Clientgen not accepting empty messages

I am using clientgen from WL 8.1 sp3.
Given following operation :
<wsdl:operation name="myOp">
<wsdl:input name="input1" message="xx:inputMsg"/>
<wsdl:output name="output1" message="xx:outputMsg"/>
</wsdl:operation>
if inputMsg is empty (i.e. zero parts) but outputMsg is not empty, then clientgen fails with NullPointerExcption
The other three combinations are all succesful, i.e:
inputMsg and outputMsg both empty
inputMsg and outputMsg both not-empty
inputMsg not-empty and outputMsg empty
The wsdl file as a whole is valid according to xmlspy and xmethods.com's wsdl validator, and is conformable to WS-I basic profile 1.0

Let me partly answer my own question:
The wsdl in question describes a document-literal style service. It doesn't make much sense to have an empty input message in such a service. On the other hand I am not certain it is specifically incorrect to do so.
However this does not explain why the situation where both input and output messages are empty is allowed acording to clientgen.
any thoughts welcome

HI,
The simple shortest answer is that you can't (Change a Buddy's settings)
From your own end you can reply to the first Off Line IM you get on an AIM login (an accompanying IM for AIMSysMessage asks if you want them to Continue - replying No stops them)
IF you have stopped Off Line IMS than you can reset this at AIM Settings
You can log in here with AIM and Apple IDs that end in @mac.com and @me.com (iCloud issued @me.com name are an Exception)
In addition the Setting in iChat > Preferences > General Section that refers to setting the Status to Off Line on Quit stops the App starting up if iChat is not launched but the computer is ON

Whenever i reply to an email i get message that receiver does not accept relay messages.

Your outgoing mail server settings is wrong. Go back in and make sure the password is correct.

MobileMe top-level folders not accepting mail messages

Strange thing...
Now that iPhone has "push" mail, I decided to take all my mail from Mail.app on my mac up to my MobileMe account. I wanted to do this as-is, but it's not quite that simple... However, the whole folder structure and all e-mails therein are now happily living in MobileMe.
Except that they are not! All the Top-Level folders that contain other folders are now white in Mail.app, and don't exist at all in MobileMe. It's as if all folders were one level higher than they should be - all folders directly contained in a white parent folder appear as top level folders in MobileMe!! On the iPhone, they do exist, but their names are greyed out. Both in Mail.app and on the iPhone, they are empty and you cannot add mail messages to them even though, in Mail.app "on my Mac" they still contain mail and will happily accept mail messages...
What gives? Is there something I need to do to change them from "folder folders" into "mail folders that happen to also have folders in them"???

Not a single answer or post on this...
I decided to create new folders and add a dummy place holder message in them, then move over all the subfolders to this one. There was a bit of strange behaviour when synchronising with MobleMe (old folder disappeared without my deleting it, etc) but now all is well and all my top level folders can accept mails.
During the process, it seems like MobileMe didn't know that these folder existed - when renaming or deleting them, I do an error saying that they did not exist. Indeed, on MobileMe, they did not exist and this resulted in all the first level subfolders being at the top level in me.com - very messy. It looks a lot better now!

Mac mail will not accept new messages

been working fine but after trying to send a big photo file, MacMail stopped accepting new messages and requires minutes to send out new messages. I have checked and rechecked all parameters. help!

Have you quit and reopened Mail?
Empty the Mail cache in your Home Folder Library>Caches>com.apple.mail>Cache.db. Just move Cache.db out to the Trash -- not the enclosing folder -- with Mail closed. Don't empty the Trash. If it doesn't help, then just put it back.

I have a " File -> XI -> Server Proxy" scenario, some times after mapping the target message is empty, and we do not want to receive such messages in the target System. How can we filter them? some one have had the same situation?

The scenario starts with a File Sender Adapter, It takes a non-empty file, and using file content conversion, a XML message is send to the integration engine.
This file contains a lot of different records, and we are interested just in some of them, in some cases this filter generates empty target message (after mapping).
The question is if we could filter those empty messages so they are not sent to the target system.
we tried to do this using multi-mapping with cardinality of 0..1, but is does not worked, because we does not realize that the target message is empty after the full mapping program execution is reached.
And we tried to do it using receiver determination, but this pipeline task is done before mapping, so it does not apply neither.

I am setting up my new iPhone 5s with back up from iCloud but only my expired applied is recognised. even though i put in the original correct password it is not accepted as message comes up that "your apple id or password is incorrect". I am stuck.

I am setting up my new iphone 5s using a back up from icloud. Problem arises when asked for Apple id and password the second time for store purchases. It shows my old expired Apple id (my old email address). There is no option to change the id and even when I put in the correct password for the old id (used originally) it kicks me out with the message ""Your Apple ID or password is incorrect" .. this is true as my apple id is wrong but I cant change it. Password not accepted by appstore

I wonder why all apps which demand Aplle ID and password like iCloud, Apple support ect. work well on the same imac, but only AppStore DOES NOT accept it (message "password not correct").
I also reset my password - but no result. All works fine, except appstore :-( Antivirus and firewall are switched off. I also tried several suggestions from support community, like updating with MacOSXUpdCombo10 - no way, it won't work. I really need some help !

Try deleting the App Store cache...
Quit the App Store if it's open.
Ppen the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type this exactly as you see it here:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore/Cache.db
Click Go
Move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store.

I've tried both. First, I tried on my pc, where iTunes had installed iCloud when it last updated. I have iTunes installed on this computer (and on my iPad and iPhone), but that wasn't the issue.
So I went online, thinking I needed a separate iCloud Apple ID, but it prompted me for my current Apple ID and gave me the message about my ID being "valid" but not an iCloud account," which, lol, was what it had asked me to do in order to create one. Receiver File adapter - 'Empty Message Handling' option to ignore not worki

I am trying to create the Files in receiver based on condition.But I am gettiung error in communication channel when there is no payload. Receiver I am usuing FCC and processing tab I selected -'Empty Message Handling' option to ignore .
one source -> Target 1 (0..1 occurance in signature tab changed, message mapping and operation mapping)
and Target 2 (0..1 occurance in signature tab changed)
and I put the message type level condition. While creating first message If did not create the Message type in my maaping still my Receiver File communication channel is giving error. even thow I my receiver interface occurance is 0..1
Right now I am in PI7.1 and SP7 is the bug for support pack do I am missing any thing. and do I need to upgrade any nwe patch. appreciate your help.

here is the my requirment one source -> two target interfacess (0..1)
If u have 2 target interfaces,then this is not suffice..... u should make it as 0..unbounded both in operation mapping and message mapping.
But based on ur requirements posted above i guess u have only one inbound interface at a time based on some conditions....
But,
<messages>
<messages1>
based on condition first message type not created in mapping.
<messgaes2>
The error u r getting is because.... u want only one interface in target at a time....
Then u should not generate Message1 also in the target.
So avoid mapping to message1 if u want only message2.
If both message1 and message2 are created in target means... it is triggering for two interfaces.... so avoid one message1 or message2... based on some conditions u have..

To anyone who has viewed this post and is having similar difficulties, the answer came on a different forum: I dragged & dropped the files from Mail to iCloud Drive. Opened them on my MB Air, they were saved in Templates and are now accessible across all my devices.

Empty-Message Handling is not working in receievr File Adapter

Hi All,
I have selected "Empty-Message Handling" = 'Ignore'in Receiver File adapter, but still empty files are creating in target directory.
Message mapping generates output based on the conditon, if the condition is 'false' mapping will generate empty file (no data is being mapped).
Why Receiver file adapter is processing empty fiels even i set 'ignore' empty fiels in configuration (ID)?
Hoe can i manage not to place empty fiels in target directory?
File type is '.txt'
Your help would be appreiciated greatly.

Not sure why is it not working. Make sure the channel is activated and cache is refreshed properly. But as a workaround you may use OS script checking for size of message and deleting it or configure a BPM to avoid the file creation. Or else an adapter module as shown
