Come richiedere nuovamente sostituzione ipod nano 1g

Buonasera,
Tempo fa ho aderito all'programma di sostituzione del mio ipod nano di prima generazione, quando mi è arrivato a casa il pacchetto per spedirlo purtroppo ho avuto dei problemi e non sono riuscita a spedirlo. dopo avermi annullato la richiesta di sostituzione, adesso non riesco a richiedere di nuovo una nuova sostituzione poichè dice che è stata già fatta richiesta con quel numero di serie. come posso fare senza chiamare direttamente la apple per via dei costi di chiamata??

Some time ago I joined all'programma replacement for my ipod nano first generation, when I got home to send the package I unfortunately had some problems and I could not send it. after having canceled the request for replacement, now I can not take back a new replacement since it says has already been requested by the serial number. how can I do this without directly calling the apple because of the call charges?

Does the feature's guide booklet come with a new ipod Nano?

Hello,
I'm trying to figure out if the feature's guide comes with a new ipod nano? My sister bought one awhile ago and all that is in the clear box is a Quick Start Guide. I know I can find the feature's guide online but trying to figure out if she ever had a hard copy of the feature's guide booklet as I can't find her copy. Maybe I'm looking for something that is in my imagination.

Thanks, my sister got an ipod touch the other day with a new Macbook and she told me to get her manual for something I was trying to figure out. So I thought I was using it the other day and can't find it. Now she thinks the touch one is at her office. Then I decided to get all the new stuff together in a bag: her Macbook info, her nano stuff and her ipod touch stuff (she tends to leave stuff all over the place and since I use them sometimes I thought I would organize it all). After collecting it all I wondered if there was something for the nano which I didn't see in the box.
Anywho now I know the answer for the ipod nano anyway.

Qualcuno sta aspettando tanto quanto me?

A me però non hanno solo chiuso la pratica e riaperta (sarà perchè sembravo molto affranto dalla loro inefficienza), ma l'hanno fatta diventare "più urgente", quindi non è arrivata la scatola per posta, ma mi hanno inviato un corriere.
Se ti hanno inviato la scatola, quando arriverà dovrai semplicemente ritirare la scatola e DOPO rispedirla con dentro l'ipod, SOLO l'ipod senza nessun accessorio (le affrancature a carico di Apple ti saranno consegnate insiemeOdentro alla scatola)
Nel caso che il ritiro venga affidato DIRETTAMENTE ad un corriere, il corriere arriva entro 24 ore e, nonostante ci fosse espressamente scritto:
"... Non includa nella confezione altri oggetti (es. il cavo di alimentazione) poiché non verranno restituiti. Non includa inoltre alcun materiale di imballo. Se il prodotto è imballato, UPS non lo accetterà. L'imballaggio verrà invece fornito da UPS, che spedirà il prodotto ad Apple. I tempi di spedizione ad Apple si aggirano attorno ai due giorni lavorativi. Una volta che il prodotto viene ricevuto dal centro di riparazione, Apple provvederà a inviarle un'e-mail. ... "
il corriere ha voluto che glielo imballassi io in una scatola (ho recuperato una scatola in casa e l'ho messo li).
Se la scatola non ti arriverà entro 15 giorni (di calendario), ricontattali.....
Sappiamo che a volte può capitare che le poste italiane abbiano qualche lieve malfunzionamento.....
Considerando le situazioni di scioperi, situazioni meteo e blocchi vari, non è difficile che una scatola venga persa

Problema richiesta sostituzione ipod nano prima generazione

Alcuni giorni fa ho verificato online se il mio ipod nano di prima generazione sarebbe stato valido per il programma di sostituzione. Ho inserito il numero di serie poi sono stato portato alla pagina di login (da come ho letto questo significa che era nel programma), ma non ricordandomi la mia password ed essendo già di fretta ho deciso di farlo in seguito.
Oggi ho deciso di procedere, ma dopo aver inserito il numero di serie del prodotto, invece di portarmi alla schermata di login come 2 giorni fa, mi dice "Il numero di serie di prodotto Apple immesso non fa parte di questo programma.".
Come è possibile che due giorni fa facesse parte del programma ed ora no?

scusa se l'italiano mio non e tanto buono ma cerco di spiegarmi piu bene possibile.
Anchio avvevo un iPod della prima generatione e per prima mi dovevo inserire nel mio
conto con la AppleID e poi ho inscrito il numero del mio iPod. Dopo che e stato controlato
mi ha mandato sul sito per inserire l'informationi utile.
Dopo due settiman ho ricevuto una busta di UPS e ho spedito il iPod. Dopo altre due settimane
ho ricevuto il iPod Nano nuove.
Secondo me vi dovete prima registrato poi inserire il numero e se fate parte del programa vi
manda sul sito giusto.
Il mio problema adesse e che tutte le cose che ho comprato per il mio Nano vecchio non
funziona con il nuove :-(

Sostituzione ipod nano è gratuita?

Ho avviato la pratica per la sostituzione del mio ipod nano.
Ho ricevuto la mail, dove si dice che hanno ricevuto la mia richiesta e che la cosa dovrebbe essere a carico di apple, ma che se ci dovessero essere riparazioni a carico del cliente mi contatteranno via email! è un proforma vero?
no perchè, mi scoccerebbe parecchio dover sborsare pure dei sldi data già la situazione attuale!
ora aspetterò che mi inviino la famosa busta con le istruzioni!
C'è qualcuno che ha giò ricevuto il pacco e sa darmi qualche indicazione precisa sui tempi?
Sono poi molto preoccupata del fatto che si utilizzi posta ordinaria...vivendo in un condominio mi viene da piangere a pensare ad un pacco apple lasciato in bellla mostra sotto le casette della posta dove ovviamente non entra il pacco!
qualcuno sa rassicurarmi un pò????

ho iniziato la procedura il 16 novembre scorso. Mi hanno mandato la settimana di Natale la busta con l'adesivo da applicare alla busta in cui inserire l'iPod e il libretto di istruzione (l'invio è a carico della Apple così come la consegna dell'iPod sostituito): ho stabilito la data del ritiro di questa busta collegandomi al sito del corriere espresso (UPS), come indicato nelle istruzioni. Il corriere è passato il 27 dicembre (la prima data utile che mi ha suggerito il sito automaticamente). Sulla pagina della Apple dedicata alla sostituzione, è risultato che la busta è arrivata il 4 gennaio, poi che il problema era stato individuato e quindi che la spedizione era in sospeso. Il 10 gennaio la Apple mi ha madato una mail in cui mi veniva comunicato che il pacco era stato spedito nella stessa data, pacco che mi è stato consegnato con POSTA PRIORITARIA oggi. Ti consiglio quindi di fare in modo che qualcuno rimanga in casa quando il pacco dovrà arrivare e - possibilmente - di parlare con il postino e chiedergli di suonare al momento del recapito.
Ho ricevuto un iPod touch da poco più di 7 GB in luogo del mio iPod nano da 4 GB (in realtà 3.73 gb). E' più piccolo di dimensioni ma ha molte più utilities...e poi è nuovo e non ho dovuto spendere un centesimo.

Hello ! No sound comes out of my ipod nano 7. I tried different headphones, all working on other players, but nothing comes out of the ipod nano. Of course I turned the volume up and made sure to press on play... Anybody to help me out? Thanks a lot !

The jack on the Nano is very tight when it is new. Push the headphones all the way in until the plastic on the headset jack is flush with the body of the Nano.

Recommend a case for a 5th gen iPod Nano

Just got a 5th Gen Nano and looking for a good case to protect it. I actually got one of these...

Any suggestions for something to protect the iPod, but allows easy access to all the controls?

I use this one. Pros: Works perfectly. I like the clip on the end as I wear the iPod around my neck or clipped to a waist band if I don't have any pockets.
The leather is sturdy & not in the way of any of the controls. I do not have to remove the case to recharge, use click wheel, hold button & earplugs.
Case was free from the place I purchased my iPod from.
Cons: I have to remove the case to show people the color of my iPod & my custom engraving.

Call up apple care, (08000480408 if you are in the UK) and ask them to change the postcode and request another replacement packet

When connected to my Ford Mondeo, my ipod nano can be controlled through interface. But after while it comes up with message 'loading data' and then freezes. Anyone else got the issue?

This worksd most of the time, but after a while if I try to change the music or search, it comes up with message 'Loading Data'. I then have to pull out USB and reinseert, at which point it works again. Has anyone esle expereinced this/have a solution?

Does not matter if anyone else has this issue. You need to contact the Ford dealership. It's their product you are having problems with.
If you really want to know if anyone else has this issue, post on Ford's Mondeo message boards. It's where the Ford car owners hang out.

They don't have the music on their computer so they cannot transfer the iTunes folder, from the computer to their iPod and then to the new computer. And if they try to enable disk use on the iPod it will erase all the music that is on it. The method you cited is moving the files in a data format using the iPod as a flash drive. It doesn't work if they are in music format. That is why I suggested Yamipod.

When in DFU mode and connected to the computer iTunes does not say anything but iTunes will see the iPod and you can restore the iPod via iTunes. When in recovery mode and you connect, iTunes will say it found an iPod in recovery mode.

You mean it appears in My Computer but not in iTunes? If so, check this first:
