking
    the edit own condition(13 column if u select all information in textbox whixh is above tablecontrol right corner) it is showing line item as 1 in screen ( create invoice document item - conditions) which  should be line item as 10. ( here i took line item as 10)
    Please clarify this, why it is showing
    first time as  a original line item and
    after updating it is showing like

    2
                  100 -
    10
                  110 -
    11.

    "...it does not work..." is probably the worst description of a problem you can imagine. As an application developer you should know that. Do you use firebug to see what happens once it "does not work"? Any better hints?

    For sure you will not find the last changed date, owner, last change time in BEx for a particular formula or a BEx component. So do not invest time in looking at BEx.
    You were on the right direction by looking at the reporting components tables .
    I believe that in the below table (RSZCOMPDIR - Directory of reporting components) you will be able to find last changed date, owner, last change time . Kindly click on the image below to get a better view.

  • Object link to STPO_DOC cannot be changed in this transaction

    Hi All,
    I am linking the BOM to Document info record, where I am getting a message as "Object link to STPO_DOC cannot be changed in this transaction".
    It is working in other way, when I go in BOM header and Link the Document, it is reflecting in the Document inforecord.
    Object links maintained in DC10 settings for
    STPO_DOC
    STKO_DOC
    Need your suggestions on this problem.

    Hi Venu,
    those links were designed in order to support Digital MockUp (DMU) in the Engineering Workbench, the CAD Desktop and the Produktion Order. The idea here is, that via the CAD Direct Integrations those links to the Documents are set automatically, also the transformation matrix and bounding box is transfered.
    So a maintenance via the Gui is not supported, as far as I know. Only via the APIs.

              As i understood from your question is that you want to add a new field 'CREATE ASSET' on me51n screen.
    If i am correct you can use 'MEREQ001' enhancement for this purpose and you can write you code in the exits available in this enhancement.
    Please check the documentation of this enhancement for more info.

  • VKM1/2/3/4, what fields will be changed in these transaction?

    Hi all expert,
    now i have 4 Tcode, VKM1/2/3/4, can i know what these Tcode used for? what is the difference??
    and, inside these Tcode can release, reassign, reject, forward, and forward to authorization, what are these?
    If I select one of the SO from the list, then click on...mayb forward to authorization and save, what field will be changed? (how if i click release and save? reject and save? forward and save? reassign and save??)
    becos now i need to do sth in the userexit, that when user do sth in these tcode, then click save, i will stop at the middle and check what is the diff between the data in database and the changes the user made, so i need to know what effect when i perform those action(release, reassign, reject, forward, authorization) in those Tcode(VKM1/2/3/4). really appreciate if u can help...
    All these regarding IDOC, I will need to send an IDOC out whenever there's transaction in VKM1/2/3/4, but I don't even know what data will change in those transaction....

    These Tcodes are related to Sales Documents Blocking and releasing.
    VKM1--displays the Blocked Sales Documents (orders, quotations and enquiry etc which were blocked for some reasons)
    VKM2  - Released Sales Documents
    VKM3 - List Sales Documents
    VKM4 - List of sales documents and deliveries.
    What fields are changed during each operation you have to debug the program and see.

    It's not possible with standard functionality. Create a new CI and use it instead of the one defined incorrectly.

      I found problem about transaction code vl03n because I define authorize for a user that can only display delivery document by transaction code VL03N. But this transaction have display/change button that when user click this button they can change delivery document. Please help me how can I solve this problem?

    This should be done authorizations only. Although the button is displayed, is the user able to change and save the Delivery document?

    Use the program RV16ACHD (You can run this in SE38)
    View the code from there for more understanding.
    Tables are
    KONH, KONP and CDHDR
    In the CDHDR table you can view condition record changes under, Change doc. object = COND_A
    Anotehr option is to use the function module SD_CONDITION_CHANGE_DOCS_LOAD which is called in the program RV16ACHD and pass the correct parameters.

  • How to capture the changes in ppoma_crm transaction

    Hello All,
    We have a requirement that if we add either a BP or an User to a positon in ppoma_crm transaction then we should be able to update these entries in our z table.
    If it is a BP then we should look for the User mapped to it and update the z table else we should directly update the z tables with user name.
    But we are facing an issue in capturing the values that have been updated.
    Can anyone tell me how to capture the new values in the BADI for the ppoma_crm transaction ?

    Did any guys here face the requirement? If replicating all the columns some of which may change frequently but are not important to the other sites, then i wouldn't replicate these changes in order to improve the performance. Thanks for your help!

    Hello Keyur,
    You can change the inspection results. There are 2 cases.
    You have recorded, valuated results and stock posting done but UD not given
    1.     Go to QA32 again and click on result tab
    2.     Here select the parameter that you want to change
    3.     After selection the line click on unlock symbol (Just right to lock symbol)
    4.     The window will turn in to editable mode
    5.     Change the readings, valuate, lock again and save
    You have recorded , valuated results and stock posting done and UD also given
    1.     This is possible only if you have ticked on  long term inspection of MIC that you use.
    2.     This setting has to be done before lot creation. I mean if you tick this now, this will take effect from next lot and not for existing lot.
    3.     By means of this even if you have given UD, you can change the results.
    Please get back in case of further doubts.

    my client wants to extend the vendor name  characters from 40 to 60 characters in vendor name field.
    can we do it in standard transaction
    i think we cant do it , but i am not confident.

    SHD0 does not let you extend fields, it simply allows you to set default entries (similar to screen variants)
    There is NO WAY that you should consider extending the length of this field. It is used in HUNDREDS of reports and transactions and each one would also have to change.
    It is better to split the text across name 2 as already suggested.
