Combobx prolem

Hello expert
I make define New functionality in combo box like in sap but sir i get problem that when i click on define new it open one table when i add code and name in table and update it and close the updated entry not display in combo box but when i reload the forem it display in combobox but i want when iclose the table it shows in combobox how i do it.this is my code

i am not open the diffrent form on define new .i actvate the menu id of non object table and open it so how can i used the form closed event follwing  are the code pls help me for it resolved
