Thank you for posting your list of installed Extensions. One of them might be intercepting the menu command. Since you have the Add-on Compatibility Reporter, it's possible that an older add-on that doesn't actually work well with Firefox 5 could be to blame. Could you try disabling the "HP Smart Web Printing" extension and see whether that makes any difference?
Also, you can simulate a print button on a web site by pasting this to the location bar and pressing Enter. You also can save it as a bookmark for easier access (when scripts are saved as bookmarks, we call them bookmarklets). Hopefully you won't need it for long.

I fixed it!!! Following advice from similar posts, I searched the hard drive for "sessionrestore.js" in my Firefox Profiles folder (you'll need to enable viewing of hidden files in Windows Explorer (Tools > Folder Options > View (then select Hidden files option) then Apply to all folders) to do this). I then shut down Firefox, deleted the file and restarted - my home page was correct and it didn't try to open my old session! Some other posts suggested deleting everything called "sessionrestore" in that folder, but I didn't need to.

...not sure if anyone can help? I have scoured the manual but still wondering a couple of things -
1) the semi-transparent waveforms in the recorded regions are doing my eyes in -- have looked all over, where can i set a pref. for say, 'black waveform/colored background' for the regions?
2) i would like to put an 'environment' or 'buses only' button along the bottom row of the arrange window with Mixer / Sample Editor / Piano Roll, etc...is this possible?
3) any ideas why I'm getting a loud audio clip/pop when using/editing/cutting with the scissors tool on any audio region?
4) whats with the toolbox -- cant i just have my little floaty box back?
5) have located my Solo button option under 'View' > 'Configure Track Header' - hope this helps someone!
6) how cool are the Dynamics and Mastering FX ?!?!

Can't help with #1 and 2.
3. If you are editing audio regions and this happens it's probably because you aren't editing at zero crossings. You can set a preference for this Edit > Search Zero Crossings.
4. Doesn't right/click or Escape open up the toolbox for you? If not, check your preferences.
5. Yep. Lots of options there.
6. Pretty good considering they don't cost extra. I still need my Waves, though, especially the L3.

Skip the iCloud sign in for now.
Once you reach the home page, go to settings and sign out of FaceTime and Messages. This should also sign you out of iCloud.
Go to iCloud in settings and sign in with the correct Apple ID.
If that does not work
Skip the iCloud sign in
Go to Apple ID.apple.com and sign in
Change your Apple ID to the old one
Delete iCloud account on your device with the old Apple ID and the same password.
Go back to the website, change your Apple ID back to the current one. You will receive an email to verify the account. Verify first.

Video keeps failing the harding test - working with stock. Can you help??!

I have made a music promo, unfortuantely i have had it back from MTV twice now as it keeps failing the harding test (to test to see if it triggers epilietic siezures).
I am working with stock from the prelinger archives, which - to be honest - has been a nightmare to work with for various reasons.
The wierd thing is, the test has failed twice, both on different areas. I edited the video after it failed the first time, then it failed on a totally un-related area on the second test, which the first test didn't pick up.
I am getting "luminance flashes" between 0.5 and 2.2. Is there a way I can filter these out in the edit rather than get the video sent back again? The "luminance flshes" can not even be made out to the naked eye. I have changed the problem areas, then it picks up something else once I send it to MTV again.
Clearly something is happening when I export the video and get it transferred to Digibeta (same file, same edit - just changed slightly), OR - something is happening in Final Cut pro when I export to DV tape which is making this happen.
£60 a time for a digibeta transfer is becomming quite expensive. Especially if I get it sent back again!

A flash that cannot be seen by YOUR eye takes place at the field level and you are probably watching your video on a progressive monitor that cannot display fields.
A test that indicates you fialed should provide a precise timecode reference for each episode. If not, or if the failures move, their test is suspect.

Without seeing your video, field by field, there's no way to really know where to send you for help. You do not seem to have the technical ability or facility to perform the quality assurance required by MTV. Their engineers should be able to offer some technical assistance or refer you to a good post production house that can cure your problems once and for all. However, it is a simple matter to apply color and luma correction at your current dub house when they do your transfer. They should be doing that for you anyway.

Ok. My mum bought this brand new iphone 5 from a chainstore here in Norway. It has never worked properly. Each night it totally hangs up and is unusable.
The screen gets matrix like and there is a text saying "Panic.we are hanging in here". I have lots of apple products. And i have searched around a bit. I have figured out that this often happens with jailbreaked phones. Well this phone is not. And the store waits for apple to respond. I've tried to call apple and they will not offer any help since the phone is bought in a chainstore and not directly from then. In the meantime my mum has a phone that is unusable and worth 900$.
It kinda ****** me off also that apple does not give any support. I have bought quite an amount of apple products trough the years,and when we finally convinced my mother to switch to apple they give this ****** service. I am not impressed.
-But since they do not answer,maybe anyone of you can help me? I have tried the two options of reseting and also hit the round/top buttons all together.

I have reset it as suggested with itunes yester day. And it did not work.. i told her to take a pic of the phone screen when it locks.
Any suggestions now? I think she will deliver it back to Spaceworld if there aren´t any other suggestions..
Anyhow to you that suggested this is not a real problem.
if you buy a phone to many hundreds of dollars..each night it locks itself and that screen above pops up. You cannot use the phone at all it before the screen dissapears. Also you carrier told you you switch off every internet options on the phone,because they cannot figure out what is wrong. So you cannot mms,or use mail or any internet option..Also you cannot ring with the phone nor text when it locks itself..
If you do NOT call that a problem. I think YOU got a problem.

Phone broken: factory reset has lost connection with icloud. Can you help?

I had a problem with my wi-fi. It was a greyscale colour and would not let me sign on to wi-fi. I took it to the shop and they said to do a factory re-set. I did this but I cannot sign on to my icloud to retrieve my numbers and messages etc. My wi-fi also still does not work. I am very confused as I was just using wi-fi a few days ago with no problems. I also have been noticing the phone slowing down recently. When the battery gets to 20% and I go on my emails for example, it tends to just switch off, arghh! Can anyone help?

Apps are developed by almost anyone and are vetted and approved by BB. If the app crashes, contact the app vendor. None of the Apps I have loaded have shown any problems.

AOL? Really? Search this forum for email issues. Some service providers have not upgraded to the latest standards and have problems with Z10 emails.
I have never had a battery problem and I have had my Z10 since Day 1 in Canada. There were many reports of battery drain issues with the initial OS, but the last release seems to have fixed that.
If you have battery issues, but you also have Apps that 'crash' I would suggest removing the Apps you have installed and run the device without them for a while, see if your battery performance changes. Some apps run all the time and consume much power using location services etc.
Did you format the Flash card while installed in the device? I have a 32G card in mine and it is working fine. Perhaps try another card. Make sure you use one with a good speed rating.

I'll state right from the get-go, this is NOT a Premiere problem. This is a Windows problem, but I don't know exactly what it is.
Why I'm I posting it here? It's in Premiere that I notice it the most.
I can be watching my playback in Premiere fine and then all the sudden, my playback will stop. At first I thought it was a bug in Premiere, but then I notcied it happening in AE and other non-Adobe programs.
The computer is acting like I clicked away from Premiere, like on the desktop. Playback stops and then I have to click my Premeire window again to make it active and then play again.
This happens every 5 minutes or so (haven't timed it).
When it clicks itself out, it doesn't really go anywhere that I can tell, but something is definitely making my active window/program become inactive.
I'm not sure how to even phrase this question since I don't know what is really going on. But it's driving me crazy in Premiere as I'm in it about 15 hours a day. So it's happening, as you can imagine, 5-10 times an hour during my playack.
In fact, just at this very moment it did it again while writing here. My Chrome page became inactive and I had to reclick right here to continue writing.
Any suggestions on where to even start?
I've had probably 50 computers since Windows 98 and I've never seen this before.

If it happens at regularly timed intervals of user input inactivity,
I would suspect a power option trying to spin down a drive
or blank the display.
I would start 'GodMode' and check all of the power options.
Create a new folder, and give it this exact name:
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
