  • F110 : program name of posting cleared document during F110

    Dear all,
    I need to figure out the "PAYMENT DOCUMENT SPLITTING" issue after F110 via debugging.
    I believe the main program for F110 is SAPF110V and SAPF110S is the program handle the posting. However, after I put the break point in  SUBMIT SAPF110S AND RETURN in SAPF110V, then do step by step debug. Debugging doesn't go to SAPF110S. I am not sure what's wrong.
    Can anyone tell me the program name that post cleared document during F110 processing?
    Thank you very much for help in advance!!

    Hi Sruthy
      I guess you have missed populating field STYPE in each of the records which identifies the actual structure.
      Below is how you have to pass for them:
    <b>Struc --> Value
    BGR00 --> 0
    BBKPF --> 1
    BBSEG --> 2</b>

  • ERROR: Clearing cannot be reversed (contract number)

    Dear Experts,
    When i go to t.code FBRA and want to reset the doc clearing. The error appear with Message no. F5538 Clearing cannot be reversed (contract number).
    This is the Diagnosis
    It is not possible to terminate clearing because a contract number was posted in the line item 002 of the document 1500000088 3500 2011.
    Please anyone, who can answer this case.

    Hello Vivek,
    Thank you for your information. It's very helpful for me.
    On this sap notes, it said 2 program RFVD_CHK_REMOVE_CLEARING or
    RFVD_CHK_CHANGE_CLEARING.
    You can use program RFVD_CHK_REMOVE_CLEARING for customer, but for vendor you can use RFVD_CHK_CHANGE_CLEARING.
    CHANGE CLEARING only break the link between two document and open one side only.
    You need to run the program once more for clearing document, so both of them will open again.
    If you don run for the second once, the clearing document still closed.
    After that you can use t.code FB08 to reverse that document.
    Hope this will help the others one.

  • Enter Profit Center in Cleared Documents.

    Dear Experts
    I need to enter profit center in posted / cleared document, is it possiable or not. please clear that.
    Thanks

    Hi Mehdi
    It is not possible to enter/change profit center in an already posted document.
    Hence you may have to rectify it by posting a Journal voucher in FB01 or directly in PCA using T.code 9KE0.

  • Difference in clearing documents

    Hi,
    I would like to ask for help with the following problem. When posting the clearing (eg. clearing of Vendor Invoices X Bank payments on vendor account) the clearing documents are posted in two ways:
    Example clearing of two documents (invoice and payment) in amount of 100 in document currency.
    In the first way the clearing document is posted in document currency:
    DR: 100
    CR: 100
    In the second way the clearing document is posted in document currency:
    DR: 0
    CR: 0
    I am not able to find out how sap decides in which way to post clearing document.
    I checked the cleared documents and never found out any difference which could cause the way of posting of the clearing document.
    Thank you,
    Jan

    Hi Neeraj,
    Thanks for you reply.
    This is actually not the case. As I have difference in two clearing documents which clear items on the same vendor and bank account.
    However I found out the difference which causes the difference in the way of posting. In our system we have Local currency 2 and Local currency 3.
    In case there is automatically posted Forex Gain/Loss in different way for LC2 and LC3 (ie Gain on LC2 and Loss on LC3 or other way round) on one document the way of posting in Document Currency is:
    DR: 100
    KR:100
    In case there is automatically posted Forex Gain/Loss in the same way for LC2 and LC3 (ie Gain on LC2 and LC3 or Loss on LC2 and LC3) the posting in Document Currency is
    DR:0
    KR:0
    This is not very logical to me. But it is the way it works.
    Does anybody know if there is any way how to change the settings for the way how the clearing documents are posted?
    Thank you,
    Jan

  • FBRA - Clearing cannot be reversed (contract number)  Message no. F5538

    Dear
    In T.code F-51-- transfer posting with clearing-- user has posted the document by giving posting key 27 and vendor code, amount  and later in line item 2 by giving posting key 39, vendor code spl gl indicator (for further security deposit), amount and profit center and by mistake filled contract number and contract type.
    In t.code F-51, since in line item 002 the fields contract number and contract type are filled by mistake the same could not be removed even in FB02 as they are greyed out.
    Later the above spl gl credit was paid by t.code F-53 by selecting the above open item, process open item, and cheque is not yet issued.  Now he would like to reverse the document.
    Now  when the same is tried in t.code FBRA the following error is coming.
    "Clearing cannot be reversed (contract number)  Message no. F5538"
    If contract number and contract type are not filled there is no error at all and the document can be reset and cleared.
    We are in ECC 6.00.  I just verified the note number 31547 but it is issued on 29.07.1998.  Our basis team also said the same thing.
    Your valuable inputs are highly solicited.
    Regds

    Dear
    F-53 document has got a clearing document.  Hence I cannot directly use F-08 here.  So I have to use FBRA only
    Requirement is :
    Delete the contents at the line item level in the field labels Contract Number and Contract Type viz., BSEG-VERTN, BSEG-VERTT  fields. (ex., in T.Code F-51 --in posting key 39 contract number and contract type are filled by mistake by user and they need to be deleted after posting the document)
    The above fields have been included in SPRO>Financial Accounting (New)>Financial Accounting Global Settings (New)>Document>Rules for Changing Docuements-->Document Change rules, Line item after posting the document.
    But even then I could not delete the contents in the above fields in FB02
    Please throw some light as to where I am missing still ?
    Regds
    Through coding the relevant fields were deleted as per reply received from sap.

  • Clearing date and Posting Date of a clearing document

    Hi,
    We have seen some cases in our system in which the clearing date and
    clearing posting date of a document is older than the creation date of
    the document.
    Please guide me: Should the above describe case be happened or allowed
    to be happened?
    Can we stop these kind of postings?
    Please guide.
    Thanks and Regards

    MP,
    Please try to pass the following values
    SELECTIONCONTROL structure:
      CLEARED_ITEMS = space
      OPEN_ITEMS = X
      STATISTICAL_ITEMS = space
      KEY_DATE = 20091016 (today yyyymmdd)
    MAINSELECTIONS structure:
      SELE = 0000
      BUSPARTNER = BP number
      CONT_ACCT   = contract account number
      CONTRACT = contract number
      At least either BP, CA or contract number must be passed in this structure.
    The BAPI will return in BALANCEITEMS the selected relevant items (for example, disregarding what happened after the key date)
    I hope this helps.

  • Possible to clear vendor open item against already posted payment document?

    Hi
    Can you advise if it is possible to clear an open item against already posted payment/clearing doc? Here is the background to the scenario:
    An invoice was posted with transaction FB60. This was subsequently picked up in the payment run F110 and cleared by payment document number 200005678. The item went to the bank on the paymnet file and was paid out to the vendor. The transaction reference, which appeared on the incoming bank statemnet was the payment document number 200005678.
    Subsequently it was discovered that the original invoice should have been posted with reference to a PO using MIRO. The requirement now is to reverse the paymnet documnet 200005678 in SAP, then reverse the document that was posted using FB60. After this the invoice will be posted using MIRO. This will create an open item on the vendor account.
    This item will not be piad out again. Therefore the requirement is to try clear that open item against the previously posted payment document 200005678.
    Is there any way to clear this vendor open item against the originally posted payment document 200005678?? Or any other advice on how this scenario can be handled in SAP?
    Thank for your help.
    Mike

    Hi,
    I tried that option in our test system. I ran FBRA and entered Paymnet Documnet Number (+Clearing Doc Number), Company Code, Fiscal Year.
    Then chose menu option Clearing -> Reset Cleared Items.
    The system pops up a window asking for a reversal reason and reversal date.  I use 01 and posting date of today.
    The system now posts another cleared document. That document places the invoice as an open item on the vendor account. It does not place the Payment Document as an open item on the account.
    When I go to F-44 only the open vendor invoice is showing there. There is no open paymnet document.
    Is there perhaps some configuration setting that stops the placement of the paymnet document as an open item when reset?
    Thanks for your help again.

  • Separate clearing document for each invoice wise while posting F-36

    Dear Experts
    I am posting F-36 Bills of exchange transaction for invoices. I am receiving one BOE for multiple invoices.
    Requirement is while saving document system should give separate clearing document for each invoice wise.
    Pls guide me

    Hi,
    It is not for dunning.
    The F1 text for your understanding.
    Key for Payment Grouping
    Definition
    The grouping key represents a rule according to which the open items of the account are to be grouped together for payment.
    Use
    The grouping key is used in cases where you do not want all the open items of a customer or a vendor to be paid together but rather you want only those items which belong together to be grouped into a single payment. A maximum of three fields from the open items are defined for every grouping key; the contents of these fields must correspond in order that the open items can be paid together.
    Examples
    If you use loan management, you can define as a rule that only items with same loan number can be collected together by debit memo.

  • Clearing document (posting)

    i have purchase order number and invoice number.
    now i need clearing document number . can any body tell me how to get???

    Hi,
      For every accounting document when it is posted it should be available in BKPF Doc header table.. Once that document is closed or cleared..there is any entry made to BSAK for Vendors (Cleared Items) or BSAD for Customers (Cleared Items).
    Eg: When a invoice is generated for a PO it gets created and is still not cleared or is not closed , it makes an entry in BSIK. Once it is closed it is available in BSAK.
    Same is the case with Sales order..

    Dear Rao,
    It is not possible to reverse any clear documents with using of FB08. First we need to reset with FBRA and reverse the same transaction with FB08. or you can also do wih uing FBRA also to reverse the same.

    form process_message using p_message.
      data: l_message(480).
      if sy-subrc = 0.
        l_message = p_message.

          replace '&' with i_msgtab-msgv1 into l_message.
          replace '&' with i_msgtab-msgv2 into l_message.

    Thanks for your help.
