Changes related to bug 6865629

Can anyone tell me what were the changes made related to Bug 6865629 http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6865629?

Hi,
There is only one limitation with the trial version and that limitation is you cannot print.

  • [svn:fx-trunk] 10075: Cleanups from the spark text changes and some bug fixes for VideoElement.

    Revision: 10075
    Author:   [email protected]
    Date:     2009-09-08 18:01:58 -0700 (Tue, 08 Sep 2009)
    Log Message:
Cleanups from the spark text changes and some bug fixes for VideoElement.  Also some PARB changes for UIComponent.
TitleBar: Changing the skin part type from Label to Textbase
UIComponent: skipMeasure()->canSkipMeasurement() to be in line with GraphicElement.  This has been PARB approved.
UIComponent: same with hasComplexLayoutMatrix...this replaces hasDeltaIdentityTransform.  This has been PARB approved.
StyleProtoChain: cleanup around what interfaces to use
TextBase: clean up code that?\226?\128?\153s no longer needed.
    VideoElement: Fixing 4 bugs:
SDK-22824: sourceLastPlayed keeps track of what video file we?\226?\128?\153ve called play() with last.  This way if a user pauses the video and wants to start it up again at the same point, we can call play(null) on the underlying FLVPlayback videoPlayer.  However, anytime the souce changes, we want to null out sourceLastPlayed.  This was causing a bug when someone set the source to null and then reset it to it?\226?\128?\153s previous value.
SDK-23034 (GUMBO_PRIORITY): This deals with some FLVPlayback quirks around sizing.  I had put in a fix so we weren?\226?\128?\153t setting width/height on the underlying videoPlayer too many times, but apparently we need to make sure it always gets called once.  Hopefully when switching to Strobe we can cleanup this logic...I put a FIXME in to do this.
SDK-21947/ SDK-22533 - some video files don?\226?\128?\153t always send out a metadata event.  I?\226?\128?\153m not quite sure why this is, but in case this happens, we do a check in the ready handler to see whether we should call invalidateSize() to make sure it gets sized properly.

Please share some information...if u guys of any?
    thanks a lot in advance...
    Regards,
    SRIKANTH

Im sorry but structures in SBIW - LO Cockit dont use any of this fields.....in LO Cockpit you can see the structure of the Datasource and theres no any of the fields of that structure ....check Cockpit and compare there, structure of SE11 are not the final structure that the extractor uses for Data Staging...
At least for me is what i use...i think that those structures additional are for special for EA retail only...in my case they dont aplly....

  • Excel 2010 changes relative link paths to absolute in files synced with Offline Files in Windows 7

Hello! I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this problem: I have a large number of Excel 2010 and 2003 files in a folder on my file server. This whole folder is also synced to my computer using Offline Files in Windows 7. I have a lot of references between
cells in different Excel files, and all referenced workbooks are physically in the same folder. This all works nicely when I create these files at work - all file paths referenced in the cells are created as relative paths and the documents open correctly.
This is, I understand, the expected and default behavior when Excel creates links. When I edit these files at home, nothing seems odd until I get back to work and sync these files back to the file server. At this point, I discovered that Excel 2010 has, when
I saved the files while away from the corporate network, changed /all/ the cell references in any offline-edited Excel files to point at absolute paths, and that these absolute paths point to somewhere in my %APPDATA% structure. So whenever I come to work
and I try to open an Excel file that I have recently worked with offline, I get a bunch of error messages about referenced files that are missing, although clearly they exist in the same folder as the file I've opened, and I must edit all the file references
again, whereupon they are again created correctly as relative paths (since all files exist in the same folder), which are promptly mangled into absolute C:\....\Offline Files\.....\..... paths whenever I save them at home (and since that works too, I don't
notice it again until I come back to work and the offline files are synced back to the real network location). This seems to be a case of Windows 7's Offline Files not being able to fool Excel 2010 into believing it is working on a file server - apparently
Excel 2010 can see through the fakery and decides on it's own to "fix" the problem (which obviously isn't a problem since the paths are relative to begin with) by saving the paths as absolute paths instead. Yes, really clever, Excel. The exepected behavior
according to MSKB is that links are created as relative paths, so why does it change to absolute whenever Offline Files are involved? I know Offline Files only syncs, it doesn't actually change the files, so I can conclude that Excel is the program at fault
here. Is there a fix for this, or a known workaround? Because frankly, this bug makes it impossible for me to work in any advanced manner with linked Excel files. The sad thing is that this worked perfectly fine with Office 2003 and Windows XP. Is there a
patch for this problem that I might have missed (I am running the latest Service Pack and I get Office updates from Microsoft Update). If not, is there a workaround I can use to prevent Excel from corrupting my links when I edit the files offline?

  • New From Template Changes Relative Links to Local Root?

Thank you for taking the time to read and understand my plight with Dreamweaver CS3 for Mac. I apologize for the lengthy question, but in the effort to provide detail I shall go. First the background:
I'm updating, editing, and appending an existing site that was previously created with Dreamweaver.
I'm new to Dreamweaver but have a pretty good understanding of things
I created a new site on the local drive on my MacBook Pro and then downloaded the entire site via FTP (live site: domain.com)
I then replicated the site and exact file structure using FTP to a staging server (staging.domain.com)
There are three existing .dwt templates. I've successfully updated the template file and auto updated all other pages that were based on this template.
But my problem comes from creating new pages FROM the template. It appears that while the .dwt template file shows relative links (../xxxx) in the code, when create a new file from the template the url of these links is replaced by the path to the file on my local drive... I want non of this (.../xxxx) is fine.
What is happening is that a javascript drop down menu is disappearing when I create new from template. I am assuming it's because of the path changes.
This is the ORIGINAL (good) code from the .dwt:
    <!-- Top Navigation -->
    <tr>
         <td height="31">
              <table width="718" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
                   <tr>
                        <td width="24"><img src="../images/L-Header-Corner.gif" width="30" height="50" border="0"></td>
                        <td width="342" style="background-image: url(../images/Header-BG.gif);"><img src="../images/spacer.gif" alt="" width="337" height="1" border="0"> </td>
But when I create a NEW page from the above template the code is changed to the local path:
    <!-- Top Navigation -->
    <tr>
         <td height="31">
              <table width="718" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">
                   <tr>
                        <td width="24"><img src="file:///Grasshopper/Users/allan/Documents/clients/site/site staging master/images/L-Header-Corner.gif" width="30" height="50" border="0"></td>
                        <td width="342" style="background-image: url(file:///Grasshopper/Users/allan/Documents/clients/site/site staging master/images/Header-BG.gif);"><img src="file:///Grasshopper/Users/allan/Documents/clients/site/site staging master/images/spacer.gif" alt="" width="337" height="1" border="0"> </td>
To be sure all links in the template file are changed too.
This is the .dwt file itself
This is a random page created from the above template.
And this page was created by simply altering the .dwt template file linked above and then SAVING AS. You can see the relative links remained and the navigation bar looks and operates as normal.
To provide easier visual reference I offer the following:
This is the .dwt file when opened in dreamweaver:
Note the black area where the javascript drop down menu is in the top navigation when the page is correct:
But when I create a NEW page from template this is what I get in the top navigation bar:
And then this is what it looks like when posted:
Ultimately what I'm trying to do is:
    1) work on site files on my local drive
    2) sync the local drive with staging.domain.com so my client can proof and approve
    3) sync to the actual live site at domain.com
I assume I could simply do this by changing the ftp info and given the site structure and all files are same and ideally all links are relative this should be accomplished easily.
Though perhaps my problem stems from the fact my local site is buried several layers deep on my local drive Local Drive/Users/Me/Clients/Client.... etc... but I haven't checked this yet.

    Great... Thanks for your patience....
Here are links to all questioned files on the staging server:
This is the .dwt file itself
This is a random page created from the above template that shows the image/navigation incorrect.
And this page was created by simply altering the .dwt template file linked above and then SAVING AS. You can see the relative links remained and the navigation bar looks and operates as normal. (obviously the wrong thing to do.
And this page is one that was created prior to my working on the site and was based on the subpage template and displays correctly.
Now bear with me here as I notice this behavour too.
In the code snipped taken directly from the DW .dwt template (linked above)
    <td width="24"><img src="../images/L-Header-Corner.gif" width="30" height="50" border="0"></td>
                        <td width="342" style="background-image: url(../images/Header-BG.gif);"><img src="../images/spacer.gif" alt="" width="337" height="1" border="0"> </td>
you'll notice there are two images L-Header-Corner.gif and one that is Header.BG.gif.
The difference here is that the BG gif has a style attributed to it "Background-Image) which is followed by some strange code that says (url)../
Opening that file Background Image and it's a tiny slice of what I think is part of the entire missing gray bar:
In a page that displays correctly the code looks like this:
    <td width="24"><img src="../images/L-Header-Corner.gif" width="30" height="50" border="0"></td>
                        <td width="342" style="background-image: url(../images/Header-BG.gif);"><img src="../images/spacer.gif" alt="" width="337" height="1" border="0"> </td>
And in a page that is displaying incorrectly the code appears like this:
    <td width="24"><img src="../images/L-Header-Corner.gif" width="30" height="50" border="0"></td>
                        <td width="342" style="background-image: url(file:///Grasshopper/Users/allan/Documents/clients/koolfog/koolfog website staging/images/Header-BG.gif);"><img src="../images/spacer.gif" alt="" width="337" height="1" border="0"> </td>
So you can see that the link in this case (with the URL and style) has actually been converted to a site (my hard drive) relative link when saving.
So the pressing question stands: Why doesn't dreamweaver convert that URL link when saving a page created from a template back to the same directory?
Also, it appears that in that .DWT all the links have the leading periods and therefore are document relative... since I didn't set this up, how do you think this happened?

  • How to change "Relation UID" attribute name in logical model?

Beginner question here, sorry if it has been covered already.
In the Logical model in Data Modeler, how do I change an attribute name which is used as a "Relation UID"?
For example, I create two entities each with a Primary UID called "id", then create a 1:1 relationship. Each entity will now have an attribute called "id1" marked as a Relation UID, but I can find no way to change the attribute's name. Is there a way?
    Thanks.

    Hi GuyM,
you need to check setting in preferences - "Data Modeler>Model>logical" - FK attribute name synchronization - clear the check box if you want to set the name manually.

  • OM - Moving Org Unit don't change relat 002 between my Position

    Hi,
I have a problem with my OM system,
    I have five org unit (A B C D E) everyone with one position head of own organizational unit, a b c d e.
    this is my hierarchy

          (b)
              C
               (c)
         D
          (d)
              E
               (e)
I have this relat in HRP1001
    Org Unit     Positions
    A 002 B     a 002 b
    A 002 D     a 002 d
    B 002 C     b 002 c
    D 002 E     d 002 e
I'm moving (with ppome transaction) org unit C with its position c, under org unit D.

After the moving in HRP1001, relationship between org unit has changed B 002 C (is delimited) D 002 C (is new).
    But, I don't have relationship between Position d and c (d 002 c), and relationship between position b and c (b 002 c ) is still valid!!!
    Org Unit     Positions
    A 002 B     a 002 b
    A 002 D     a 002 d
    D 002 C     b 002 c d 002 c
    D 002 E     d 002 e
    Could someone help me?
    regards
    Fede

    Hi Frederica,
if I understand your problem correctly, I'm afraid there is a major design flaw in your OM.
You have an Org-hierrchy with leader positions assigned to each orgunit and the "normal"positions also assigned to those orgunits. This is absolutely sufficient for the system to know, who is reporting to whom and standard reports, evaluation paths, structural auth., workflows all can be set up to work with this correctly. And this is best practise.
BUT you also seem to be using a position hierarchy in parallel. A position hierarchy is really only meant to be a quick and chaep alternative for an Org hierarchy, if you don't want to create orgunits. There is no new information in there. It's completely redundant. And your problem is proof for why this redundancy is damaging: you get inconsitencies.
I"ve seen this before. Whilst their might be good resons for it (I"ve never seen one), thsi is usually done by consultants, who don't understand orgmanegement or do understand that what they are doing is wrong, but rather have teh customer do double manual work with almost guaranteed inconsistencies than make an effort to properly understand struc. authorisations, reports or workflows. If you have no clue about OM, the extra position hierarchy can make some things easier.
    So, my recommendation is:
    1) check our, where the position hierarchy is used for reporting, workflow, authorisations or other things in your system
    2) replace this by the org hierarchy
    3) delete the position hierrchy (i.e. the 002 relationships between positions)

  • DW Mirrors changes to File (BUG?)

I was working on a rather complicated database program today where I have several pages that are similar to the other pages, but not exact by any means.  I noticed that the system keep breaking at a certain part on page 4 of the program where it was saying that I basically had a variable that was undefined in the database.  But it was trying to insert into the database that did not exist for that page.
After further inspection I found that Page 1 was mirroring all changes to page 4 and vice versa.  For example I change the title tag to Page 1 on Page 1 - suddenly Page 4 has the title tag of Page 1.  This went on for several minutes until I realized there was exact mirroring of all changes between these pages (and only these pages).
Is this actually some sort of feature? (and what could it possibly be for?) I can't find any information about it.
How did this happen and how do I prevent this from happening in the future? It costs me hours of work going back and rebuilding page 1 from scratch.
Also in the end I had to delete both pages and rebuild them (same names) in order to stop the automatic mirroring of all changes.

As suspected this is a bug with Dreamweaver then.  I really do not think that the code is relevant due to the fact it was mirroring the code changes as if it was the same page, irregardless of what I put in the code.  The code where I first noticed the changes was a title tag.
There is nothing special about the first part of this code, yet here is where I noticed that my title tag was changing and mirroring the other page, each time I changed, irregardless of which page I changed it on, the other was always mirrored.
So It has to be a bug with Dreamweaver.

  • Changing relative folder structure with text insets

    (FM11 on Win7)
What will make the end result maintainable and the make the transition easy?
A set of project files has the following structure:
*.book // some for deliverables; some are "workbench" books for managing content
    *.book-generated files, such as *TOC.fm and *IX.fm
ch_*.fm // These are chapter files that are part of the book. They include ch_*TOC.fm files as insets.
ch_*TOC.fm // these are the chapter TOC files
_Graphics // a folder that contains graphics files
_Insets; a folder of text insets. Some point to files in the _Graphics folder
To "clean" the top level of the master folder so that it is easier for multiple authors to share, we are considering repositioning:
The book files and their generated files to a _Books folder, or maybe a different _Book folder for each type of deliverable. We will create more books in the future.
Chapter and chapterTOC files to a new folder. We will create more chapters in the future.
    The proposed structure is:
_Books // contains that .book file from above, plus its generated files
_Chapters // contains the following from above
ch_*.fm // These are chapter files that are part of the book. They include ch_*TOC.fm files as insets.
ch_*TOC.fm // these are the chapter TOC files
    _Graphics // unchanged from above
    _Insets // unchanged from above
Apparently FM11 does not enable a change of relative references to text insets the way it does graphics. If it does, I don't see that feature in the GUI. What am I missing?
To enable the _Chapters change concept, do I need to MIF each chapter file with a text editor, such as Notepad++, and replace the old relative references with the new one? Something like this?
    WAS <TiSrcFile `<c\>_Insets<c\>filename.fm
    BECOMES <TiSrcFile `<c\>..\_Insets<c\>filename.fm
Moving the book files does not look as complex. Is this the simplest way?
    Move the chapter files.
    Move the book file.
Open the book file. Its chapter references fail.
Add the chapter files from their new _Chapters folder and delete the old broken references.
    Update the book.

Just be certain to not start the folders at the root of the drive, i.e. C:\Books. This is the "root" level of the drive. Start your entire structure one-level down, e.g. C:\Projects\Books. FM has a nasty habit of converting all relative file references to absolute ones if any of the path to a file traverses the root of the drive. This will will really bite you if you ever have to move your collection to another location.
Text insts behave differently, in that FM actually stores the entire content of the inset internally as well as maintaining a pointer to the file. Unfortunately, you're going to have to either re-import the inset or tweak the path in the MIF <TiSrcFile....> entry.
In your current structure, you have the graphics and insets one-level down from the FM files and books (child relationship). In the new structure, you're proposing to move them to a folder at the same level (sibling relationship).
It probably would be simpler and less error-prone to create new book files after you re-organize your files and ensure that there are no broken file references.

  • Change relative URL of segments for HLS-VOD

    Simple Version:
Can I change the URL of the TS segments delivered by the hlshttp_module in any way, or is it always relative to the requested m3u8 URL?
    Long Version:
To try and protect my content from being accessed by third parties I want to use mod-auth-token, with a client inserted token in the request for the variant m3u8, and a server generated token in the HLS m3u8.
My clients generate a token using a shared secret, and request the variant m3u8 from:
    https://myserver/hls-manifest/<clienttoken>/<hextime>/path/to/folder/manifest.m3u8
This page is served dynamically (using php), and does not really have anything to do with FMS even though it is running in the same Apache instance. The m3u8 is generated with server tokens in the m3u8 URLs somethign like this:
    #EXTM3U
    #EXT-X-STREAM-INF:PROGRAM-ID=1,BANDWIDTH=10240000,CODECS="mp4a.40.2, avc1.42001f"

I have installed mod-auth-token, and configured it on a LocationMatch for "^/hld-vod/(.*)\.m3u8$". Everything up to this works perfectly, and I can request both m3u8 playlists successfully. The problem is that the content of the m3u8 (the ts fragment URLs) are relative to the URL of the m3u8.

I want this to look more like this:
    https://myserver/hls-vod/path/to/folder/filename_1024k.mp4Frag1Num0.ts
    or even this:
    http://mycacheserver/hls-vod/path/to/folder/filename_1024k.mp4Frag1Num0.ts
So the m3u8 needs to look more like this:
    #EXT-X-TARGETDURATION:10
    #EXTINF:10,
    http://mycacheserver/hls-vod/path/to/folder/filename_1024k.mp4Frag1Num0.ts
I can think of lost of placeswhere this would have  useful applications. There does not appear to be anything in the Developer documents which would help here. Does anybody have a suggestion for something I can try?

    Hi Michael,
Thanks for using FMS 4.5 and its new features.
However, there is no way to not to put relative urls for the ts files. However, you might like to do either Apache's "URL rewriting rules" or redirection . For rewriting rules, you might check http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/misc/rewriteguide.html
Though, you may suffer in caching benefits. Here, if the id that you have inserted is on per client basis, you may not get the caching benefits on the caching server as it will always caching on basis of
    https://myserver/hls-vod/dc226454b9e39b9ffc44f9496505c70e/4ea6963f/pat h/to/folder/filename_1024k.mp4Frag1Num0.ts
while, if you use client side redirect something like
    redirect 301 url1 url2
it may help. You might consider other similar solutions for example, client redirect on proxy servers etc.. just be ware of caching in your case (if applicable)

  • Contribute changing relative path for server-side include

I am using Contribute CS3, version 4.1, and my pages crash
every time a send a draft for review, because Contribute is
rewriting a relative URL in a server-side include.
The server-side include (before I send for review) reads:
    <!--#include file="../foo/bar.fileextention"-->
After I edit other portions of the page and send the draft
    for review, it reads:
    <!--#include file="http:
    //www.servername.com/foo/bar.fileextension"-->
Which results in the draft being unreadable.
Is there any way to tell Contribute not to monkey with this
URL? I have hunted, read the forums, checked the knowledge base,
    and coming up empy.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!! I really
    appreciate it!

    Answering my own question.
I researched this complete forum and with taking ideas from
different posts, I was able to figure this out. I thought I would
post it for anyone else needing to know the answer in one place:
    Include tags must read:
    <!--#include virtual="includes/fileName.html"-->
(Include file is NOT a real HTML doc -- no tags in file
except for CSS, as it would be used if not using Contribute.)
No reference to .dwt needed nor Template created.
No Edit instance tags needed anywhere.
    Contribute user navigates to page:
    [Upper right corner] Click Choose...
[In my structure] User opens includes folder (double clicks)
User selects THE file (clicks OK)
User clicks on Edit Page button
    (Text is now editable.)
    User edits text.
    User clicks on Publish button.
Worked for me several times trying.

Does anyone know how to fix this bug?

I followed your instructions and installed Developer Suite 10G on Windows Vista Home Premium edition. I have Oracle 11G DB running on the same machine.
    Two points, Steve:
    1. When I tried to set the maximum virtual memory to 6110 an error message displayed from Windows and told me that I can't set the maximum virtual memory to more than 4096. I set it to 4090 and it worked and I got nothing wrong during the installation process.
    2. After installing JInitiator and disabling Java on Firefox I called the http://127.0.0.1:8889/forms/frmservlet page and everything seemed to be OK because the Oracle Forms Services logo appeared and then a successful installation message appeared , but as I clicked (ok) to continue a gray screen appeared inside the browser (like the one displayed when you try to run a Java applet inside a browser) and then I wait to death till something appears but sadly nothing. I just get a blank gray screen inside my Firefox browser.
Do you have any idea what to do to solve the problem?
    Regards

  • Change Related List New Item URL

    Hi all,
I need to add a parameter to the "new item" link of a related list added to my form. Example: Add ID=2 to the querystring so that it passes the ID of 2 to the list. Using jQuery/JavaScript, how would I do this?

  • Change relations to new business partner?

    Hi,
Hope you can give some useful tips regarding the following:
We have an account manager (Business Partner type: Person) who is the Responsible Salesrepresentative for a large number of customers (also business partners).
This account manager is being replaced by another accountmanager and now we are trying to find a way to quickly assign all customers of the previous account manager to the new account manager without having to manually maintain the relationship entries.
Aare there any ways to do this quickly??
Many thanks for any useful info.
    Best regards
    Willem

    Hi Willem,
Unfortunately there is no standard functions available to meet your requirements, there is however the trx massd, which allows mass updates for general data , sales areas, banks etc, however no option is avialable for relationships as yet. This trx could be extended to meet your requirements, but then the effort might be a little high.
    I would recommend the following,
    1. create a report and use the api's, bupa_relationships_get/bupr_relationships_get to read the relationships of all the bp's.
    2. use the api bupa_relationship_get_detail to find out the details and store them in local variables.
    3.  then using the relationship api's , delete the relationship with old account manager and then add the relationship to the new account manager with the relationship data stored in local variables.
Kindly test the report thoroughly for one or two bp's before you plan to execute thhe same for all the bp's.
    Best Regards, Adil
