Come salvo i dati prima di inizializzare il disco? HELP ME!!

Quando accendo il mac compare la schermata grigia, con la rotellina e la barra di caricamento. Alla fine di quest'ultimo il mac si spegne definitivamente. Ho provato con tutte le fasi dell' Utility OS X ma l'unica cosa che mi resta da fare e inizializzare il disco. Come faccio a salvare i dati che sono sull'hard disk (musica, foto, file, ecc) prima di formattare?

Few Guildlines:
1. program is slow mainly because Database load is too high, try to reduce it and that load can be shared by ABAP. gotrhough SE30-perfromance tuning.
Also, in Se30 u will get all most important Tips and tricks, follow it,...
2. Try to find out summary table and dont try always to get data from basic tables.
3. Try to use perfect SELECT statemetn with porper joins, which is most important in reduction of load on DB.
4. you can make ABAP part faster, following coding standard like use of Binary search.
5. Use SLIN to find out which part of program is taking too much time, try to reduce it.

So it gives me all the Service Request records in the time range. For example From Date: 31.01.2005 til To Date 01.02.2005.
It doesn't give me the To Date result unfortunately, it gives me the correct From Date, but as To Date the result is the same as From Date, what is false.
The results should be:
From Date: 31.01.2005
To Date: 01.02.2005

YOu can only do that if you had find my iphone setup and activated prior to having your phone stolen.
Then you log into icloud.com to remote wipe, but your phone has to be connect to wifi or cellular data to do that.

I was researching the issue you are having and recommend a couple of things. First it might be a good idea to reset the device following iPhone, iPad, iPod touch: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting found here http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430
Resetting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't quite get the device going again, I recommend restoring the device.

Might even be a good idea to turn off the phone, reseat the SIM card, and turn it back on.

Reset your iPad and see if that helps.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

The "restore disk" is built into the Mac. See About Recovery.
Need more specifics about what error messages you got while installing Adobe Flash.
However, you can almost avoid Flash altogether by setting YouTube to play the HTML5 version instead.

- release both buttons when apple logo appears
Does the issue occur when plugged into charge?
If issue remains try a restore in recovery mode:
