Confirmation status "Currently being transferred"

Hi,
We are using Extended classic scenario in SRM 4.0 with SRM server 5.0.
Some of the confirmations posted for the POs are in status Currently being transferred or Error in process.
We need to delete some of those confirmations but we the Delete and Return delivery buttons are disabled in those confirmations.
When I checked the header status of confirmation it is showing that Currently being transferred. But the confirmation has been transferred to back end.
If the status is in "Transmitted to back end" then the Delete and Return delivery button will be enabled.
Is there way by which we can change the status of the confirmations.
Please help me.

SAP OSS notes 644963 and 1143245 solve the issue.
An explanation about reproducing the issue as it follows:
Create PO. ( i.e 3.5 units)
Confirm 2 units. An entry in table BBP_document_Tab is created.
Clean_reqreq_up runs.Cleans entries in the BBP_docuement_TAB.
Confirm 1.5 unit.An entry in table BBP_document_Tab is created.
Cancel Confirm 2 units. The entry in the BBP_Document_Tab is overwritting the last GR of 1.5 unit. Here is the root cause of the issue.
Clean_reqreq_up runs.Cleans entries in the BBP_docuement_TAB.
Summary:
All confirmations are posted succesfully in both systems, but the confirmation of 1,5 units remains in the "Currently being transferred status" as Clean_reqreq_up has never processed an entry for this GR an the status "Currently..." has never been put inactive.
SAP note 644963 cleans the wrong GR.
SAP note 1143245 fix the gap in the code and prevents the error ocurring again.

Hi All,
Has anyone come across any problems with the confirmation status not getting updated?
We are using SRM SERVER 5.5 on SP04. Extended Classic Scenario.
The confirmation is correctly created in EBP and is transferred correctly to ECC. Material document created and visible in ECC and IDOC at status 53.
The entries are not being removed from table bbp_document_tab and the status remains at 'Currently Being Transferred' (I1017).
This is preventing any goods returns being done.
Clean_ReqReq_Up and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 are runnign correctly.
Any help greatfully appreciated.

Confirmation with status "Currently Being Transferred"

we have implemented classic scenarion and for one confirmation , the backend service entry sheet isn't created .
How can i push this to create service entry sheet in backend. i have tried "bbp_pd_conf_transfer " but it did not help.
from bbp_pd i can see the the header status as "HEADER I1017 Currently Being Transferred".

Check whether the Idoc is created or not , to check this goto WE02 .
If the Idoc is created in SRM then you can see the same Idoc in the backend(R/3).
If the Idoc is not transfered from SRM then you can know the error in the status section of the Idoc.
If the Idoc is transfered from SRM and the Idoc is not posted in R/3 then the problem might be in R/3 and you can see the error in status section of the Idoc.
Please let us know what is the status and the errors information and will try to solve your issue.

Symptoms:
1)   Sync: It’s not completing the sync. Below, I’ve provided all of my settings from the iTunes Summary tab so that you might tell me if I’ve selected any incorrect options. I prefer to sync the “old school” way – by connecting to the computer – as opposed to syncing over the cloud. Perhaps this is what’s causing the problem? Here is a list of the steps displayed in the iTunes window as the sync progresses:
waiting for sync to start (step 1 of 7)
backing up (step 2 of 7)
preparing to sync (step 3 of 7)
determining apps to sync (step 4 of 7)
preparing apps to sync (step 5 of 7)

2)   Photos: I've selected only certain of my iPhoto albums to sync to my iPhone. All of the albums are correct/complete in iPhoto. All of the albums are listed on my iPhone, both before and after the sync, but the albums are empty (no actual photos) before and after the sync. Perhaps this is tied to the fact that the sync isn’t completing, but because “importing photos” is one of the steps that the incomplete sync displays, I don’t know.
3)   Apps: When I launch iTunes and click on the Apps folder under the Library listing, then click on the Updates tab, iTunes searches for any Apps needing to be updated and provides a list. If I click on Update All, the Apps are successfully updated in iTunes. But, when I plug in my iPhone so that the updates will transfer to the apps on my iPhone, the updates don’t transfer to the apps on my iPhone and those apps still reflect that they need updating on the iPhone.
Other Potential Pertinent Info:
The flash memory hard drive on my MacBook Air recently died (perhaps a month or two ago). Apple had emailed me about a known issue and literally the next day, my MacBook Air crashed. I installed a new flash memory drive and re-installed everything from a backup off of an external hard drive. Everything seems to be working fine; it recreated accurately all of my software and data, including iPhoto and iTunes, the pictures and songs (respectively) for which are stored on that hard drive, as opposed to being on the flash memory in the MacBook Air itself. However, I don’t recall if the start of the sync problem described herein started happening at the same time that I replaced the flash memory drive. All I know is that the computer is working perfectly in all respects and that even as the sync is failing, it at least says that it’s doing the right things and looking in the right places (e.g., the list of albums on my iPhone matches the list of albums in iTunes, etc.).

   Iam using Mobile Sales and iam getting an error when iam opening the sale order created in laptops
   Scenario : Sale order created in laptop got replicated in CRM and R/3 and delivery got created in
                   R/3.
                   The replicated sales document is not seen in the Document flow in CRM enterprise
                    I could not find any queue's in SMQ2 or in SMQ1 both in R/3 or in CRM.
                    when i open the same sale order in VA02 iam getting the error.

Please find my answers,
1. Does this error also occur when creating a similar sales document in CRM directly (i.e. it is rather a   CRM related issue than mobile related)? - No from CRM enterprise to R/3 i dont find an error- It is more of a Sync issue between Mobile> CRM> R/3.
b) Do you know a user or batch name in CRM resp R/3 with that name mentioned by you?
    I know the user name - but this user name is not at all related.
c) Please be aware that those queues smq1/2 are dynamical i.e. after processing the data the entries were deleted again; only in case of a sys fail the queues would be stopped; in the particular case of waiting for processing in R/3 there would be a queue status "WAITUPDA"
I accept the queues are dynamic and it will deleted after it is processed,, The issue is that i dont find any queue in SMQ1 in R/3 and also in SLG1 on that particular date i could find the Log number with the error
With the help of Log error i can find out the sale order.

When enabling eprinting for the HP LaserJet 500 MFP M525 it would not register with the services. It has been stuck on this status for several days under web services: This device is currently being registered for ePrint. Please try again later.
I have reset the printer factory defaults, upgraded to the latest firmware, and the status remains the same. ePrint does not show the device as registered or a way to cancel the registration. I am looking for some suggestions to remove the device fom this status in order to attempt to register the device again.

For LaserJet: Print a configuration page from your printer to locate the IP address. Open a Web browser and type the product IP address into the address line. The HP-embedded Web Server will open. Click the HP Web Services tab. Select the option to remove Web Services.
This doesn't work, since the printer doesn't thinks it's connected. It still says that "HP Web Services is not enabled":

IDOC Error V1 042 - Sales document X is currently being processed by user X

Hello Experts,
I am using the IS-Retail solution of SAP and I am facing a IDOC Error which keeps the IDOC in Status 51. I traced the Error Message and it was V1 042. I am using an Inbound IDOC 'SHP_OBDLV_CREATE_STO01' to create the STOs (Deliveries) using the POs and there is a locking issue of the PO giving error message 'Sales document XXX is currently being processed by user XXX'.
I have created a backgroung job using a program to post the STOs using IDOCs that picks up multiple files from Application Server and processes them one by one. Now when 2 or more files use the same PO then this error occus.
I added a couple of minutes of wait time between the file processing but that did not help.
Please let me know if you have faces same situation and what solution did you apply.

Hopefully you have fixed this by now, but for anyone else who might be looking at this problem. We had this problem and we had the 2 programs check to see if the other was already runing. If so the program would submit itself for a number of minutes, different for both programs, and then exit. We also, and just before this, checked to make sure that there were not 2 of the running programs running and if so to exit. This was necessary because re-scheduling could put a program in conflict with itself. I hope that this may help someone. We used the join V_OP and searched for the program name, not the job name.

I am creating projects using BAPI 'BAPI_PROJECTDEF_CREATE' and passing these Projects to BAPI 'BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN'
for creating WBS elements. but when i am uploading legacy data throuch my program to create projects and WBS elemets throrch IDOC Process, sometimes i am getting an IDOC ERROR is " Project is currently being processed " is coming in IDOC status 51. but when i am see in proj table the failure idocs projects are created.
i am written 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT' only after BAPI 'BAPI_PROJECTDEF_CREATE not for BAPI BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN.
so if i write 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT' after BAPI 'BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN' the above error will be solved?

Hi,
This is a very common problem in PS (Project Systems) during the creation of projects. Actually the cause of this is, once you have created the project, there are a number of database updates going on in the background corresponding to the new project that has been created. Even before all these updates are over, your program is calling the function module to create the WBS elements under it. Hence the message comes as the 'Project is currently being processed by 'user ID (your user ID)'.
In order to avoid this keep a 'Wait until 2 seconds' statement after you have used BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT' for project creation and before calling the function module to create WBS elements under the project. This will solve the problem.

Delivery status still 'Being Processed' although invoice had been created

Delivery status still 'Being Processed' although invoice had been fully created and status is cleared.
First, I get a problem when I tried to create invoice refer to this DN. Then I applied a message (execute report ZZBRE003: update table VBUK-WBSTK & VBUP-WBSTA = 'C'). Invoicing was created and status was cleared. But the delivery status still 'Being Processed'.
Could you help me, how to make this delivery status: Completed?

Dear Fella,
I think that you haven't posted GI (confirmation of service) for the full delivery qty. Please check GI status for each item in the delivery. If any item shows partial delivery, post GI for the balance qty.
If any item has Partial Delivery Indicator 'D', the order can never have status 'fully delivered'. You must complete such items by entering a reason for rejection.
If that is not the case, there is a chance that copying ctrl (Delivery->Invoice) is not configured correctly. Choose a right value for 'Update Document Flow' in the copying control for the Invoice type from the delivery type used.

I bought a new HP LaserJet 500 Color M551dn earlier this week and when I click on "Enable HP Web Services" it has been stuck on the following message for days: "This device is currently being registered for ePrint. Please try again later." I have tried manually assigning a new IP address and changing the DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as suggested in other posts but it has not made any difference. Perphaps someone from HP can resolve this issue. Please help.

Qty Contract Issue - Completed but Status still "Being Processed"

Hello,
I need help with a situation I am encountering. This is AFS specific.
Create QTY Contract for 100. Both the item and schedule like have completion rule "B" and the copy control between contract and order has document flow set to "2" and positive.
Scenario 1:
If I create a call off order for exactly 100 (same grid value), the contract is correctly set to COMPLETE.
Scenario 2:
If I create a call off order for 50 and another call off order for 50, the contract status is BEING PROCESSED.
We need the contract status in the second scenario to be changed to "COMPLETED".

In our system i created similar contract and sales orders, but both are showing completed only.
1. Can you check again with complete cycle up-to invoice.
2. After creating 50 + 50 two orders, Check whether system is allowing to create further more orders

Sale order status showing being processed

Dear Friends,
I am working in SAP ECC 6.0
My sale order Qty is 10 pcs eing processed
and delivery qty is 10 pcs - Completed
Good Issue - 10 Pcs - Completed
Invoice - 10 Pcs - Completed
In spite of carrying out full delivery sale order status is still showing being processed.
is there any configuration missing or is there any program to update the status.

2 Doubts i have:
1)
In our case for the Item Category we have not maintained anything in Completion Rule however we have maintained Update Document Flow in Order to Delivery Copy Control.
Our Document status shows as Completed in this case as well. Hence i do not know the Significance of maintaining Completion rule in item category.
2) I have a order type which has Order Relevant Billing. The Copy Control for Order to Billing does not have any Update Document Flow Check Box. We are using a Service Material in this Order Type.
After creating the Billing we still have Order status as Being Processed.
Can you help in finding a solution to the above?

I am facing the following typical problem.
1. Sales order has been created - showing the status of COMPLETED.
2. Delivery Document has been created - showing the status of Being Processed.
3. Goods Issue document created successfully- showing status as COMPLETE
4. Billing Document has created successfully - showing the status as COMPLETED.
5. Customer Account got updated properly.
Query: Despite of completion of SO, DELIVERY, GOODS ISSUED, AND BILLING DOCUMENT u2013 and accounting document is cleared why the outbound Delivery document status is showing as BEING PROCESSED.
If I go T-code Vlo3n see document flow
Delivery 5080789885 being processed.
Go to VF03 document flow also it is showing
Delivery 5080789885 being processed.

Hi ALL,
Further to my query I would like to clarify the following:
It is happening since 2004 all Bom components status (Delivery being processed) all the BOM main items header status is showing completed.
It not impacting the business, but suddenly user raise query SO, DELIVERY, GOODS ISSUED, AND BILLING DOCUMENT completed why still delivery showing as being processed.
1. I have checked at SO level -- all the line items were delivered. ie: delivery, goods issue, billing completed.
2. I checked the Header Level data completed and Item Level data being processed.
3. If I look into the each item level also it is showing as being processed.
4. Even the SALES ORDER HEADER LEVEL showing the status of Completed.
5. Removed credit check in delivery.
The only issue is OUTBOUND DELIVERY DOCUMENT: Status alone it is showing as ' Being Processed' -- surprisingly!
