Contact Apple info

I look through support and for apple being so easy to use it is hard to find an e-mail address to type a complaint or concern to.
Its most likely something simple like [email protected] but if someone could let me know I would appreciate it.

    I have been using LPX for a few weeks now and I have run into a large number of issues, some of which are completely game-breaking. I was shocked to see that there is no support contact at Apple for Logic Pro- I was simply redirected here.
    My issues include-
    Logic's visual meters lagging while 3rd party AUs cope just fine
    Several severe instances of automation triggering late, particularly and somewhat cripplingly involving the gain plugin (and yes I do have sample accurate automation on the correct setting)
    Inconsistent behaviour playing back samples in library (samples will sometimes not play at all and I have to press keyboard shortcut again, or sometimes will play after a 1-2 second delay)
    Windows simply disappear after changing desktop 'spaces' and must be maximised by right-clicking icon in dock
    Plugin windows are sometimes unresponsive and must be closed and reopened

    It seems this very experienced user has done some thorough testing and discovered massive problems with Logic's automation and plugin delay compensation. Not good.
    I'm sure I need not go into detail about how difficult these issues are to work with collectively. I would greatly appreciate some time from an Apple employee regarding these matters.

  • ITunes App Store won't let me buy anything. Keeps saying the credit card info is wrong. BUT IT'S NOT. This has been going on for weeks, I can't even find the effing button to contact Apple. Jesus Christ.

    I can't buy or download anything. It keeps whining that the data is wrong, both on iPhone and iPad. It's the right info but it keeps whining about "payment method declined" or something? I dunno, some say it fixes itself after a few days. But it's been like this for a few weeks now. :/

    apple should really make that clear, thats the reason i bought the points for in the first place, to get apps and the update. man this *****, ok so pretty much if i don't have a credit card then im screwed right? i can't get the update or get apps unless they are free? are there app cards or something i can buy in order to buy them? kuz i can't get a credit card and i want to get this stuff, and if im not mistaken isn't this bad? its stopping ppl from spending money on this stuff, its cutting profit, if you could use it for all of it then im sure ppl would buy them alot more, kuz its "re-donk-u-less" that they don't have an easier way to get the stuff like apps and upgrades unless you hav a credit card. idk man, is apple going to change that anytimes soon?

    Place the iPhone in recovery mode or DFU mode (search Google) and restore.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    Did you follow the instructions in the message and contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support. If Apple have asked you to contact them, then the issue can only be resolved by them.

  • My credit card info needed updating and now it says to contact apple support?

    How do I contact apple support to set up my credit card information?  I received a email that my account was changed and it wasn't me so I reset my password and attempted to enter my credit card info for my account. It kept saying account not verified and now it won't let me do anything and says contact apple support. How do I do that?

    Trying to make a purchase on itunes and keep getting prompted to verify account information.  I've done this and when i click done, it says to fix errors; i repeat the process then it says to contact apple support.  Any ideas or other experiences with this?  I've had this happen before and it got resolved after i called them and it took a few days, not very convenient.  The same thing happened when I was just trying to update my account info with a new billing / account address.

  • How can deaf people contact Apple support?!?

    I keep trying to get some answers about my Black Friday order of an IPAD2 and accessories.  The only options I see are to call customer support, via phone.
    I am deaf and absolutely cannot hear on the phone, so that's out.  I finally found a live chat button earlier and chatted with a fellow.  I explained the situation to
    him and he gave me a phone #.  I reiterated that I was deaf and coulnd't hear on the phone.... his response... they have options for that. ??? I guess he means
    I can be healed!  I decided to end the chat.  In any event I still need to contact Apple customer service and can't find ANY email address.  Surely I'm not the only deaf person in the world.... and does this mean deaf people can't buy apple... or just can't get support?
    Here is the problem... maybe you can help.  I ordered an IPAD2, docking station, vga-adaper, cover, and camera adapter, on Black Friday, the 25th.
    The store said all items were in stock.  I made the purchase and received my confirmation email from Apple.
    On the 28th... Monday I got an email from Apple (Not FedEx) that SOME items had shipped.  This email listed the two items shipped, the dock station,
    and camera adapter.  And it gave me a tracking number, and a neat button to click to check the status.  It also listed the other three items, they were
    all together listed as "Preparing for shipment",  with a delivery date of Nov.30-Dec1.  There was no tracking # for these unshipped items.
    The first shipment came today... Dec. 1. It says carton 1 of 1.  But I can't find any info on the other items.... they are still listed as preparing for shipment.  My God it's been a week.... the other half came already.... you SAID you had it in stock....???
    So I can't get any info from Apple, I contacted FEDEX cust support... but they need a tracking number... which I don't have...
    Can someone please give some way to contact Apple... this is getting absurd.  I can't even cancel the order, it says it's gone to far in
    the process I'll have to wait until it is delivered to cancel.... or return.

    Well at the end of this exerience I must say I still don't understand.
    It turns out the reason I couldn't get any info from Fed Ex is because the 2nd half of the shipment
    came via UPS.  I have never heard of THAT before using two shippers on one order.  Anyway things
    did work out but I hated being in the dark about it.  I didn't receive any feedback from Apple until
    it had already been delivered.  Then the next day I got an email... your items have shipped with
    a UPS tracking number.
    Thank you for the info on TTY devices.... and you are correct I should have made the rather long trip into
    the nearest Apple store.

  • 2 devices, "contacts" "my info" question

    I have an iPad and wife has iPhone. We are using one iCloud account to share contacts, calendar, reminders, etc... And then separate sub accounts on iCloud for email only. The problem is under Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Contacts>My Info>?
    I put my name on my iPad, and it says my name on her iPhone. I try switching it to her name on her iPhone and it switches to her name on my iPad.
    Is this a Bug?

    No bug, since you are both using the same Apple ID to sync the same Contacts list you can only have one person set for My Info. The "Me" tag is save in contacts therefore syncs to the other devices. You should set Contacts to your individual accounts.

    Mt Lion will not install on all Mac's. There are some that can run Lion but can not run Mt Lion. You may have one of those.
    How are trying to do the install. Need more info on the Mac you have and how and where you got Mt Lion.

  • Contacting Apple to Deauthorise

    Ok guys, first time poster here for support as I usually read up on topics as people have often asked before! So hi and thanks for all the previous posters asking the questions I didn't have to balls to ask :P
    Anyhoo on to the point, I'm the kind of guy who likes to reinstall my OS when things go wrong or when it starts churning and hear the little hamster dying inside my machine!
    The question I bring is, having already used the "Deauthorise All" options once in a 12 month period, is there any other way to reset the count? As having reinstalling the OS periodically I either forget or don't get the chance to De-authorise that "install" before the wipe, so now I'm using my girlfriends computer trying to update some apps and it's not letting me authorise, neither De-authorise all as I have already used up my limit once, and have to wait till mid-may till the count gets reset.
    Any way I can contact Apple either by phone or email and explain? Or are there any Staff here that can oblige?

    Yeah, thanks bud... Been there and offers no information on how to deauthorise computers after using up the initial 10 in a 12 month period.
    But having read the original post instead of posting a link would've given you that info
    Just a note, I don't have access to the other pc's as they are previous OS installations lol

    I would suggest taking a look at the Contact Info page on the Apple.com site. The link will taake you there. I don't see a logical place to ask your question on that page, so a good place to start might be with the Corporate address and telephone number in the top right corner. If those are not the right place for your question, the person answering the phone (or the mail) should be able to direct you.
    Before contacting Apple, you might want to take a closer look at any connection between Apple and Amazon. To my knowledge, there is no connection between the two companies.

    Call Apple anyway. If the device was ever registered with then they will have the serial # on file and can look you up by other info such as your name or phone number.
    To re-enable an iPad any computer with iTunes should work. However, if your data was not backed up to iCloud you will not be able to access it until you get back to your home computer.

    my experience of making a written complaint to apple at this address was that they refused to respond in writing but would only discuss on the phone (which was an exercise in futility)
    if they mess you around don't waste time/energy arguing
    contact wherever you bought from in writing, do this to the address given for the store's registered office (which may be different to the store itself)
    explain the situation and request they agree to provide a full refund within 14 days, state that if they fail you will have no other option than to report the matter to the trading standards office and also that you will initiate action through the small claims process to recover the purchase price plus all costs on the basis of their failure to provide a product that works as advertised in spite of multiple opportunities for apple to correct the defect
    you can arrange most of this online, it is quite straightforward, you don't need a lawyer, just read the info on the court service website...
