COOIS or Most Efficient Report for Inspection Rework/Rejects

I need to prepare a report to show the total number of rework/rejects and inspection over-runs, for the last three years, against a few cost centers.   I would like to utilize COOIS....how?   If  COOIS isn't the best way, please advise!  Thanks!!

Dear ,
If you are dealing with rejection or rework from Qulaity management stand point i would rather say please look ton following :
1.You check in the following tcodes MCXX,MCXB,MCXD
2.Pls. Check in Tcode : QE51N ( Inspection Results Recording).
3.You can get the cost report in KOB1 agaist order
4.Some of the reports are COOIS, CO28, MMBE, MB51, MB5B.
Also advice you to execute t code SAP1, you will list of available standard reports in SAP of all modules.
Evaluate the same. You requirement can be fullfilled by those reports.
If you do not find suitable reports for some of the requirements then you can think of developed reports.
Take help from you ABAP consultant.
Hope this helps you.

  • IFRAME into iMOVIE - most efficient method for importing?

What would be the most efficient method for importing iFrame movies from a camera into iMovie?
iFrame i suppose to save time and work more efficiently in lue of quality but I don't seem to find I way to import the movies faster than in other formats.
On a second note, inporting in iMovie from DV (tape) cameras dramaticly reduced the image quality. Do we still have the same issue when importing an iFrame movie?
    Thank you for your help!

Im completly new myself to importing IFRAME into Imovie 11 as i only got my new Panasonic X920 Camcorder 2 days ago.Can you please tell me is there a big drop in quality from 1080 60p to IFRAME Quality.

    Hi,
QGP1 is too discrete because I need to input the characteristics one by one.
    MCXB have no results displayed.
    MCXD have no results displayed.
I need SAP provide a list of inspection lots, plus defect informaiton within a time period (like by month).

  • Efficient workflow for annual report

I've been busy last days to make an annual report. The source file was a 100+ page Word document with lot's of tables with different content and sizes, and legal texts with multi level list styles.
I think I got most out the importing of the Word file and converting all Word styling to the right Indesign styles, but the tables seem to be very time consuming still, as some are just text listings and others contain many numbers in various structures, sub headings and specifically highlighted cells.
I bet there's a much more efficient workflow for this and I try to find out about it. I'm afraid I couldn't ask the financial people to start working in a XML workflow, Incopy or anything much different from the Word+Excel software they are used to. However I reckon there's a better way they could deliver the content to me, maybe by giving separate excel sheets instead of embedded tables in Word or by using stricter formatting rules?
Ideally the workflow should also support the flexibility of linked Word/Excel files, so revised input would painlessly be updated into the formatted Indesign document.
Does anybody has any advice, tips/tricks to make a smarter workflow for such a project?

FWIW I create a new, separate library for each book.  I assemble the photos to be used in to an album in the main library and then copy it to the book library with the paid version of  iPhoto Library Manager.
When I'm done with the book and it's ordered I cull out the photos I didn't use in the book and then archive the book library to another HD, a CD or DVD disk (if small enough to fit).  This way the book is isolated from the day to day use of my main library and any accidental deletions of photos in the book.  If I want to reorder a copy, edited or not,  I know the book is intact.

  • Upgrading Unity 4.0.5 to version 8 and replacing the server. Need advice for most efficient upgrade path.

    Hello,
I need to upgrade Unity 4.0.5 without failover to Unity 8, and we are replacing the server as well.
What would be the most efficient upgrade path for this?
    Thanks!!

    Brian,
The most efficient path is to use COBRAS.  I have a number of posts explaining the overall process.  At the highest-level, this allows you to build out the new Unity 8x environment, get it integrated with AD/Exchange, and then build out configurations that don't migrate over (there are a few which are highlighted in the COBRAS help).  From there, you migrate data over from the 4x system.  There may or may not be a few steps along the way but they are outlined in numerous posts I've contributed to regarding COBRAS and also in the COBRAS Help which is located at www.ciscounitytools.com.

  • What is the best way to create a SSRS 2005 Line Chart Report for a 12 month period?

I'm looking for advice on how to create a SQL Server 2005 query and line chart report for SSRS 2005.
I need to display the peak number of patients assigned to a medical practice each month for a 12 month period based on the end-user selecting a
    single month and year.
I've previously created a report that displays all patients assigned to the practice for any single month but I’m looking for advice on how to
how to produce a resultset that shows the peak number of patients each month for a 12 month period. I thought about creating a query that returns the peak count for each month (based on my previously created report which displays all patients assigned to the
practice for any single month) and then use a UNION statement to join all 12 months but I'm sure that isn't the most efficient way to do this. The other challenge with this approach (twelve resultsets combined via a UNION) is that the end-user needs to be
able to select any month and year for the parameter and the report needs to display the 12 month period based on the month selected (the month selected would be the last month of the 12 month period).
For the report I’ve previously created that displays all patients assigned to the practice for any single month, the WHERE statement filters the
    resultset on two fields:
Start Date - The date the patient was assigned to the practice. This field is never null or blank.
End Date - The date the patient left the practice. This field can be null or blank as active patients assigned to the practice do not have an End Date. When the patient
leaves the practice, the date the patient left is populated in this field.
Using these two fields I can return all patients assigned to the practice during Nov 2012 by looking for patients that meet the following criteria:
start date prior to 11/30/2012 (using the last day of the month selected ensures patients added mid-month would be included)
    AND
end date is null or blank (indicates the patient is active) OR the end date is between 11/1/2012 -11/30/2012 (returns patients that leave during the month
    selected)
Regarding the query I need to create for the report that displays the peak count each month for 12 months, I'm looking for advice on
how to count patients for each month the patient is assigned to the practice if the patient has been assigned for several months (which applies to most patients). Examples are:
John Doe has a start date of 6/01/2012 and an End Date of 10/07/2012
Sally Doe has a start date of 8/4/2012 and no End Date (the patient is still active)
Jimmy Doe has a  start of 7/3/2012 and an End Date of 9/2/2012
Given these examples how would I include John Doe in the peak monthly count each month for May - October, Sally Doe in the peak monthly count for
August - December and Jimmy Doe in the peak monthly count for July – Sept if the end-user running the report selected December 2012 as the parameter?
Given the example above and the fact I'm creating a line chart I think the best way to create this report would be a resultset that looks like
    this:
    Patient Name
    Months Assigned
    John Doe
    June 2012
    John Doe
    July012
    John Doe
    Aug 2012
    John Doe
    Sept 2012
    John Doe
    Oct 2012
    Sally Doe
    Aug 2012
    Sally Doe
    Sept 2012
    Sally Doe
    Oct 2012
    Sally Doe
    Nov 2012
    Sally Doe
    Dec 2012
    Jimmy Doe
    July 2012
    Jimmy Doe
    Aug 2012
    Jimmy Doe
    Sept 2012
From the resultset above I could create another resultset that would count\group on month and year to return the peak count for each month:
    June 2012 - 1
    July 2012 – 2
    Aug 2012 - 3
    Sept 2012 - 3
    Oct 2012 - 2
    Nov 2012 - 1
    Dec 2012 - 1
The resultset that displays the peak count for each month would be used to create the line chart (month would be the X axis and the count would
    be the y axis).
Does this sound like the best approach?
If so, any advice on how to create the resultset that lists each patient and each month they were assigned to the practice would be greatly appreciated.
I do not have permissions to create SPs or Functions within the database but I can create temp tables.
I know how to create the peak monthly count query (derived from the query that lists each patient and month assigned) as well as the line chart.
Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the replies. I reviewed them shortly after they were submitted but I'm also working on other projects at the same time (hence the delayed reply).
Building a time table and doing a cross join to my original resultset gave me the desired resultset of the months assigned between dates. What I can't figure out now is how to filter months I don't want.
Doing a cross  join between my original resultset that had two dates:
    08/27/2010
    10/24/2011
and a calendar table that has 24 rows (each month for a two year period)
my new resultset looks like this:
I need to filter the rows in yellow as the months assigned for stage 3 that started on 8/27/2010 should stop when the patient was assigned to stage 4 on 10/24/2011.
You'll notice that Jan - Sept 2011 isn't listed for Stage 4 assigned on 10/24/2011 as I included a filter in the WHERE clause that states
the Months Assigned value must be greater than or equal to the date assigned value.
    Any advice would be appreciated.

  • Need help to analysis "foreground and background wait events" on statspack report for oracle database 11.2.0.4 on AIX

Hi: I'm analyzing this STATSPACK report: it is "volume test" on our UAT server, so most input is from 'bind variables'.  Our shared pool is well utilized in oracle.  Oracle redo logs is not appropriately configured on this server, as in 'Top 5 wait events' there are 2 for redos.
I need to know what else information can be dig-out from 'foreground wait events' & 'background wait events', and what can assist us to better understanding, in combination of 'Top 5 wait event's, that how the server/test went?  it could be overwelming No. of wait events, so appreciate any helpful diagnostic or analysis.  Database is oracle 11.2.0.4 upgraded from 11.2.0.3, on IBM AIX power system 64bit, level 6.x

Hi: just know it now: it is a large amount of 'concurrent transaction' designed in this "Volume Test" - to simulate large incoming transaction volme, so I guess wait in eq:TX - row is expected.
The fact: (1) redo logs at uat server is known to not well-tune for configurations (2) volume test slow 5%, however data amount in its test is kept the same by each time import  production data, by the team. So why it slowed 5% this year?
The wait histogram is pasted below, any one interest to take a look?  any ideas?

    Hi Alston
Since you have CR for Enterprise then you also have BI and thus most likely you also have an S user ID. You can use the S user ID to create a phone incident at it is part of your Enterprise Support Package. Just saying as this may be the most efficient way of proceeding at this time(?). But please don't take as me trying to push you off of SCN .

  • Crystal Reports for Enterprise 4.1: Error while saving report to BI platform "There was an unexpected error saving your report to the server. Please try again or contact your administrator if the problem persists."

    Hi All,
I am able to create a report in Crystal Reports for Enterprise 4.1 on top of an OLAP connection (data source BEx query). However, when I am trying to save this report to BI platform, I am running into the following error:
The error was not resolved even after applying the following SAP KBA notes:
    1676033
    1709390
    1922003
    1727813
Below is the excerpt in the error log (on the path mentioned in SAP NOTE: 1709390),
However, could not make much sense out of it, as to how can the issue be resolved. If anyone has useful insights on this issue, please share the same with me.
    Regards,

  • Confimation Report For CO15

    Greetings....
i have created one prodcution order of qty. 10 nos. Order has Three OPeartion.
now for confiramtion of this order i used the t-code CO15.
In CO15 Now i had confirm the qty. 5 and save the order.
In COOIS , Opeartion overview , i am gettng result as
      Opeartion             Yield     Scrap  Rework
        010                        5          0            0
        020                        5          0            0
        030                        5          0           0
In CO15 , Now i again enter qty 1 as Yield & qty 1 as Scrap
Now In COOIS , Opeartion overview , i am gettng result as
    Opeartion             Yield     Scrap  Rework
        010                        7          0            0
        020                        7          0            0
        030                        6          0            0
In CO15 , Now i again enter qty 1 as Yield & qty 1 as Scrap
NowI n COOIS , Opeartion overview , i am gettng result as
    Opeartion             Yield     Scrap  Rework
        010                        9          0            0
        020                        9          0           0
        030                        7          0            0
So actaully i confirm total 7 qty and 2 qty but last result showing me 9 yield for first two opeartion and corrct yield 7 at only last operation and total scrap qty is zero.
Why this result is like this ???? Where i get excat report for this confiramtion.
    Thanks in Adavcne
Edited by: SAP PP on Nov 14, 2008 11:37 AM

    Dear SAP PP,
use CO11N to confirm operation wise and to enter scarp at operation level.
suppose your ur toatal operation qty is 9 and u got 10,20 and 30operation. if u got 1 scarp in 10 and 1 scrap in 20 and 0 scrap in 30. this u enter i CO11n for opearation 10, your yield is 8 and scrap is 1, for opearation 20 ur yield qty is 7 and scrap is 1 and for final operation ur yield is 7 and scrap will be nothing. Do confirmation as above and then see in CO03 in operations it will be seen
i hope this will solve ur issue.

  • Most efficient method to process 2 million plus records from & to a Ztable

    Hi All,
    My requirement is as follows:
There is a table which has 20 and odd columns, and close to 2 million records.
Initially only 5 or 6 columns will have data. Now the requirement is to fetch them and populate the remaining columns of the table by looking into other tables.
Looking for the most efficient method to handle this as the data count is huge.
There should be an optimum balance between memory usage and time consumption.
Kindly share your expertise in this regard.
    Thanks
    Mani

Then   Write  a report  for Uploading the data  from the  local file   .XLS to    database table through internal table  itab.
    Loop at  itab .
UPDATA  database table   where   condition  of the primary fields.

  • SPAM effectiveness report for an internal user

Years ago on a previous product, we had a report we could run which would show the SPAM effectiveness for an individual user.  This was useful for associates who felt they were receiving too much SPAM, when in reality, we were stopping 99.4% of the SPAM destined for them and the 2 they received over the past month were not devastating.
I looked through the reports available from the ESAs but do not see anything similar.  We are running ESA 7.6.3-019 and SMA 7.9.0-107.
    Thanks

    Hello Mark,
in general spam efficiency reports would not work for individual, mainly because the spam detection process is not only limited to the spam engine, the major work is actually done by the reputation engine. In other words, senderbase, which on average blocks more that 90% of all connection attempts, mostly from hosts with a score of -5 or worse. By default these connections are already dropped before sender and recipients are injected, so the system is not aware who the potential spam was targeted for.
You could work around this by enabling delayed HAT rejection, which would still wait until sender and recipients are injected, before disconnecting.  In this case, you can check
    GUI: Monitor->Incoming Mail
specify a time range, and then enter the internal user in the search field below the main table. Or leave it empty and just hit "Search" for a list of all users, the list then can be sorted by clicking on the column names.  The result table will contain entries like "Total Attemted" and "Spam Detected", and of course the results can be exported as well.
Hope that is what you are looking after.
    Regards,
    Andreas
