  • DIscount condition types mapping to value field  (+/-)

    Hi,
1)While mapping SD condition types to Copa value fields, do we need to check the transfer +/- symbol for all discount condition types...
or when do we need to check it..
    2) In our case we have some 4 to 5 discount condition types mapped to copa... If we check that symbol, as discount will always be negative system is posting discount values in negative in copa. At the time of report execution, since we give formula as Sales Less discount and discount is already negative in system it is getting added... so we are planning to change formula as sales + discounts... is that approach is right?

    Hi Ajay,
Thanks for your quick reply... generally for which condition types do we need to check this indicator in ke4i... for all discount condition types and rounding off condition types... is that right? Because as I told we have some 4 to 5 discount condition types and we have ticked for only one discount condition type which is mostly used...

  • COPA - Split of Value from condition type into different value fields

    Dear All,
Customer is having several free schemes to customer the same is set up by SD and Cost of free goods is attached to One Z condition type, this flows along with Main product as characteristic. So we have Main product cost in VPRS and Scheme cost in Z Condition and there is possibility of more than one scheme cost flowing in one Z condition for single billing document. Whereas customer request is to see the each scheme cost separately in COPA. Since Value from SD will be flowing through only one condition type , it will be difficult to me to Split this in COPA. We have given a thought of having more than one condition type from SD ( one Z condition for one scheme) but this resolve our issue at hand. If we look at long term whenever customer introduces new Scheme new condition type need to be created and related COPA changes etc, Which doesn't seem to be working out.
Request Experts help in this, thanks in advance for the help.

    Hi Santosh
Having a Z cond type for each scheme is preferrable.... This would address the issue with Standard SAP itself...
Reason being, if you dont do that, then you will have to maintain a mapping somewhere in a Z Table where by system would come to know of the ratio between the schemes... This will be more cumbersome to develop and maintain... Still you wanna do that, here is the logic....
Maintain the schemes in a Z Table... Where each scheme will have a scheme ID - The ratio applicable to various schemes and also the relevant value fields of COPA to be updated for each scheme....
Now, add a Custom Field to the Sales Order and while creating the SO this field needs to be updated with the scheme ID(Relevant Exit to make it mandatory MV45AFZZ / ZB).... If Scheme ID is populated, your Billing should read the Split from Z Table using Exit RV60AFZZ and Update COPA using Exit COPA0002

  • PO: Condition type maintained in header level affect the price per unit

    Hi,
When I create a PO (Tcode ME21N) with 2 line items:
Line Item 1: $5.00 per unit, order 1 unit
Line Item 2: $10.00 per unit, order 1 unit
Then I put a condition type: Transportation Charges of $10.00 at header level.
The system will auto calculate and proportionate the transportation charges into that 2 line items. So now, the price per unit of the 2 line items has been change:
Based on the formula [ (original price per unit * Transportation Charges / total order value) + original price per unit ]:
    Line Item 1: $8.33 per unit [ ($5.00 * $10.00 / $15.00) + $5.00 ]
    Line Item 2: $16.67 per unit [ ($10.00 * $10.00 / $15.00) + $10.00 ]
There are 2 things here that we want to do:
    1. We donu2019t want the transportation charges affect the price per unit. Means we do not want the price per unit to be changed. We want the transportation charges stand alone on it owns.
    2. Also, sometimes the transportation charges is paid to a different supplier, meaning the original order value paid to supplier A, and the transportation charges paid to the supplier B (which is a transportation company).
Can anyone advise how can I do this?
    Thank you.

    hai;
give the transportation charges in item level
go to 'item details' tab and select individual item ,go to condition ,maintain the 'frb1' value seperatly for the two items in the PO.You can also assign seperate transportation vendor for items sepertly.
For selecting the transportation vendor ;you just select the line where you maintained the frieght value and click on the 'condition detail' button shown in the bottom of the screen then on next screen there is an option for giving the transportation vendor acccount no.
    try
    hope this will help you

  • TABLE for storing the condition type maintained in a RFQ

    Dear All ,
I am maintaining some condition types ( both at header & item level ) while creating a RFQ .
I want to know in which table can I find the condition types which I maintained for that particular RFQ.
I have tried searching EKKO with the following parameter
Purchasing Document No = RFQ No.
    Statu  = 'A'
and tried to retrieve the valuein KNUMV field , so that i can pass the value of KNUMV to table KONV and retireve the condition .
But KNUMV for document type 'A' ( RFQ ) is coming as blank for all the records.
    Requesting help on this .

    Hi,
Condition types are stored in KONP table. You can try linking tables  EKKO / EKPO with KONP with required fields to get the data stored.

  • PO : Condition type ZB00/RB00 (Value) and NETPR NETWR value printing Zero

    Hi Experts,
I have created a Purchase Order line Item having the condition type ZB00(Value)
the values of NETPR and NETWR are reflecting in the screen and in the table EKPO
but when click on Print Priview the values of NETPR and NETWR are printing Zero.
Std Driver prog (SAPFM06P) and Std Form (MEDRUCK) is used .
But when condition types like ZA00 (Discount) the NETPR and NETWR values are populating in the tables and the values are
    printing in the Form.
Plz let me know why NETPR and NETWR values are printing Zero for condition types ZB00(value).
    Thanks
    and Regards

    Dear Divya ,
If the values are coming in tables and not in the print, then it will be issue with the fetch used in the smartform.
Take the help of ABAPer and check whether the field taken for print is the same.
    Check and revert back.

  • BAPI function module to get condition type and its values based on delivery number?

    Hi All,
I would like to have the BAPI function module to get condition type value based on delivery number before invoice is created.please provide detail program for as a reference .please reply as soon as possible its urgent.
    Regards,

If you haven't already, you may first need to search via the SAP transaction "BAPI" in the area this is applicable to.  Failing that I do hope you get an answer.

  • Condition type maintained with wrong tax code

    Hi,
Is there any possibility to change Tax code for a condition type,Invoice is created but no accounting document generated.
    Pradeep

    Hi,
As accounting document is not generated during Invoice creation,on checking through VFX3 we get message as below,
No taxes on sales/purch.are allowed for account 701031 3750, SJ is not allowed.
Once we get into FS00,for the company code 3750 and for the G/L 701031,we make tax category as " * ".
    Now accounting document gets generated.
As this is not tax condition type and why should i maintain tax caegory as " * " for that G/l.

  • Alternative condition type and base value

    hi
gurus  i am very much confused with this
alternative condition type and base value  plzz clear me  from this confusion
give me with realtime example and  tel me in simple way
they will fully rewarded. and also a gud help to me
    thanks
    srinivask.

    Hi
hope it is Alternative Calculation Type and Alternative Condition Base value
    if so pls refer below
    <b>Alternative Calculation Type:</b>
Normally if you want to calculate a value you have to use a calculation type for determination the value. This calculation type is either addition, subtraction or multiplication. Similarly SAP also has got a default calculation type in the control data of the condition type. There you have the options of either Qty based , Fixed Amount Based or Percentage based.
Here what happens is suppose if you define Your condition type that calculates the base price of a material on Qty based. Then the calculation will be done based on the quantity of the material. If the customer orders 10 Nos and you have maintained a unit price of 100 Rs for each material then the value determined is 1000 INR. Similarly if the discount condition type , you maintain the calculation type as %. This means if you maintain the value of 10  % in the condition record. Then this percentage is taken as the calculation type  and the condition value is determined.
In some cases you have to forego the default calculation types and use the customer specific method for calculating a value. For ex if you are calculating the Freight charges for a Material . it depends on so many criteria like, the weight, volume  and also the minimum amount etc etc, in those cases, you forego the default value and then use the alternative calculation type in calculating the condition value against the particular condition.
    <b>
    Alternative Condition Base value</b> :
If you have to calculate any value then you have to have a base value for it. For ex if you want to calculate the  discount of 10 % for a material then you have to have a base value on which this 10% is calculated. Normally you take the  condition value of the base price of the material to calculate the value.
Now you don't want to take the base value and take other values as base value which are derived on some formulae. So you create a routine which will do the mathematical operations in the routine and derive you a value which is now used as the base value for calculating the condition value for a particular condition type

  • Condition type value updation using characteristic value in sales order

    Hi Experts,
We are implementing SAP for one of our Spain client. In that one of the Legal requirements is, whenever they are selling the finished products to domestic customers who contain OIL as one of the component then, some additional cost needs to be calculated and collected from customer and which needs to be paid back to Spain Government every month on Region basis.
If OIL is not a component to produce the finished product then, not required to charge the customer additionally.
The OIL content used to produce every finished product will vary based on product characteristic value. Meaning, for some finished product the OIL used will be 2.2 KG and for some products it will be 3.5, 4.3 KG and etc.
Since various combinations of products are available for the client, during sales order creation we are planning to update some special characteristic which the data flow from u201CVariant Tableu201D. In the variant table we are going to maintain the OIL Quantity required making finished product.
But we are not sure how to activate a new condition type with the value fetched in the special characteristic. This new condition type needs to be activated based on this characteristic value and multiplied with total order quantity and price to charge from customer.
Example, the special characteristic fetched the value of 2.2 KG based on variant table. Total Order quantity is 10 PC and charge is 0.06 EURO per KG. in this case, (2.2 x 10 ) x 0.06 EURO = 1.32 EURO
I need the expert opinion how to activate the new condition type based on characteristic value and achieve the above requirement.
    Thanks in advance.
    Warm Regards,
    VEL

    Hello,
I have replicated the whole requirememt in IDES and getting the price calculation as needed but the only issue with the Conversion factor for the condition type. Either you need to maintian the conv factor in material master or need to enter manually for the condition type in SO. Some how you have to maintain the conversion factor to calculate the price for the condition type in different unit.
For easy of understanding Lets make the whole requirement in 2 parts
    Part - 1
Oil qty calculation. For convenience sake I have taken oil qty also in TO
    1) Created a num char OIL_QTY1 with length 9 and decimal places 5 and UOM as TO
    2) Created Variant table to infer the OIL qty in TO per piece of finished prod ( This oil qty data may be depends on various factors). For certain Finished products the oil qty may be 0 or blank
    3) Created a REF char SO_QTY  to pull the SO qty to configuration and add this char in class 300(Table:VBAP,Field :KWMENG)
    4) Created another char SO_OIL_QTY  (Num with length 9 and decimal places 5 and UOM as TO)
    5) Created a PROCEDURE say PROC_SO_OIL_QTY with code
    *$self.SO_OIL_QTY = $self.OIL_QTY1 * $self.SO_QTY*
    6) Create another PROCEDURE as mentioned earlier with modified code
    $SELF.A_VARCOND = 'TEST_001' if OIL_QTY1 specified,
    $SET_PRICING_FACTOR ($SELF,A_VARCOND,'TEST_001', SO_OIL_QTY)
Note: Maintain proper seq of the procedures in profile. The Qty cal proc should be before the price related procedures.
    PART-2
    1) For the condition type maintained 60 EUR per TO (0.06 EUR per KG)
Now if you create SO for the Finished product of 10 PC
    the Char values will be
OIL_QTY1  = 0.00022 TO (inferred from Variant table th proc)
    SO_QTY    = 10
    SO_OIL_QTY = 0.0022 TO
    Get into conditions tab
Here Condition type ZSIG will be displayed as error with Amount 60 EUR per TO and condition value will be blank. Just enter value 1 in the col NumC and CCon fields.
Now the Condition value will appear as 1.32 EUR.
Hope this gives some more clarity

  • Pricing condition type with Scale basis "G"

    Hi,
Did anybody tried to use scale basis "G"?
I created formula for scale base where I calculate xkwert. The value seems correctly transferred to kstbs (scale base value) in sales order pricing, but the amount of the condition is not recalculated accordingly.
    Thanks
    Carlo
I solved the problem today. Thanks all.

    Hi Tushar
You need to create your own formula or routine in Transaction VOFM.
Put this routine in front of your condition type in Pricing procedure.
Also in maintain condition types keep your scale basis as 'G'
       Reward if this help.

  • Values in Condition types in a PO.

    Hi All,
We are maintaining different Condition types in a Purchase order and we also have pricing procedure setup. But there is a requirement for a report where for a PO, I need to find all the costs maintained for different condition types.
I mean for Gross price, there is a value maintained and similarly for discount, customs, tax etc there will be some cost values maintained. So I am in need of a table or the logic to find the values of the condition types in a PO.
Is there any table where in SAP, the values for the condition types in a PO is maintained?
    Any help is highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Shane

    Hi C. F. F and MA,
    Thanks for your quick response.
Here is my requirement in detail.
Our costs for different condition typeu2019s freight, customs etc varies frequently and we update them in a PIR frequently.
We set up pricing procedure and whenever we create a Purchase order the conditions relevant for the PO combination automatically updates in PO. I mean in a PO Item level under Conditions I can see all the condition types maintained.
We are maintaining different condition types like Gross price: PB00 with $15.00 and absolute Discount RB00 with $5.00. And Freight FRB1 with $1.00.
My requirement is create a report with a PO for a material with all the condition types maintained and compare with the costs maintained in PIR as shown below for a material.
Gross price PB00 (in PO):   $15.00
Gross price PB00 (in PIR):  $16.00
Absolute Discount RB00 (in PO):     $5.00
Absolute Discount RB00 (in PIR):     $5.50.
    Freight FRB1 (in PO):                       $1.00
    Freight FRB1 (in PIR):                       $1.50
So for this I need to know for a created PO where exactly the values $15.00, $5.00, $1.00 are maintained. I mean which table. I can explain again if you need more specific than this.
    regards
    Shane

    Hello,
In v/06 make a new condition type for 'Monthly Value'.Eg.  ZP00
Cond. class   A Discount or surcharg
    Calculat.type A Percentage
    maintain vk11 for ZP00 as 8.333%
In the pricing procedure , add the new condition type after main price condition as below.
