Convert spool to htm

Hello,
I'm looking for a way to convert a sap spool output to .htm format and send it with mail.
The report is running in backgroud , so i can't
use "exporting list to memory" in the submit command.

Hi,
1) Take the spool request no. from SP01
2) Go to SE38 and use this program RSTXPDFT4 and enter the spool no. and convert it into PDF and store it in your hard disk with the path and download the file.
3) This you can use it to attach in email offline and can send to the vendor.

Recently we have upgraded our system from 4.6B to 4.7.
we had a program which uses the FM ' SX_OBJECT_CONVERT_ALI_HTM' to convert the ABAP Spool List to HTM. But after the upgrade the parameters in FM have changed and we are forced to make modification in the program.
I get d dump while passing a parameter to CONTENT_BIN. It says type conflict when calling a FM. I have passed the same type of parameter. Kindly let me know where I'm going wrong and how to make this work.

I need to convert my spool request into a HTML File output format.
Could you please tell me how to correct this issue. I am getting the below mentioned error when i active my program.
The following error noticed : OBJBIN_NEW and COMPRESSED_LIST are not mutually convertible. In Unicode programs, OBJBIN_NEW must have the same strucutre layout as COMPRESSED_LIST, independent of length of a unicode character.

Thanks for your reply. Really it is very useful one.
In this, the output list is getting populated into spool and to pdf.
But my requirement sending the internal table contents to spool directly without dispalying in the output list.
I did the program like the above mentioned one already. But my requirement is not that one.

Problem in converting Spool Request into PDF format

Hi,
I am facing problem to convert spool request (which store output of sap script) in to PDF format. Actually I have converted it with function module 'CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF' and it is working properly but the problem occurs where the BOLD fonts are used. I am unable to see the Text/Address where i have used Bold Font in script (PDF FORMAT). Even though in (SPO1) spool request shows every thing perfectly (along with Bold Font). It will great if you could suggest me something.

Data loss while converting spool to PDF in background

I am using CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF to convert spool information to PDF.The bytecount in background is 1000 less than what i get by running the program forcibly in foregroud.I am very confused,any suggestions

Problem in converting spool to pdf

Hi Experts,
I want an internal table to be converted to the PDF. For this RSPO_OPEN_SPOOLREQUEST, RSPO_WRITE_SPOOLREQUEST and RSPO_CLOSE_SPOOLREQUEST to create the spool. However, somehow the table tsp01 does not gets updated as a result i could not convert the data to PDF. Can any one help me how this problem could be solved.

Background Submit to Spool, convert spool to PDF send via email

I am calling an ABAP in the background. this abap makes use of a custom table as the main driver ie on each change of vendor within this custom table I want to create a spool and email the spool - the spool is suppossed to be created via a submit RMCB0300 with screen selection to to sap-spool and return. I then want the program to take the spool convert it to PDF and email.
Problems I am encountering:
1. writing to the spool via background ABAP as follows
 submit RMCB0300 with selection-table rspar
 to sap-spool
 spool parameters %_print
 archive parameters %_archive
 without spool dynpro and return.
Doesn't appear to be creating the spool - rspar is populated.
2. Best way to retrieve the correct spool number.
3. how to successfully convert PDF output after CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF for email attachment - if this returns IT_PDF_OUTPUT.
is this the best way to do it:
Loop at IT_PDF_OUTPUT
 Translate IT_PDF_OUTPUT using ' ~'.
 concatenate gd_buffer it_pdf_output into gd_buffer
 endloop.
 translate gd_buffer using '~ '
Do it_mess_att = gd_buffer.
 append it_mess_att.
 shift gd_buffer left by 255 places
 if gd_buffer is initial
 exit.

Convert spool to PDF and send as email attachment

When i try to convert SAP spool to PDF and send it as email attachment, size of PDF document becomes large as compared to size of the PDF cocument i download using the same spool.
I am using following FMs.
CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF to convert spool to PDF
and
SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 to send email with attchment.
some times size of attchment exceeds 2MB and email results in error in SAP connect (SOST).
Any idea on how to compress the PDF attchment??

i am working on upgrade project from 4.6C to ECC 6.0. Business had the functionality developed in 4.6C to " Convert the spool request into PDF forms and can be downloaded into local PC".
Moving to ECC 6.0, is there any standard functionality available in ECC 6.0 to "Convert spool request to PDF forms and download"?
Any help towards this is appreciable.

1. I suppose u know how to send
    mail with attachment.
2. If that is the case,
   then no need to do anything.
3. Bcos
   There is setting in SCOT,
   for INTERNET
   ABAP List ---> PDF
   Raw TEXT -
PDF
(Your basis team will help u)
4. text data will get automatically converted
   to pdf and get mailed.

How to convert spool to pdf & then sent mail ?

For Billing document in SD module ,via VF02 we are creating spools.
We are using RSTXPDFT4, to convert spool request to PDF.
There are some 100 Invoices, & hence there are 100 spools.
We have to give this spool no one by one in the above program to convert to PDF, which is taking time.
Is there any way, where we can convert all the spools at one go & conver to PDF ?.Also, can this Billing document PDF, be directly sent to some recipients via e-mail from SAP ??
