How do I enable file sharing feature from I tunes ? I need to use clip art on an app. Specifically png.

PNG files for what?, album covers?, movies? or what.
Use Google Image finder. Find the images you want then use whatever picture tools you have in your PC and save as PNG.

If the iPad has Activation Lock - that is, it's asking for the previous owner's Apple ID and password to activate the device - then you will need that information, or you'll need to get the previous owner to remove the device from his/her iCloud account:

If you can't reach the previous owner or he/she is unwilling to cooperate, then the device is unusable by you. Return the iPad, for a refund if paid for it.

File Sharing on Social Websites or with Revel fail at 98% using PE12

I have been trying to upload a video and it keeps failing at 98% either when I attempt to load the file to a Social Website or when I tried using Revel. I'm unfamiliar with using Revel but I have uploaded several files previously to Youtube and everything was fine. This is the first time I've attempted to do this process with PE12 as I had PE9 before.   Any assistance would be appreciated.   Thank you.

I was able to upload directly to Youtube through their website after creating a movie or file of my timeline. I had hoped to by-pass this extra step by doing the uploading directly from PE12 but after multiple failed attempts, I choose to go the old way and just do it myself.

Please read my experiences dealing with Adobe Revel in Add Media and in the Publish+Share/Private Web Album that is incorporated into Premiere Elements 12.

I felt then and do now that the features were not ready for the inclusion in a video editor.
As for PublishShare/Social Websites you should fare better with YouTube and Vimeo. I am not involved with Facebook so I have not tried the PublishShare/Social Websites/Facebook.
To get a baseline on the uploading situation and your account with any of these websites, I would first look at exporting your Premiere Elements Timeline to a file. See PublishShare/Computer/AVCHD and one of website presets there. Then upload the saved file to the website at the website. Then evaluate the process for your website account when using PublishShare/and one of the Social Websites.
Please check out the above and then let us know the outcome.
Based on your reply, we can decide what next in troubleshooting Premiere Elements Private Web Album and Social Websites.

Cloud storage - how can I use my .png file shared in "public mode" like a hosted file ?

Hi every body,
I am french and new on the forum so please be indulgent ! (for my english and my questions).
I am working on HTML signature for my company and I have a little problem.
to be viewed, my .png files needs to be on a server. So I remember that adobe gave me a 100giga storage for me to use.
Cool !
But the problem is that the link only send me to a special view of my file... a jpeg one. So when I try to copy the url I can only use the .jpg
I want my file !
So my question is : is it possible that the cloud storage isn't supposed to share any thing else than a miniature of my file and a download button ?
How can I use it for my signature if I can't acess it but only download it?

Hi Morgan,
You are correct. Public link sharing works as follows:
- you can share a public URL to your PNG file on Creative Cloud. The recipient of the URL can view a preview of the file and download the file in the original PNG format or JPG format.
- it is not possible to give other users direct access to the original file in Creative Cloud.

PNG files sent to iphone Photo App do not appear on 'date taken' (manually added in windows explorer)

I have over 1000 PNG files that do not have exif 'date taken'. They only have exif 'date created or modified'
The 'date created/modified' is not the actual date that I took the screen shots.
I added the 'date taken' manually in windows explorer. However, it seems that this does not write this data into the exif 'date taken' which remains blank.
When I transfer the PNG file from the PC to IPhone Photo App, it does not appear on the 'date taken' (that I added manually) but appears on the exif 'date created or modified'.
Interestingly, when I do same as above but with JPG file, it does show up correctly based on the 'date taken' (that I added manually in windows explorer).
So I converted the PNG file to JPG using one of the online tools. However, when I do this, the converted file does not retain the 'date taken'.
I can fix the above by:
1. Use Paint to save the PNG file as JPG; this retains the 'date taken' but this is not the solution I am looking for as I would need to do this for each file (there is no bulk 'save as' in Paint)
2. Use a file conversion tool to bulk convert from PNG to JPG; but again this is not solution, as I would have to manually add the 'date taken' in windows explorer to each JPG file
Alternatively, I tried to rename the file name to include the 'date taken' and then use an exif date changer app to set the xhif dates based on file name.
However, I was not able to find any software that would allow me to do this. The software that I have seen only picks up the 'date taken' from file EXIF data. But in my case there is no such data in the file - only the 'date taken' that I manually added in Windows Explorer.
Any advice is appreciated. All I want to do is transfer PNG files from PC to Iphone Photo app and have these files appear in Photo app based on the 'date taken' (the one I manually added in windows - not the date taken in exif data).

Have you touched the "More" button (on the iPhone).

I had an audio book still on my iphone, it survivedf the iOS5 update.
To get rid of it, I plugged iPhone into Mac,
Go to itunes.
Click on Iphone in iTunes.
Go to Books tab,
Scroll down, there is audio books.
Choose sync selected audio books,
And untick the ones I don;t want.

I have two Iphones with different email addresses sharing one Apple ID. Will that cause problems with using messaging and FaceTime?

I have two Iphones 5 with different email addresses sharing one Apple ID account.Both are using IOS 8.
I would like to set up a new Apple Id for one of the phones and remove it from the old account.
If I do that, can I move all of the purchased apps and songs to the new Apple account?
Also, will sharing one Apple ID account with two devices cause problems with using messaging and FaceTime?

Sharing an iCloud account between two devices can be done without causing issues with iMessage and FaceTime, just go into Settings for each of these functions and designate separate points of contact (i.e. phone number only, or phone number and unique email address). While that works, you'll then face the problem where a phone call to one iPhone will ring both if on the same Wi-Fi network -- but again, that can be avoided by changing each phone's settings.
Rather than do all that, don't fight it -- use separate IDs for iCloud. You can still use a common ID for iTunes purchases (the ID for purchases and iCloud do not have to be the same) or you can use Family Sharing to share purchases from a primary Apple account.

Well I figured out my problem lol
Email a- original apple id email
Email b- original gamecenter id
Email c- the new gamecenter id
Email d- the temporary email for switching stuff
So originally I had Email a for apple id and icloud, and Email b for gamecenter. I wanted my gamecenter and apple id to be the same. Well today I went on my moms phone and saw that I was still on family sharing under Email d. That's when it hit me, your gamecenter, apple id, and icloud are the same account. By switching my gamecenter id to Email a, I turned that into my new apple id. Now my apple id is back to normal, and my gamecenter is Email c (I don't use Email b anymore so that's why I wanted to switch it).
Basically, my problem was being stupid enough not to think that your gamecenter was connected to your apple id. My problem came from switching my gamecenter email. So that's how to avoid this, don't be an idiot and think your gamecenter is a whole different account. For anyone who ever has this problem, that's why it happened haha.

Sharing ONE iTunes Library on TWO Macs (Mac and MacBook) Using Airport Extr

I did put this thread in the Airport Extreme forum, but I have moved it here on advice.
I realise that this has probably been answered a million times on this forum, so I apologize in advance. I recently bought an Airport Extreme and connected to my wireless home network, my internet speeds have increased (don't ask me why because I don't know) and I am really happy with the results, I have just one issue which I am hoping to resolve.
I have a iMac in my study, and a MacBook which I use all around the house. I have an external hard drive connected to the AEBS which has all of my files on, including my iTunes music. The problem is, I download music on both computers, and if I download a track or a movie onto the itunes library of one, it doesn't appear on the other computer, even though both iTunes apps are pointing to the same folder on the external hard drive.
The question I have is, how do I make both itunes libraries share the same library, so if I add a song on my mac it will automatically appear on my macbook when i use it next.
Both macs are fully up to date, and running Leopard

File sharing on the iPad in iTunes

From what I've read, a lot of people are having problems with the file sharing in iTunes for the iPad (under the apps tab), the problem is pervasive and goes back to last year. I'm trying to back up all the files in the apps that support file sharing (Pages and Good Reader primarily). Occasionally, one or two apps show up for a few seconds, long enough for me to use the "save to" function. Normally, they show up as blank. Anyone had any luck getting this to work? I think its an iTunes bug. I've tried closing iTunes, resyncing the iPad, disconnecting the iPad and reconnecting, even connecting the iPad from a powered down state. None of it works. I'm connecting to a Windows 7 computer (where all my music and movies are stored), but am considering trying to sync with my Macbook Pro, though I'm not sure what this will do (same iTunes account).
Using iTunes 10.4.1.10 (latest version as of 9/5/11)
iPad 1, iOS version 4.3.5 (again, latest version)

Do you mean that the files show up and not the apps? You should see the apps in the window under the File Sharing section of the apps tab in iTunes. You use the "save to" function with the files themselves. This is the one function that still works fine for me as long as the files are already in the documents window in iTunes.
I have been using Pages for months on the iPad and my Mac, and it has been so long since I have been able to move a file from the iPad to iTunes using the "send to iTunes" option from the share and print section of the tools in Pages that I have given up. This worked flawlessly for me prior to the iOS 4.3.5 update and the previous iTunes and Pages '09 for Mac updates.
This has really soured me on the most recent iTunes update and I will continue to put it off as long as I can. If software updates start causing problems, what's the use in downloading them?
I hope you find a solution - I know I am stumped on my end.
