Claim Task: User claiming the task gets an email that task was claimed

When a user claims a task from the group queue an email is sent that the task was claimed to the user that claimed the task...
This notification is only nessecary when a task if forwarded by a collegaue. The person that gets the task then knows he personally should take action.
In AdminUI the group task assignment notification setting is switched off as we use a generic email process to inform all group members about a new task. The regular Task Assignment notifiction is switched on and in the Workbench we configured the component to use a custom email template that contains more process variables than those that are availble in the AdminUI.
I want to get rid of the email that is sent to the user informing that the task was claimed when the user was the one that claimed the task themselves.
Any sugesstions?

    Try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in and see if it then works.

    So you have added a new 'Identity' to your existing email address.
    If someone sends an email using that 'other identity'
    you have a choice of where those received emails can go. they can be received into the original mail account, like a collect all in the one Inbox or perhaps sent to Local Folders, so you can see them as separate. Or you can filter on that identity to put those emails in a specific folder.
    When you REply to any incoming mail that has used that new identity email address, it will use the new identity in the Email address in FROM assuming the received email in the main mail account of which the new identity email is applied.
    This should also now offer the added identity email address as an option in the FROM drop down list. So you can easily swap when sending an email if required.
    If you want to send using your default email address to people, but want their reply to use the identity email address:
    Tools > Account Settings
    select the original email address mail account name
    Where it says: 'Reply to addresses: enter the reply to identity email address.
    click on OK
    This means when they click on 'Reply' it will auto insert the Reply-to option.
    This will work providing it is a 'Reply' to an email you sent which contains the Reply-to email address.
    If someone is not actually replying by using the Reply-to new identity email address:
    In other words they are sending you a new email using the original email address because perhaps that is the one in their address book or the one they located on a webpage etc.
    Then, when you select to Reply to that email, it will use the email address to which it was sent to in the FROM field - the original email address. Hence why you would need to select the new identity FROM in the drop down list.
    One way to get around this is set out below.
    If you do not use an identity - instead you create another existing mail account for the 'identity' email address, so you have two mail accounts for the two email addresses.
    You can move selected emails manually or perhaps using a filter to screen them from the original mail account into the newly created mail account.
    Then when you click on Reply, it will use the new mail account email address instead of the original email address.

    How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
    Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
    Log in with your Apple ID and password. (If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email)
    Go to the Password & Security section on the left side, and click on the link underneath the security questions that says 'Forgot your answers? Send reset security info email to [email]'.  This will generate an automated e-mail that will allow you to reset your security questions.
    If that doesn't work, or  there is no rescue email link available, then click on 'Temporary Support PIN' that is in the bottom left side, and generate a 4-digit PIN for the Apple Account Security Advisor you will be contacting later.
    Next, go to https://getsupport.apple.com
    (If you see a message that says 'There are no products registered to this Apple ID, simply click on 'See all products and services')
    Choose 'More Products & Services', then 'Apple ID'.
    A new page will open.
    Choose 'Other Apple ID Topics', then 'Forgotten Apple ID Security Questions'.
    Click the blue 'Continue' button.
    Select the contact option that suits your needs best.
    Make sure to tell Apple Support to include an alternate email address for the iForgot email, other than your inactive one.  Then, log into appleid.apple.com, and change your primary and rescue email addresses to ones that you can actually access.

    Check the outgoing mail server setting. Make sure that your username and password are in there.
    Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

    I cannot recommend any specific data recovery software because I have not been in a situation where I needed it.  I am fairly diligent having my important data backed up (two copies) so this is not a problem for me.  Do look at Time Machine (one of my two backups) since it is very easy to set up and use.  Look through these forums for situations where others have had to recover data and see if they mention specific recovery software.
    Do not take these remarks as my being condescending. I am simply stating the facts.  Try to view the price of the software as punishment for your faux pas.  We all make mistakes and I have committed my share, but not in data loss.

    1) An External user sends email to another external user (JSMITH), and to one of my users internally.
    2) The external user (JSMITH) gets his email, no problems there. My internal user gets his OK too.
    3) But, it's also sending the email to another of my internal users (he's called JSMITH to). He shouldn't be getting it.
    Internally, this is how things are defined in my System Address Book;
    - I have an external domain that lists all the external addresses we can send to.
    - One of them happens to be #2 above, JSMITH, and he's defined as JSMITH.xxx.gc.ca.
    - Of course I have the internal GroupWise user JSMITH.postoffice.domain ... whom should not be getting this email.
    Looks like some sort of address resolution issue.
    Let me know if more info is required to understand this scenario.

    What version of GWIA are you running and on what platform?
    The domain for external JSMITH, confirm that it didn't some how get
    added to your systems list of internal domains.
    Also useful to check the GWIA logs to see if the message is getting
    sent back out to the external JSMITH shortly after it arrives.
