Changes made order not refelecting  in the Invoice

Hi Experts
I have two secnarios here
1. User changed the ship to party in the order and saved ,but when he checks the SH in the Invoice THE ship to party is not reflected in  the invoice, the old SH is seen in the invoice, Plz suggest what wld be the reasons
2.The user rejected one line item at the order level with the rejection reason ,but still this line item is sen in the invoice, which is not supposed  to show pls advise on this.

Please clarify, that changes were made after the invoice was created. If the invoice has already been created, that means that the goods have already been shipped to the initial ship-to party.. So why would it change? If the order is incomplete or you add some more materials then the new materials will be shipped to the new ship-to party and in the subsequent invoice the ship to will be the new one.
Now, if the change happened before Delivery, check that you didn't change the ship-to at item level, in only some of the items.. That of course would cause a delivery split...
In any case kindly give some more details...

    Because you are not billing to customer the net amount is zero-
    You can do like bill the component as regular item and give credit note against it.
    or else create seperate billing output type assign this to proforma invoice- print the cost of item  by pulling it in new smart form.
    (this is not very good idea because , customer knows the actual cost of the item)

  • VPRS condition not read in the invoice

    i am facing a issue wherein the cost condition type VPRS is determined in the sales order for the samples but the same condition type is not determined in the invoice. showing a error - In this transaction an error occurs - the material valuation segment or the terms of payment table could not be read or a currency translation has failed.
    Pls suggest what can be the resolution ?

    a cost (G) ?

    How do you save changes made in iPhote, and export the changed picture file? When I select export, current format, it reverts to the original, wiping out all my work.

    Try trash the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file from the HD/Users/ Your Name / library / preferences folder.
    (On 10.7 or later: Hold the option (or alt) key while clicking on the Go menu in Finder to access the User Library)
    (Remember you'll need to reset your User options afterwards. These include minor settings like the window colour and so on. Note: If you've moved your library you'll need to point iPhoto at it again.)
    What's the plist file?
    For new users: Every application on your Mac has an accompanying plist file. It records certain User choices. For instance, in your favourite Word Processor it remembers your choice of Default Font, on your Web Browser is remembers things like your choice of Home Page. It even recalls what windows you had open last if your app allows you to pick up from where you left off last. The iPhoto plist file remembers things like the location of the Library, your choice of background colour, whether you are running a Referenced or Managed Library, what preferences you have for autosplitting events and so on. Trashing the plist file forces the app to generate a new one on the next launch, and this restores things to the Factory Defaults. Hence, if you've changed any of these things you'll need to reset them. If you haven't, then no bother. Trashing the plist file is Mac troubleshooting 101.

  • Unable to move object. Change lists were not part of the same import

    Hi All
    I am facing a strange problem.
    We have applied SP16 patch on our XI box and imported all the scenario objects and design objects which were exported as .tpz file .
    After importing scenario object,all objects moved to a new node 'XI 3.0 Import' in change list and when I tried to activate this change list it gave me an error
    <b>"Unable to move object. Change lists were not part of the same import"</b>
    even if I try to move it Standard change list, it gives me same error.
    Any solution?

       on change of posnr.

    in gt_vbap i have only items 10 & 20 for a Sales Order No so in loop on change of is not triggering because remain line item 
    is only 20.

    You need not use ON CHANGE OF....
    Try using this code:
    SORT gt_vbap by posnr.
    Get the index of record
    READ TABLE gt_vbap into ls_vbap with key posnr = '00010'
                 transporting no fields binary search.
    if sy-subrc eq 0.
      l_index = sy-index.
    Read from next line
    add 1 to l_index.
    Loop at internal table from next line after posnr = '00010'....
    loop at gt_vbap into ls_vbap from l_index.
    Write your logic in this loop
    endloop.
    endif.

    1. Create sales order
    This process step can be triggered as follows:
    The customer accepts the quotation and places an order.
    You create a sales order with reference to a quotation. For more information, see Structure link processing Quotations. The system copies the items from the quotation.
    You create a sales order. This is also possible without performing the previous steps.
    2. Enter products
    You enter products requested by customers.
    Note
    If necessary, you can configure products again for every item of the sales order. You can find more information in the business scenario variant Structure linkQuotation and Order Management (Configure-to-Order) and under Structure linkProduct Configuration in the Sales Transaction.
    3. Check availability, schedule order and create requirements
    The system triggers an availability check and scheduling in SAP APO for every order item in SAP CRM. The confirmed quantities and dates are confirmed by SAP APO to SAP CRM, and saved in the sales order (see Structure linkAvailability Check in the Sales Order). At the same time, a customer requirement is created in SAP APO.

    You can also execute the availability check in SAP R/3. You can find more information under Structure linkAvailability Check with SAP R/3.
    4. Maintain and determine conditions

  • Change Purchase Orders not to be send to external catalog vendors via XI

    We are working on SRM 5.00
    When ever we create Purchase Orders from External Catalog a mail goes to the vendor via XI in XML language.
    That is fine. However when we change any thing on the Purchase Order a again mail goes to vendor.
    Our requirement is to send the Purchase Order only when they are created and not when they are changed.
    How do we manage this in SRM.

  • Changed PO should not go to the vendor

    All,
    When we process PO and click on order button, PO will go to vendor automatically.
    When this PO is changed again(minor changes in price) and click on Order button, the updated PO  goes to vendor again.
    our client wants not to send the changed PO again to vendor(because they are minor changes).
    How to stop this second PO sending to vendor.

    There are two ways to stop this. Firstly while changing the PO, you can set the output as 'Print' which means, the PO would not automatically be mailed to vendor. Secondly, if you want to stop PO output during change PO, then you can configure SPRO settings under 'Set output actions for documents'. For PO, in 'Define Actions' , you can maintain Maximum no. of processings as 1. This would result in PO output only for the first time when the PO is ordered. No automatic output would be generated when you change the PO. Hope this helps.

    It depends on where you have changed the column order. If you change the column order using the 'Select Columns' function when you click on the 'Wheel of Magic', then it should work.
    If you are changing the column order from the Interactive Reports Attributes page then this will only affect the column order for non displayed items and the single row view.

  • Reverse changes made but not published

    I’ve made three calls to Apple Care tech support who give me the IWEB support people but I’m not getting a satisfactory answer to my question. I built a nice little website for my pet sitting business using the IWEB application and was happy with it. But everyone complained I was not being found in any search engines and that I had to bypass the IWEB application and use an SEO tool to add “key” words into the script.
    I started out OK, but couldn’t do the whole site in one sitting including updating all the links etc., so I saved but DID NOT publish. I now no longer want to try and bypass the IWEB app because its just too confusing to me to try and make minor changes when I want to regarding the content and now the links are all screwed up because I was instructed to bypass Apple’s navigation bar and put in one with the SEO tool. Anyway, my question is, how can I revert back to my original site (which appears to the public) but not on the IWEB files I have to work with on my computer?
    I saved copies of the site before I tried to change it, but the Apple people say that the HTML files are gone and can’t be retrieved because I don’t have a copy on my IDisk anywhere. Not sure what that is. Other than starting from scratch and building an entirely new site, is there anyway to retrieve the html files from what I saved and be able to just copy them back into the IWEB application? I am a major computer dyslectic when it comes to understanding all this stuff, so I’m totally confused and would appreciate any help you can offer.

    No — only iWeb's Domain file can be opened in iWeb. See this Apple doc on How to back up MobileMe data. It says:
    “Any websites you have published with iWeb should still be available within iWeb. iWeb stores everything in a Domain file, normally located in the ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb folder (although it can be moved). If you no longer have this file, you can view your currently published pages and manually recreate them within iWeb, but *there is no way to import published pages back into iWeb*. You can manually back up the Domain file, or use Backup to back it up.”
