Condition record getting deleted

Hello,
We have an issue with pricing condition ZPRO (basic price ).
Our users created a sales order, let's say on 16.12.10 and the basic price ZPRO is determined based on the conditon record. Now on 17.12.10 , users are doing a re-determination of pricing for whatever reasons and to their surpirse, the condition type ZPRO is not appearing again in sales order. On checking the condition record for ZPRO, the same does not exist. They are not aware on how the condition record for ZPRO is getting deleted.
They created again condition record for ZPRO and then re-determines pricing in sales order and then the ZPRO appears again in sales order.
Now the above scenario (condtion getting deleted ) is happening for some more sales order !!
We need to analyse why the condition record for ZPRO is getting deleted and how ?
Can someone suggest how to check the same and why the above is happening ?
regds
Pamela

hi Pam,
please follow the given instructions:
i guess that means condition record is being deleted by some body.
because after deleting acondition record it will activate the deletion indicator checkbox & after a sales order is created the next movement it will say condition record does not exist.
because thie condition records are dependent on validity periods.
suppose the user is trying to create two condition records with in the same validity period one after the other.
it will create only one and it will throw an POP UP message for the second one in this combination condition record existslie that with pretty good explanation.
to find the user - goto VA02 - ENVIRONMENT - CHANGES if the relevant condition record is delted then it will show the name and date of record deletion
hope this clears your issue.

In which table the condition records get stored in sap crm.
    Regards,
    Babu

    Hi Babu,
The table name depends on the condition table you have chosen while adding a condition record. Like if it is SAP001, the database table will be CNCCRMPRSAP001.

  • Updating a condition record or deleting it

    Hi All,
I have a requirement where i upload products along with discount through a job . They are getting maintained through SAPCND/MNT_MAINTAIN_OW and on the WEB UI we can find it on CPGOE_ABLOCKS/OVELProducts and CRMCMP_CND/CONDRECLISTVIEW . Now there is a requirement where i have to append a new product or update the product along with discount . Appending a new product is wroking fine , but for updation case it is adding the new product along with discount but not removing the old product and discount .
I tried to use /SAPCND/MNT_DELETE_OW but was getting the error "The condition records are not found in the buffer" . And also while debugging i found that it was first going to Maintain FM and then to the DELETE FM , but i am not able to find the certain parameter which is getting passed from maintain to delete the record .
Is there any other way of achieving this requirement?
    Thanks in advance,

  • Condition Record PB00 gets deleted from A018 table

    Hi Gurus-
Could anyone of you explain how the PB00 condition is getting deleted from A018 table (Purch Org Level Condition)? It looks like some batch job is randomly setting the Valid to Date A018-DATBI to yesterday's date and today there is no valid time dependent condition.
    I don't know any process/program that accesses PB00 condition in table A018 other than MEK1 or MEK4.
Does SD condition type change has any impact in Purchasing Price (PB00). Although all the Rate/Price is stored in the same table KONP but separated by application area and table (A017, A018, A071, A073).
Can anybody shed some lights on this please?

Thanks for your reply. We know the user name who is making the change in A018. It is a batch user ID that makes the change but we have about 100 differentg background batch job that is scheduled everyday and I went through every one of them but did not raise any flag.
And the worst part is since it is done by the batch user id (batch job), there is no change record (if I try to do MEK3-Environment>display changes) not even an entry in CDHDR table or CDPOS table.
Trying to see if you guys know of any SD or MM program that accesses that table and set the valid to field to yesterdays date and create a new condition record (KNUMH) with valid to date 31.12.9999 and rate (value) to 0.00?
Please let me know if you have any suggestion.
    Thanks in advance.

  • How to delete a condition record

    hi,
i maintained one condition record and deleted it in chane mode i.e using t.code vk12. Again if i make new condition records the system showing "validity dates are over lapping".
    wt is it?

    hi srinivas,
go to VK12 , there you can see the record maintained and the validity period. Just do one thing, select your condition record and change the valid to date in the past. Thn you will get a warning below that the date is in past, just press enter and save the record. Then if you go and check the record it will not be there. Then created your new condition record.
I hope i have answered your query. reward points if solution helps.

  • Deleting a condition record

    hi guys,
i want to delete a condition record using VK12, am selecting the row and pressing the icon 'Delete Row' but its not working out, and the row still remains the same(the condition record not getting deleted). More over, the 'Deletion ID' is selected in the condition record.
how do i delete the condition record in this case. this is very urgent. plz send the replies ASAP.
    thanks in advance.
    kumar.

    Dear Kumar,
There are two possible procedures for deleting conditions. There is either immediate deletion or a deletion flag for archiving at a later date. You enter the type of deletion that should be proposed during condition maintenance into Customizing for a condition type, . When deleting immediately, a dialog box can be created which indicates immediate deletion but offers a deletion flag as an
    alternative.
    <b>Deletion Flag</b>
You can mark condition records for deletion. These are then no longer taken into consideration during automatic pricing. However they remain as condition records in the system until the next archiving update. This means you can reset a deletion and reactivate a condition record.
    <b>Physical Deletion</b>
If you use physical deletion, the condition record disappears immediately. It is no longer available during condition record maintenance or pricing. This deletion cannot be reset once it has been carried out. You have to recreate the condition record if you need it again. To be more exact, the reference to the condition record for pricing and condition record maintenance is deleted completely with physical deletion. The actual condition record must be kept for old documents.
    Recommendation:
SAP recommends the physical deletion procedure. The deletion flag improves upwards compatibility in the system.
A pricing error can occur when using hierarchical accesses in combination with the deletion indicator (See the hierarchical access documentation in the SAP library).
The deletion flag used to be used as a replacement for a missing release procedure. This is no longer necessary, as there is now a separate release procedure available (see the release procedure in the SAP library).
Physical deletion can be included using the change documents – for example deletions in a specific period (Report RV16ACHD).
Reward points if this is helpful.

  • Deletion of bulk pricing condition records

    Hello thr,
I have thousands of pricing condition records to be deleted. I use condition type ZP01 in VK12 and select the key combination customer/material and then enter the details and then mark the condition record for deletion. To delete the next condition record, I need to go back and do the entire process again. Could someone please let me know if there is a txn that can help me do this in one step.
Thanks very much for your help.

    Hi Swetha,
If you want to delete all conditions for ZP01 condition type, you need to create a LSMW batch input from LSMW t-code. you can check and try followings:
You should go to in LSMW t-code, a recording should be created for one record from VK12 t-code and it can be run for all records like same from SM35 t-code.
Please follow the links above for VK12 condition deletion.
I hope these will meet your requirement fully.

  • Ccopying the condition records

    Hi friends,
I had some 4000 records with combination of sales org 1000 and customer QWER1. Now I want to copy all these records to new combination as sales org 1000 and customer as QWER12. For this I tried with VK11 and F7(Create with reference to) and selected the combination of 1000 and QWER1 and enter. Then all the records are copied but with same old combination as 1000 and QWER1 in grey mode. But I want to change the header customer from QWER1 to QWER12. For this there is an icon ' new header combination' just right to the header sales org 1000. When I clicked that header combination is opened for edit but all the condition records are deleted from the screen.
So can anyone help me to copy all the conditon records to the new header combination.
    Regards
    Rama

    Dear Rama rao,
    Try with this
Go to VK12 with the existing condition records then you select all conditions which you want copy then click on COPY CONDITION tab (AT bottom of the screen) system will take you the Copying:Customer to Customer screen there you enter the target customer number then execute agin system will take you to the CHANGE PRICE screen there you can save the conditions for the new customer (If you want you can enter new price also).
I hope it will help you

  • Release Strategy for Condition Records

    Hi,
This is a requirement from my client. The client needs to give 4 levels of release strategy for the condition records created. The selling price for the products will be entered by person 1. This has to be approved by the sales execute (person 2); then by the sales manager (person 3); finally by the General Manager (Person 4). The selling price of the products ranges from 10 lakhs to 40 lakhs. so, the release strategy is needed. This type of release strategy is available in MM for PR and PO. Please let me know whether similar facility is available in SD. Any alternative is also solicited.
    Regards,
    K Bharathi

    Hi,
    Thanks for your valuable reply.
I defined 3 Processing status (Menu path: SPRO >> SD >> Basic Fn >> Pricing >> Define Processing status). They are EU-End user, KU-Key user, MD-Final authority. These processing statuses are assigned to Release status. First two processing status EU, KU were assigned to A (Blocked). The third processing status MD was assigned to Blank (Released). The purpose is: at processing status EU one person will upload the price master. Second person will check the price and will change the processing status to KU if he satisfies with the accuracy of the price master. The third person (final authority) will check the price and set the Processing status MD. Once the condition record gets the status MD, the prices can be used for creating sales order because it is released.
In the condition record for PR00, when I enterthe processing status  EU or KU the release status shows 'Blocked' release statuses. When I enter MD in the processing status, the release status show 'released'.
My question is how can assign the responsibilities of changing the processing statuses EU to KU, KU to MD to two different persons.

  • Condition record deleted still it is reflecting in pricing

    Hi Gurus,
I have created sales order and saved when i was analyzing sales order i came to know that system has taken two taxes (VAT and CST) . After i realizing that there two condition records maintained in system then i have deleted one condition record which is not required. Then i went to change mode of sales order and  carried out new pricing but system is still showing both conditions and both the amounts are reflecting. Interesting is in pricing analysis the condition record which i have deleted is showing deleted but system is showing deduction amount in pricing. So please suggest me what should i do so that system will take only one condition record and show only that amount.
Pls reply me urgent since client is stuck up.

  • Mass delete of condition records

    Hi All,
Please advise if there is a mass delete function of condition records. I have uploaded prices for customer/material conbination for the month of novemver and i want to delete them all. I can do it one by one but it will take tooooo long. Also please advise that if a record is marked for delete indicator, then can it be used again ? or can i reomve it completely becasue i want to upload again with correct prices.
    Appreciate your help
    SAPXPT

    Hi,
    Let's get one by one.
    > Please advise if there is a mass delete function of condition records. I have uploaded prices for customer/material conbination for the month of novemver and i want to delete them all. I can do it one by one but it will take tooooo long.
There is no such Transaction available to delete those like in MASS.
Best thing is to use a LSMW with VK12 transaction.
    > Also please advise that if a record is marked for delete indicator, then can it be used again ?
    Yes, You can.
Once marked for deletion they won't appear in the sales order automatically. Pricing Analysis will show you like this.
    "Condition record has been deleted"
If you want to use it again go to VK12, and go in to your condition record.
Highlight the condition line item and press "Details" button (Magnifying Glass)
Un-tick the "Deletion lndicator" check box.
    Save.
Then you can use it again as normal way.
    > can i reomve it completely becasue i want to upload again with correct prices.
    Yes, You can.
You can remove it completely from the data base. First you have to configuret your condition type in IMG to enable that function..
    Go to V/06
Select you condition record & go in to details.
There you get a filed called "delete fr. DB"  under "Master data" section.
Change it to "A with popup" or "B without popup".
Which means your going to delete it from the data base. (Where as you cannot use it again, like you do in Deletion indicator)
    Save
    Then come to VK12,
Go in to your condition record.
Highlight the condition line item and press Delete button from lower area.
If you set "A with pop up" in the condition record, you'll get a pop up saying,
"The condition type XXXX is set so that when the deletion indicator is set, the condition record can be physically deleted from the database.Do you want to delete the condition record physically?"
Once save system will delete it from the data base.
If you set "B without pop up", system will delete it without a pop up.
    Hope this helps you !
    Best regards,
    Anupa

  • Tracking deleted pricing condition records

    Hello,
I Have a condition record for a condition type with a  particular price of USD 100 with validity date from 1.10.09 to 30.10.09.
Now we create another condition record for the same condition type with a new price of USD 50 with same valid date from 1.10.09 to 30.10.09..
So now the systems delete the old condition reocord of USD 100.This is standard sap.
Now I want to know is there any way of tracking the deleted condition records like  the ones the system has deleted. If there is no standard report and if we have to develop a Z report, then how to develop that since the tables do not contain the old conditon records.
    regards
    sachin

    Hi,
Yes, from the condition table that you are going to maintain the condition records (check the condition table assigned to the access sequence, from the condition type), we will get all the condition records maitained for specific combination/material
Now go to se16 and enter the condition table name and give the proper selection criteria then you will get all the condition record numbers maintained to your selection with validity dates. then you can go to KONP and pass the condition record and you can get the condition values for that particular combination with proper validity dates.
(Actually from VK13/VK12 based on validity date that we have mentioned in the selection screen will display the condition record valid on that paricular date, from the system those condition records will not be deleted at all)
    OR
There are two possible methods of displaying change documents:
Choose Environment -> Changes -> For condition record.
Change data for the selected condition record(s) will be displayed.
Choose Environment -> Changes -> Report.
A selection screen will appear where you can choose multiple criteria for displaying change documents. The result of the selection report is displayed.
