Condition Record (NACR) not recognized - why ?

Hi everybody,
for my custom output type ZALE - concerned with IDoc triggering - I have defined to condition records,
ZECO - eCommerce Order and
ZECR - eCommerce return
for the purpose to automatically generate output events, when the corresponding document types change.
Things are working fine. However not 100%.
In tcode VA02, in output control (menu option "Extras" / "Output" / "Edit"), the two document types (ZECO and ZECR) behave different:
- for ZECO, the system automatically proposes a new ZALE output record
- for ZECR, there is no automatically proposed ZALE output record !!!
Any idea, why this different behavior for identical customizing?
Thanks in advance for enlightment.
Best Regards
Gregor

Hi,
just to clarify:
- the setup as such is working - I can manually assign the ZALE output type, save and generate the IDOC
- what's not working is automatical proposal of the ZALE output type - supposed to work on behalf of the defined condition record
Another hint, -playing a bit with the document types, I found out
- ZECO can be created from scratch
- ZECR requires a reference for creation
My suspition: different setup of the document types also influences the output control!?
Thanks and Regards
Gregor

    Hi,
In our scenario we have to maintain the additional charges based on Plant. For this purpose I have created the condition table 900 which contains the following fields

When I create the order in CRM price of the product is getting recognized where as additional charges condition records are not getting recognized.
When I check the Access I found that header level data .i.e. sales org/dist chal / divion has been recognized and plant has not been recognized that values are like this 00000000000000000000000000
I have checked the plant it has been downloaded successfully to CRM
So, can anybody help me out?
    Thanks

    Hi,
Check in the  access sequnce exclusive indicator activation, it might be selected to the previous Condition Tables, if it is  selected than system will not check  further available/maintained  condition reocrds.

  • Material Fright Group related Condition record is not captured in billing

    Dear all,

This field is there in Sales Order but when i am creating Credit memo it is not captured and also i am unable to find Material Freight Group field in Billing Document.
    Please help urgently.
    Regards,
    Chirag Pedhadiya.

    Hi...
But why we have to write this code in User Exit. Is this Standard SAP Problem ??
I just wonder that in Delivery Related Billing Document it is finding Material Freight Group related Condition record in Billing means in Billing Pricing it is getting value in Material Freight Group filed and set this condition record value, though there is no any field like MFRGR (Material Freight group) in Billing Tables VBRK or VBRP.
So for Order related Billing Document only why this filed is not getting any value in Pricing ??
    Thnaks,

    Hi,
    Goto the T. Code "VF03".
Enter your billing document number.Enter.Check what is the pricing procedure determined here.Goto the T.Code "V/08".Check whether that condition type present in that procedure.
If so check the validity of the condition records.Ensure it falls under your billing document date. Also ensure that it is not marked for deletion. For this goto the last column in the condition record screen "VK12 T.Code".Ensure that this check box is not ticked.
And you are telling that you are able get this one in previous documents.
Goto the T.Code "VTFA(if your scenario is order related billing)" else goto the T.Code "VTFL(If your scenario is delivery-related billing)".
Select your valid combination.Double click on item.Select your item category.Details.
Make the Pricing type as "D" and pricing source as "blank".

  • Condition record's not getting copied in local client copy !!!

    Hi ALL,
I have a one question/doubt regarding local client copy.
Our functional team creates condition type (for e.g.: thru FV11 for MM) in one client (golden), when I take client copy of that client with SAP_All profile, but condition type is not getting copied in the new client.
I found for Sap notes, in one note it was suggested that change documents are not copied with any profiles.
I found in FV11, there is one option, Send Condition, thru which we can send by Logical systems, but its giving error msg u201CNo relevant partner system DEVCLNT300 exists for output category COND_A
    Message no. VJ000u201D
Can u pls suggest proper way to copy/transport condition record in new client created?

  • Condition Record is not picking

    Dear All,
We are facing the problme while creating Sales Order.
It showing Pricing error: Mandatory condition VR00 is missing
I have done the follwoing activities:
1.Created New Table with MVGR1 and MVGR2 (Material Group1 and 2) and Gennerated
2.Created the new Acess Sequence and assigned to Newly created table
3.Assigend the Acess Sequence to Condition type
    4. Created the condition records in VK11
While creating the Sales Order it is showing Pricing error: Mandatory condition VR00 is missing
In the Analysis it is showing Condition record is missing
Please Guide me where im doing the mistake
    Thanks
    Vinay

    Hi Vinay,
If you are getting the error like that means,
In your pricing procedure apart from PR00, other condition type VR00 has been put check box as Mandatory.
Remove that check now you will not be getting that error.
See, you might be mainaianted condition record for PR00, for which its taking properly. But you might not maintained condition record for VR00. Check it out once. Mainainte condition record for VR00 or remove check box for "MANDATORY" in your pricing procedure.
    Hope this helps you.
    Reward if helpful
    Thanks,

  • Pricing condition records should not be picked up

    Hi,
I have configured a scenario for Supplementary Invoice for which I created a new sales order type. The requirement is such that this order type should not pick the pricing condition records that have been created in VK11. Please suggest how can this be configured.
Do I have to use any Userexits, if so which one?
    Regards,
    Abhishek

As mentioned by you, you have created a new Sales Order Type, you can create a new document pricing procedure, based on which you can determine a new pricing procedure.
To configure new Document Pricing Procedure:
IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Define Document Pricing Procedure. (Maintain the new Document Pricing Procedure in new Sales Order Type)
Maintain a new Pricing Procedure, maintaining the Condition Types as manual. Maintain the determination of Pricing Procedure appropriately.
    Pricing Procedure Determination:
In SD, Pricing Procedure is determined (T.Code: OVKK) based on Sales Area (Sales Organization + Distribution Centre + Division) + Customer Pricing Procedure + Document Pricing Procedure. Sales Area is determined in Sales Order Header Level. Customer Pricing Procedure is determined from Customer Master. Document Pricing Procedure is determined from Sales Document Type / Billing Type (if configured). Once the pricing procedure is determined, Condition records are fetched. If appropriate condition records are found, the price is determined. If Mandatory pricing condition is missing, system will through an error message.
    Pricing Procedure Configuration:
In SD, the steps to configure Pricing procedure are as under:
    Step 1:
Condition table (T.Code: V/04): If existing condition table meets the requirement, we need not create a new condition table. Considering the requirement for new condition table, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Condition Table (select the required fields combination, which will store condition record).
    Step 2:
Access Sequence (T.Code: V/07): If existing access sequence meets the requirement, we need not create a new access sequence. Considering the requirement for new sequence, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Access Sequence (Access sequence is made up of Accesses (Tables) & the order of priority in which it is to be accessed. Here we assign the condition table to access sequence.
    Step 3:
Condition Type (T.Code: V/06): If existing condition type meets the requirement, we need not create a new condition type. Considering the requirement for new condition type, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Condition Type. It is always recommended to copy an existing similar condition type & make the neccessary changes. Here we assign Access sequence to Condition type.
    Step 4:
    a. Pricing Procedure (T.Code: V/08):  It is recommended to copy a similar pricing procedure & make the neccesary changes in new pricing procedure. Pricing Procedure is a set of condition type & arranged in the sequence in which it has to perform the calculation. Considering the requirement for new Pricing Procedure, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Maintain Pricing Procedure.
    b. Pricing Procedure (T.Code: VOK0): After maintaining the pricing procedure the next step will be determination of pricing procedure. Configuration for determining pricing procedure in SPRO is as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Determine Pricing Procedure.
    5. Condition record (T.Code: VK11 / VK12): Condition record is a master data, which is required to be maintained by Core team / person responsible from the client. During new implementation, the condition records can be uploaded using tools like SCAT, LSMW, etc. Condition Record is maintained in T.Code: VK11 / VK12, which are captured in Sales Order & Billing.
Also check document pricing procedure in Sales Document Type (T.Code: VOV8 - Sales order Type, VOFA: Billing Type (If Required)), customer pricing procedure in Customer Master Data (T.Code: XD02), ... are in place.

  • External CD reader not recognized, why?

I have a new Mac mini, which does not have a cd drive, so I attached an external cd reader. The operating system does not recognized this drive unless I restart the mini, why. My old mac mini had no problem recognizing that external cd drive. Is this a "feature" of the mountain lion operating system, or some fault of the computer?

I'm new to this forum, so I don't know where that comment was posted.
To the point, I was trying to load a new program into my computer from a CD. Since the new mac mini's don't have internal CD readers, I attached an external one via the UBS port. Upon inserting the CD with the program on I wanted to load, the CD reader light came on for a couple of seconds as the reader started, than nothing. I decided to restart the computer, at which point, the drive was recongized and was able to load the program on the CD. I just tested this again, and the CD reading is being recognized by the computer now.
So, that brings up my next question, does the operating system need to "learn" about each new attachment? I'm having a similar program with a printer. I didn't have this issue with my prior mac mini and OS X (v. 10.7...).
Being new to Mountain Lion, I guess I have a lot to learn. As a long time user of Mac's, I thought I knew it all...

  • Blank recordable CD not recognized by Audition

I have a project that I'm trying to burn onto a CD, but whenever I insert a CD and try and burn it, I get a notice saying that "no media was found in the device."
I've tried using about 3 different CDs, and my computer is capable of both reading and burning CDs using other programs, so I know that the computer is capable of burning CDs.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I found some information about people experiencing similar issues with the HL-DL-ST drive at http://forums.support.roxio.com/topic/91135-nxt-pro-2-not-recognizing-disc-in-drive/  and similar reports in general with the Dell XPS 8700.  I'm still researching what might be happening, or if these drives may be using a new driver model that may not be supported by the CD Burning engine licensed in Audition.  As soon as I have more information, I'll follow-up.

  • DVD's from my DVD/VHS Recorder are not sharp/ Why?

    Hello!
I have a 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo iMac that works perfectly. What I want to know is why my DVD-R's made on my DVD/VHS Recorder look grainy with low sound on my iMac but look great on any regular DVD player and television. Does anybody know why this is? Is it possible to change this with my iMac or the DVD/VHS recorder? Thanks

Your television is not capable of showing video at the high rez level your computer is plus you are sitting closer to the computer. Video coming from a video recorder is analog and medium quality. There's typically some loss of signal quality during translation to the computer. Enjoy them on the TV and stop worrying about it.

  • My Sony Dvd recorder is not recognized

Since I downloaded iMovie 09 I can get it to read my videos off of my Sony dvd camcorder. iMovie 08 worked well with the Sony but now I can't upload videos. Am I doing something wrong or is iMovie 09
    not compatable

I have similar problem with Sony dvd 505E, Imovie09 will not import files, says they are not readable, however Iphoto is able to read from same Handycam the still pictures stored on the memory stick. This Sony handycam, using same USB connection, has no problem importing movies into Windows PC but i would like to edit in Imovie09.

  • Recorded DVD not recognized in drive

I inserted a recorded DVD (DVD+RW) in my buddy's MacBook running Tiger, and a dialog box says the disc is a blank disc. It isn't, because it plays in other Macs, PC's and DVD players. is there a special setting he should be using to be able to play this DVD?
    TIA

Go out and buy an external hard drive known to boot that kind of Mac.
Run the operating system installer that came with the machine and install on that hard drive after formatting it GUID with Disk Utility's Partition section.
After installing the operating system on that drive, select it from Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Startup Disc and click on restart.
    Insert the dodgy DVD+RW.
If it fails to work, you know the optical drive is the one that won't play those kinds of discs, or it is damaged.

  • Condition record not found for service net price

    Hi Experts,
I have seen other posts related to this topic but didnt solve my issue. Issue is: in one system when trying to create PO for requisition, it says please enter a price for service item since "condition record not found" (because package number is wrongly taken as '00000000'. i dont know why).
In another system, again the condition record was not found but its taking some non-zero value for ESLL-NETWR and successfully creating PO.
In both the systems, coding is the same. No extra coding in user-exists. I think package is not properly determined. But in tables ESLH/ESLL, i see the values are stored in exactly the same manner as in the other system. I literally see no difference.
    What could be the problem?

    Solved myself.
The difference was in the purchase organization data. Depending on this field there was some check: 'Ignore requisition price in PO'. This was checked in one system for a purch org due to which it was not picking the price from PR data.

  • Condtion record  automatically not fetched up (Mandatory condition)

    Hi all,
condition record  automatically not fetched up (Mandatory condition) in sales order level. tax condition record. i have 2 clients in previous client also having same table combination. is there any chance to overwrite the condition records. If i have so many condition records in this previous client shall i delete and created new client. pls clarify this doubt, help me in this regard.
    babu

    Hello Nagul,
There can be many possiblities on why the values of Condition record record defined as Automatic are not picking up the values. There are few pointers below and kindly have a look on the basis of these:
    1. If the condition types are not mandatory but are defined as automatic, then you save a SALES ORDER. In the display mode of the Sales Order you can check the actual reason on why price are not being picked for those CONDITION TYPES in pricing analysis.
    2. Also you can check the validity of those condition record, whether this has expired !!
    3. Check any requirements are attached to the Condition Type or Access sequence.
Please update your post after checking these above pointers !!
    Regards,
    Sarthak
