Closing the device deletes what has been typed as an e-mail up to that point. Is this normal, and can it be avoided?

If the content you typed was actually saved before you quit the session, it should be there
later on when you open it again. There may be some settings in preference to auto-save
that may need checking; or perhaps there could be something else behind this issue...
To be sure, which device do you refer?

Not sure what that means.
In the mean time I have checked the where used list.
The "include" program ZXRSAU01is mentionned and indeed it shows the fields SAKNR1 and SAKNR2...
I guess I need to check that and make changes there if necessary.

Also, on a related subject, why does my mail not sync accross all devices? ie. when I delete an email on one device, why do I still see it on all my other devices? How can I change this?

Mail is backed up automatically. If you make backups automatically, open Mail application and then, open the Time Machine app (in /Applications/Utilities). That would definitely be very annoying, 151now! Regarding the double message, if you press on the back arrown key instead of the microphone icon, does the same thing happen? Might be a way to avoid pressing the mic icon and possibly avoiding the double message.

I'd like to give my connection log to the police before I go and see if my Iphone recognizes the device in question. Any way to get any type of bluetooth device connection log out of my iphone?

Your contacts should still be on whatever program you sync your iphone to (i.e. Outlook, address book).
The iphone is not a stand alone device. It is designed to be synced with a computer. If you have not been syncing with a compatible program, then you are out of luck. Your contacts are not included in the back-up because it is meant to be synced with your computer.

Assuming you've done a system wide search for it including the Applications folder and it's not there......
I think you will need to address this with them - did you pay them for the application? Or was your purchase price to include it? And the question(s) to ask them:
If the app store states that it has been downloaded, ask them where it is and which Apple ID they used. (the store keeps track of Apple IDs and machine IDs on everything you download).
I have absolutely no faith in their advice; however, in this case, it's not so much technical advice, but an answer to your questions: you paid for something and it appears not to be there.

According to your description, the actual error could be caused by but not limited to the following issues: Memory issues, Third Party issues, or SQL Server issues and so on. However, as shanky post, if you use an external or third party backup tool like
NetBackup, BackupExec, or one of the many other tools available for backing up SQL Server databases without having to write your own backup scripts, and the error occurs. You need to check if there are some issues about your VDI or SQLVDI.DLL. Meanwhile,
you also need to troubleshooting Memory Issue or the third tool issue. For more information about troubleshooting the error 995 when backing up database via the third party tool. You can review the following blog.

Have you tried restarting the printer? Reboot the iPad as well.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
