Configuring Index server 5.x and Acrobat 9.x IFilter

Hello,
I've recently upgrade from Adobe PDF IFilter 6.0 to Acrobat Reader 9.4.  From my understanding, the IFilter will be automatically installed when I install Acrobat Reader 9.4.  However, this does not seem to be the case as our index services do not appear to be properly indexing PDF files now.  I'm on a Windows 2003 SP2 Standard Edition (32 bit) and we are using Index Service 5.x.  How do I get Index service to use the new IFilter?  I have checked the registry key, "[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ContentIndex\DLLsToRegister", and manually put in the location of the new IFilter but nothing seems to work.  Anyone have any idea???

If you:
1) create a folder (eg. Struts_Trial) under the Catalina_Home\webapps
2) add an index.jsp
You then need to add a folder called WEB-INF in webapps/Struts_Trial/
In here put a file called web.xml that looks like:

    "http://java.sun.com/dtd/web-app_2_3.dtd">

  <welcome-file-list>
    <welcome-file/>
  </welcome-file-list> 
</web-app>Now restart tomcat and you should be able to access the page by going to:
http://localhost:8080/Struts_Trial/index.jsp
(if you are running tomcat on port 8080)
