Check Register with Payment Program RFoedi1

We are using the payment program RFOEDI1 to for automatic payments using payment method C. This program does not have a place specify the check lot like RFFOUS_C.
How do we check register created for these payments. I ahve created a check lot with payment.
Is there any piece of config. to be done.
Thanks in Advance.
Vineet

You can do the following.
1. Enter transaction F110.
2. Under parameters tab, enter C as payment method.
3. Under print out/data medium, use RFFOUS_C and variant
for that program. Sometimes, your company could be
using a customized version of this program.
Hope this helps

  • Integration of Check Register with Classic Payment Programs

    Hello,
I know you can integrate the check register with electronic payments via the payment medium workbench. Is there any way to achieve the same integration using classic payment media programs like RFFOUS_T? Thanks!

In creating a new format with custom code would I have the developer create the required function modules and assign them in the event modules for payment meduim formats? I guess I am just missing where the custom code integrates with the format.
I agree the DME is great. I have used it in the past to create various payment formats. I tried originally to create the required file format in the DMEE but failed because I could not get the tree to repeat at the correct levels. The format I am working with is the Citibank Paylink file format for Argentina. It effectively is a three level file
    1. Payment Record
    2. Invoice Records - with sublevels
    3. Legal Invoice Document Records (specific for Argentina)
The problem I face is that level 2 has dynamic sublevels of data that has to repeat for certain data in the same document. It may be possible but it is currently above my skill level with the DMEE.

  • Is there a way to print the check register with the Text field

    Hi,
Is there a way to print the check register with the Text field and also each item's Text field?"
When we enter a invoice we enter a generic text on the Basic Data tab then enter a "+" on each individual line item which in turns defaults to the generic text. Just wanted to know if the check register could draw in the individual line item detail where we can enter text that relates to just that line item. Sort of like the MIR7 draws in the detail for each item.
Kindly help me in full fill the above requirement.
    Thanks

  • Reprinting check of automatic payment program

    Hi Gurus,
I want to reprint the cheques generated from automatic payment program in one go.From FBZ5 I can print only sigle sigle chques. But I wanna to reprint all the cheques in one go.
    Kindly reply.
    Regards,
    Abhinandan.

This depends on which Prog you are using for the Check Printing.
In case it is RFFOUS_C then run this in SE38. Here you can give the F110 Payment Run identification and other necessary parameters; in the Last Section (re-print checks) of the dialog box you can key-in necessary parameters for reprinting.

  • Printing checks from payment program F110 with smartforms

Hi! I am working in ECC 5.0 and I want to print checks from the payment program with a smartform, I created a non standard smartform but when I try to link the smartform with the program by transaction FBZP the available options are SAPScripts only. Is possible to do it?
    Thanks in advance

Hi! Even I am working in ECC 5.0 and I want to print checks from the payment program with a SAP SCRIPT Form, but the issue is that we hav the standard print program for printing the form and this form is being used by some other custom program....I want to customize the standard print program in the transaction F110 so that It successfully calls that form which is now called by some other program. I've the option of customizing the standard print program as per the program which is calling that Form but I'm not able to understand the flow of either of the print programs. Can anybody guide me here on how to understand the flow of the print and go for the customizing of the standard print program for the payment process?
Also, the current print program and Form which is being used by some other custom print program is already customized in the transaction FBZP.
    Thanks in advance

  • How to generate checks when executing Automatic Payment Program (F110)

Is it possible to generate checks automatically when I execute the automatic payment program? Will reward points to any suggestion. Thanks!

    hi patrick
    try this.....ur problem may solve.....
    Create Automatic Payment Transactions (F110)
    Purpose
Use this procedure to generate checks proposals or ACH proposals and then subsequently issue checks or set up ACH files to be transmitted to the bank.
    Trigger
Perform this procedure when through either an ACH or a check, a creditor of the University needs to be paid.
    Prerequisites
Open invoices with reached due dates have to be present in the SAP system.
    Menu Path
Use the following menu path to begin this transaction:
    ·         Select Accounting  Financial Accounting  Accounts Payable  Periodic processing  Payments to go to the Automatic Payment Transactions: Status screen.
    Transaction Code
    F110
    Business Process Information
The automatic payment process will be centrally managed in the Accounts Payable Office. The automatic payment program will be executed each day for all open invoices (across vendors) in the system. There will be separate payment run execution corresponding to each payment method category:
Check payments: clears the open invoices and issues a check output
ACH payments: clears the open invoices and issues an ACH file output
Foreign currency payments: clears open invoices but no output is issued
State/Grant payments: clears open invoices but no output is issued
The process steps executed during the automatic payment program are:
    Enter Payment Parameters
    Edit/review Payment Proposal
    Post Payments
Generate Payment Medium (print checks or create ACH payment file)
    Generate Positive Payment File
The payment parameters are entered in order to limit the open invoices and credits selected for payment. It is important to note that the payment terms that are defined on the invoice will drive whether a invoice is due for payment during the current payment run. During the payment program execution, the invoices that are due for payment will be presented to the user on a payment proposal list.
The payment proposal is a list of expected payments grouped by vendor account. Invoices that are due for payment but cannot be paid due to some kind of accounting or system error are listed as exceptions. Examples of typical exceptions are missing banking information (for ACH payments) and blocked invoices. Some payment exceptions will be resolved at the Accounts Payable Office. However the Department must resolve some exceptions. When these types of exceptions appear on the payment proposals, the Accounts Payable Office will inform the Department of the blocked payment in order to get a resolution. Key personnel in the Accounts Payable Office will be the only resources to have access to the editing function of the payment proposal processing. Typically, there is no business reason the edit or change a payment proposal. Editing options for a payment proposal includes: changing the default disbursing bank account information or changing the payment method.
After the payment proposals have been reviewed and edited, the proposals are posted as payments. It is important to note that any open credit on the vendor's account is also taken in consideration when creating the vendor's payment. The payment method supplement defined on the invoice will drive the check sorting.
In addition to the printed check output, the payment program run produces an ACH file and a Positive Pay file. Both files are sent to the bank for further processing. The ACH file contains the vendor's payment and banking data. The Positive Pay file contains the check data (check processed, voided, etc) and is used for confirmation of payments.

  • Automatic Payment Program-problems with check printing/viewing

    Hello:
I am new to the SAP field. I have been trying to make the automatic payment program work for me. I have been having trouble trying to view the print preview of checks by going to system->own spool requests.
    Steps followed ---Automatic Payment Program:
I checked the open invoices -

I ran F110 and finally print out with the start immediately option checked
I checked the open invoices FBL1N again and all the open invoices have cleared
However I am unable to view the checks that should have printed for this payment run. Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong here.
    Thanks,

    Mahesh,
Go to F110, Enter the run date and then click enter - After that click on edit and then proposal and proposal list and you can see all the details - which actually runs the program RFZALI20.

The program in the above error should be registered in the gateway for this connection test to complete successfully. The server program rfcexec is responsible for its registration on the gateway.
To register the program login into the OS level as sudo su - <sid>adm and execute the following command.
    rfcexec u2013g<program id> -a<gateway host name> -x<gateway service>
rfcexec is the server program name, the <program id> can be obtained from SM59, it is case sensitive and should match with the entry in SM59. The <gateway host name> and <gateway service> can be obtained from the transaction SMGW. When this command is executed it goes to a hanging loop.
The connection will fail once this command is terminated or the user executing this command logs off
To avoid this, instead of using the above mentioned command an entry should be made in the file saprfc.ini
To do this, execute the following command
    sudo su - <sid>adm
    rfcexec u2013D<destination name>
<destination name> is the RFC destination name in SM59
So now we are done with registering the server program, but how do we check it is registered, once a server program is registered it is displayed in the Logged on clients in SMGW.
In transaction SMGW choose GOTO-> Logged on clients. There should be an entry for the server program in the screen that is displayed with system type Registered_TP (which indicates that the program is registered)

  • Automatic Payment program checks not asigned in order

    Hi All,
I configure Bank Details mandatory for check payments  in FBZP -> Payment menthod in Country -> India -  check payments-->In required master record specification - > check Bank details , then all vendors maintain bank details in master (fk02).
Before this configuration in APP run Payment vouchers and check numbers assigned in Vendor Code order.
After this configuration Payment vouchers generated in Vendor code order and Check numbers generated in Vendor Bank account Number order.
My requirement is payment vouchers and check allotment in vendor code order only, Please guide me how to solve this issue.
    Regards,
    Moon.

    Hi,
The config : Financial Accounting --> Bank Accounting --> Business Transactions -->Payment Transactions --> Payment Request --> Define Clearing Accts for Receiving Bank for Acct. Transfer
Is to decide bank sub account of the sending bank, when you are doing Bank to Bank transfer. This is manditory for cash management bank to bank transfer. Please read the config documentation again.
I just cut and paste from SAP documentaion.
"In this activity you define the offsetting accounts for the receiving bank accounts for bank account transfers (payments between house bank accounts) which should be posted to when payment is made.
The entries are necessary when payment requests are created for cash management payment advice notes that result from cash concentration, for example. The offsetting accounts for the paying house bank are determined by the payment program specifcations and the payment methods used. The offsetting accounts for the receiving house bank cannot be determined from these specifications, however, but can be defined in this section. "
Now, when you are creating payments with F111 and if you want to get sub accounts for house bank you have to do the following config.
F111 -> Maintain Configuration -> Bank determination -> Bank accounts ( for each accont id and payment method combination ).
Then you will see payments from this sub accounts and you have to setup posting rule to clear this account if you are doing EBS.

  • How to create check in batch automatically after automatic payment program

    Hello
SAP Experts i am getting a  issue
how to create check in batch automatically after automatic payment program ( t code is f110)
    Thanks & Regards
    Narendra.G

    Hi Narendra,
Please note the process below for cheque Printing:-
    1. The pre requisite for Cheque printing is you have used program RFFOUS_c/or the Z version of this program in FBZP and that you have maintained the form name in the field Form name for Payment medium in FBZP.
    2. You have a pre printed stationary on which you want to print and the Program & the form has been modified to print as per this.
    3. In F110, you must have assigned the Variant name, which would specify the cheque lot no. and this should exactly match with the current cheque no. in the pre printed stationary.
    4. Now, after all this setting, when you run Payment run in F110, then also only the Payment documents are posted but the cheque no.s are not updated in the Payment document no. nor the PAYR table is updated. It is only when you run the Print out tab, that a spool is created in SP01 for cheque printing as per the Payment documents.
    5. Then in SP01, you can print the spool on your pre printed stationary.
This is the complete process of printing cheques from F110. Hope this helps..

  • When do consistency check for a sharepoint content databse : that RBSID in table AllDocStreams registered with RBS is invalid

    Hi
In my sharepont farm  a web application configured with RBS and its working fine,
when users upload pdfs the no of files are increased in RBS file system folder,
but when i run Consistency check  before running RBS maintainer for cleaning garbage dta for this web applications content database , i faced below issue , its saying
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Remote Blob Storage 10.50\Maintainer>Microsoft.Da
    ta.SqlRemoteBlobs.Maintainer.exe -ConnectionStringName RBS_2 -Operation Consiste
    ncyCheck -ConsistencyCheckMode c
    Starting Maintainer tasks.
Starting RBS consistency check with check only.
The column <RbsId> in table <dbo.AllDocStreams>
             registered with RBS is invalid.
and also when i  repair consistency checks its saying same message, that RBSID   in table AllDocStreams registered with RBS is invalid.
and also its recommended to check consistency before cleaning garbage data from content database

The GC of RBS maintainer just purges BLOBs in SQL Server. And FILESTREAM GC is needed to purge the files in file system.
http://www.sqlskills.com/BLOGS/PAUL/post/FILESTREAM-garbage-collection.aspx : (FILESTREAM GC)... runs as part of the database checkpoint
process. This is what causes some confusion - an old FILESTREAM file will not be removed until after it is no longer needed AND a checkpoint runs.
Yes, In Simple recovery mode, just run SQL statement:
     CHECKPOINT;
In  Full recovery mode, two transaction log with CHECKPOINT are needed. Detail in the link above.
