Condition Value in a Field of Service Request

my problem is this:
I want to insert a condition Value to a field(Long text) called "Recapito per il ricontatto".
Condition is this: I have another field called "Canale di Ricontatto" (Picklist) that have 4 choices: Telephone,*E-mail*,*Fax*,*P.E.C*
Now the condition value of "Recapito per il ricontatto"(Long Text) is this:
IF "Canale di Ricontatto" (Picklist) IS DIFFERENT Telephone(one choices of Picklist) THEN length least 7 characters
IF "Canale di Ricontatto" (Picklist) IS Telephone THEN no length least.
NOW in a FIELD "Recapito per il ricontatto"(Long text)field where I must insert the validation field,I put the Default value 'a' and i check the option Default value back and after i write in a validation field:
IIf([<plCanale_di_Ricontatto_ITAG>] < > LookupValue("OCC_CUST_LOV_SR_3", "Telefono"),Len([<ltRecapito_per_il_ricontatto_ITAG>])>6,Len([<ltRecapito_per_il_ricontatto_ITAG>])>=1)
But when i choose Telephone and i don't write nothing in a Long Text field("Recapito per il ricontatto") the allert goes out and when i choose another choice and i put for example 'aaaaaaaaaa'(10 characters) the allert goes out again. The allert goes out always.

    System posted difference / values in GR/IR services account based on condtion maintained in system ,the effect will takes place after the SES gets final acceptance. So system capturing condition values in MIRO-Invoice varification based on Posted SES .
    If value seems wrong then revoke ses ,make changes or adjust the value with the help of Subsequest Credit /Subsequent Debit/ with Credit memo.

  • Service request fields enhanced through AET are not reflecting in BW DS

    Hi All,
    the CRM developer has added 3 service request fields to crmd_orderadm_h, crmd_service_h via AET. He has marked all the 3 fields as 'BW reporting relevant'.
    I have now checked the BW extractors in the hope that these 3 fields will now be appended to the BW service request datasources automatically.
    But instead of adding the fields to service request datasource(0CRM_SRV_REQ_INCI_H)(BUS2000223), it added the 3 custom fields to process datasource 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H.
    I am not sure what exactly have gone wrong . Is there a way to get these custom fields automatically into 0CRM_SRV_REQ_INCI_H.

    Can anyone help me to default "Owner" field in "Service Request" record type with same info of the "Created By",
    Currently the owner field is provided with magnified glass option to select Owner and Save the Service Request.

    I am assuming that the login user is the creator of the record.
    In that case, use the 'Owned By Id' field in the SR object. Post default it to LoginId()

  • Assign Service Request Owner on creation?

    On almost all record types the owner field is filled with the name of the logged person as default value. But on the service request this field has no default value. It's blank with a look up in order to select a user to assign the SR. I'd like to have the name of the logged person as default value on creation.
    When I got to the aministration of this field I don't have access to create a default value or a validation rule.
    So has anyone an idea how I could get to a solution for the cration of the SRs?

    Go to your role definition -> Step 4 (Privileges) and ensure the option "Advanced Field Management - Set up advanced field management features such as advanced default values and custom field validation " is turned on
    Then you would be able to see those options (May have to log off and login). To set the logged in user as the default user, use the function LoginId() in post default of Owner By Id field to do it (It assigns only after saving the record)

    You can go to the field setup of service request and edit the Status field. In Default Value give "" to denote null.
    By default the system gives open. So when you give the double quotes the new records created would have status as null.

  • Lukewarm Response to Service Requests

    I have not seen any other support site as dumb as Oracle.
    My service request with level 1 Severity is being tossed around to different engineers who would just give a makeshift response to my question and try to close the issue.
    I had to repeat my question again to direct them to the real issue, yet even after 9 days, I do not have a proper response.
    Is there a way out to get proper response from oracle?

    You need to pass this in the owner id field of service request.
    Go to Application Customization> Service Request>Service Request Field Setup Click on edit link next to Owned By Id and there you in the default value pass this loginid() formula and click on save.
    Signout and then signin it will work.
    Note: while creating the SR you cannot see the owner but only when the SR is saved, the person who created the SR will become the owner

  • Extracting Purchase doucument Item condition value (Urgent)

    Currently, I am extracting purchase order item level data using 2lis_02_itm DS in which the extract structure is modified with fields which are fetching data from Condition Type (KSCHL), Condition Value (KWERT), etc., field at run time for which code is written in CMOD.
    Now, user requirement is some what like this: they maintain KWERT for one of the condition type after a week/a month or 2 months (not fixed) of PO creation date.
    Problem: In current extraction the data is comming for all the values changed or records added at item level (like material number, quantity, value, net value, etc.) but its not extracting the change in Condition Value (KWERT).
    <b>Please explain why?</b>
    Also, I tried to create a view based on the tables EKKO, EKPO and KONV but since KONV is pool table it's not allowing to create one.
    Tried to create function module by changing standard function module RSAX_BIW_GET_DATA_SIMPLE_1 and passing an custom extract structure created with only few (required) fields. The problem with this one is that in OPEN CURSOR ..... area when I am trying to write select statement which contains INTO clause, its giving error while checking where as query is working when tested as a report output.
    <b>Also, pls. let me know weather any provision is available on extraction of Condition data for each item in a PO is available in SAP's standard DS or BC. The one like they have condition level DS for application area SD.</b>

    It is unfortunnatelly very normal that the changes of the conditions are not loaded into BI... When you enhanced a DS, all the fields you add are simply calculated for each line that are in the delta queue. Here the change of a condition is not recognize as a change for BI, so no record is created in the delta queue so you extra fields are not calculated...
    The simplest way to check on which field a change is triggering a record in the delta queue is to check the fields in the extract structure in transaction LBWE for your datasource.
    One solution might be to assign one of the sub-totals to that condition (if you already use the 6 available sub-totals I remember that there was a way to create some extra ones...)
    If this does not work, to extract data from a pool table, you can always create in infoset query in transaction SQ01. To my knowledge there is no BC datasource  for PO condition.

    The data is loaded by DTP in process chain. Overlaping requests are deleted. But, iIn some cases requests with the same selection options  need not to be deleted. My idea was to change selection options in Manage(infocube) with Abap program without changing selection options in DTP filter,  so that the system would not recognize requests as "overlaping requests".
    So, where is the information about shown in the field Selection Options is stored? In which tables?

  • Wish to create an Installation Service Request for Field Service with Multiple S/N

    We are using Oracle 12.1.3 with Teleservice, Field Service and Installed Base. We ship multiple Serial Numbers in a given order then need to dispatch our Field Service technicians in order to install them at the customers locations. I am having a hard time thinking or figuring out the best way to record this in Oracle EBS. Using a Service Request is difficult as there is not a way to list multiple Serial Numbers that we are aware of. Any help or suggestions would be very welcomed.

    You are not able to add user input while working "My Activities" or "My Requests" in the portal.  They would have to use the Console, and then in the SR they would be able to update the User Input if that is where you wanted to store it.  I would
    create your own Activity Class (Inherit from Manual Activity) and add the fields for what you want, IP, Hostname etc.. then on the portal when the user request the vm map those values to that activity which is assigned to your network team. when they open
    their activity in the console they can add the value for ip.  There are many ways you can do this. Which way do you think your team will be most likely to follow.

  • CO-PA: value field correction due to miscalculated SD condition value

    HI,
    we are using ECC 60 SP11. Due to incorrect condition value calculation in SD this condition value (only used in CO-PA) is posted on a CO-PA value field causing wrong CO-PA results.
    As the SD document (invoice) will not be changed anymore a reversal/reposting in CO-PA (ke4s) does not solve the problem.
    My idea of value correction (only in CO-PA, I do not care about KEAT in that case...) is to use RKECADL1 to logical delete the old documents and to create a LSMW for ke21n to repost the documents again with the right value for the affected value field.
    The question is, the document reference of the old (wrong) CO-PA document shows the billing document and its logical deleted by RKECADL1. My new document does not have a document reference to this billing document as the document source is ke21n.
    Any idea how to "change" the document reference in a way that document flow for the billing document shows the ke21n-created document (with the right condition value)?? If I don not change it, document flow will not show any CO-PA document for that case (the old one is logical deleted, the ke21n-doc. is not linked to it)
    I want avoid manual changes in Ce1**** as its a dirty solution and I am not completely sure if/which other tables are affected.

    The only way to effect the document flow is to cancel and repost the document.   if that is not possible then KE21N - Create Line Items will fix your issue in COPA but this will not appear in billing.  You  can enter data fields that coonect to billing doc etc.

  • PO Form with Terms & Conditions that Change Depending on a Value in Another Field

    Hi - I have read through the relevant topics in this forum and have attempted several of them without luck. I am currently working on a form in which there is an empty JFMain (I do not want to populate fields on this page since I don't want things in this page my "static" header - logos, title, etc. since the Terms and Conditions pages should not show any of this.) On my page 2, I have subforms for all my fields except my Terms and Conditions. (These fields are controlled by a data file.) On my remaining pages I have 3 sets of Terms and Conditions - all about a page long - hard-coded as text and placed in subforms with a dummy field off page to ensure they print. What I want to do is print the subforms from page 2 and then the applicable terms from page 3, 4, or 5 depending on the value in a field located in one of the subforms on page 2. What I currently get is my subforms and then ALL my terms printing. Any thoughts?
    My preamble overrides look like this:

    I had to place the JFEndData! statement into the Preamble since the last subform with fields called before the Terms subforms has a global field from another subform above it. For whatever reason, it was duplicating this subform after printing the Terms and Conditions.
    I tried adding a nested if statement into field that will control when I want each subform to print but it was ignored. I also tried hardcoding a group call into the preamble with the logic as well with no results. If someone has example code they can share, this would be great.

    Sometimes 255 characters is not enough and with the Notes you can add more text.
    And from a performance perspective it is better to make the Notes a seperate Tab, so it only gets retrieved when explicitly needed.
