COPA R/3 Tcodes

Hi Experts,
I would like to know the Transaction codes for COPA in R/3 level.
Please let me know the all the transaction codes assosiated with the COPA in R3 level(including how to see the deltas in r/3 ..etc). I been assigned to COPA based prj to support. please guide me..mx pnts will be awarded...

You can see the delta from RSA7
The tables for Costing based COPA are :
1.The line item table for COPA is CE1XXXX, where XXXX represents the operating concern eg if operating concern is 1000 then the table would be ce11000. The table contains all the data at the most detailed level. Planned line items are stored in the table CE2xxxx.
2. There is also the segment table CE4xxxx, which is located at a higher level. It is used to assign segment numbers to each combination of characteristic values. For the first summarization to be performed, at least the document number and the billing item are hidden.
The characteristics that were deactivated from use in the profitability segment in Customizing are also hidden. Segment table CE4xxxx should therefore be optimized for processing data within Profitability Analysis, such as for the information system. Table CE4xxxx_ACCT contains external account assignment information as well as the characteristics for CE4xxxx and serves as the "interface" to other applications.
3. The segment level CE3xxxx is set up between the segment table and the line items, thereby making a time-based classification possible. Alongside value fields, the segment level also contains the characteristics record type, planned/actual indicator, version, and period, as well as some additional technical details. Several lines from the segment level are attached to a particular profitability segment (that is, to a line in the segment table). These lines all have the same segment number but relate to different posting periods.
Each line at the segment level adds together the value fields for a row of line items bearing the same segment number and assigned to the appropriate posting period.
The tables for Account Based COPA are:
1. COEJ - Actual Line Items
2. COEP - Plan Line Items
3. COSS & COSP - Totals records per profitability segment
4. CEXXXX - Profitability segment definitions

Printing 4 pages(1 Original + 3 copies) from CO02 tcode

Hi all,
I am going to CO02 tcode and pressing the save button. It automatically prints the document. But my requirement is to print 4 copies when I save CO02. I have my Z print program and the Z sapscript also. But in Z program, I could nt find any NAST-ANZHL field where we give number of copies. How to go about it. Is there any configuration to be made for printing 4 copies or is it possible only through code. (Also I have to print 4 copies only for a particular Company code only)

"Errors occurred during the extraction" - COPA datasource using Tcode KEB0

Dear Experts,
I have created a COPA datasource using Transaction code KEB0 .In Operating Concern i gave company code value and i have chosen Account Based radio button and i have created a datasource name like "1_CO_PA_TEST"
i had given the datasource in RSA3.this datasource has a mandatory inputs of Controlling Area & Period/year .i had given the two inputs and tried executing the datasource.i got the error message "Errors occurred during the extraction" "Message no. RJ012"...
Can anyone solve my problem??????????

Hi,
Can you check whether the Update mode in RSA3 is Full or Delta. If its delta, you would have to give the value of your BI system in Target system field. If you dont give this value, it would give the error that you received.

When try to add COPA-charecteristics (tcode: KEA5) getting DUMP

When we try to add a new COPA-charecteristics with tcode KEA5 , we are getting below dump.

What happened?
     Error in the ABAP Application Program
     The current ABAP program "SAPLKYER" had to be terminated because it has
     come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
What can you do?
     Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.
     To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
     administrator.
     Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
     at and manage termination messages, and you can also
     keep them for a long time.
Error analysis
     An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
     The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_RANGE_OUT_OF_BOUNDS', was not
      caught in procedure "SPLIT_COMPLEX" "(FORM)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause.
     Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
     exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
     The reason for the exception is:
     In the executed program "SAPLKYER", the system attempted to access the field
     "LD_STRING" using the length 0.
     However, a partial field access with the length specification 0 is not allowed.
We find a related note in snotes and noe number is: 1365149 our SAP_APPL release is 604(Support package SAPKH60405 )
Please suggest me is above SAP note is correct solution for my environment? If we should apply the note 1365149,
waht are the prerequisites?

How the COPA Plannign Framework(Tcode KEPM) works?
Where they pull out the figure or value fields? How the system will work?

You define planning levels , planning package, and planning method. This then allows you to enter your plan data into COPA. It can be used to calculate and distribute plan data too. The set up uses value fields and characteristics from COPA.

Billing documento to CO-PA

Hello gurus,
I want to allocate to CO-PA the sales order billing document (VF02). I have customized KE4I and the P&L account is cost element type 11.
when i create the billing document the profitability analysis object is derivated but no profitability analysis document is created. ONLY if I introduce the income account to OKB9 a profitability analysis document is created.
if i do not introduce in OKB9 that a profitability object is mandatory i do not obtain a CO-PA document. How can be possible that the acounting document does not have any co object allocated in spite of the P&L account is a cost element(no co-pa object, no cost center)...

Hi,
   In case of billing documents the values are posted in COPA as per note 20254. Please read this note and check if the conditions are satisfied.
   Please check if any value fields have been reset in KE4W. Also check if you clear any data in the COPA user exits (COPA0001 and COPA0002)
   OKB9 should not come into the picture in case COPA is active (tcode KEKE) and billing documents are posted. Maybe you are clearing the PA segment in OKC9 ?

Plan data missing in KE30

Dear all,
I have problem.
I complete planning the copa planning via tcode KEPM, record type B. Posting has number document and exist as table CE2XXXX.
I continues creating COPA report make comparison between actual and plan. I create starting with form and assigned to report. However, report contained no data for plan column. I can identified the problem because version can not work in form. If i generate the report without form (basic type), plan report could be generated.
Please any advice, why plan data with form could be missing in report KE30.

Hi,
if the same plan data can be seen in "basic report" but not in a report based on a form, its definitely the form that causes the problem. Check the form, or ask somebody who is able to do so, maybe there is a mistake in the definition that you are not able to view...

I have created several report for COPA from KE31. Now i want to create seperate TCodes for each report. So please kindly guide me how can i generate TCode for these reports.

Get the generated name of ur program from ur tcode.
Then goto se93
give transaction code and click create
select the second radio button(transaction code for reports)
give short description and press enter
after that give your program name
and select the gui check boxes as required for html ,java,
and save it
you can use the transaction code

as far as I know, if you are executing KEUB for march in may its posted in march's period. Try a test run (maybe for only one segment).

Tcodes for COPA Reports

Hi All,
I need to create Tcode for KE30 reports.Through SE93 i tried with the option transaction and parameters and activated.
The problem is, when I execute the report using tcode i'm getting the message as ' Report ZXXXXX does not exist ( refer to the long text ) ' ,
even the report existing the system.
I would be grateful if anyone give suggestion on this.

Seems you did not create transaction type "transaction with parameters" but either "program and screen" or "program and selection-screen", so did you create and activate a report named ZXXXXX ?
NB: There is no "Activation" for transaction, can you elaborate once again your requirement ?

KEFC TCode for COPA Production volume upload ?

Hi ABAPers,
I am using KEFC tcode for CO-PA external data transfer in ECC 6.0.
I am using structure YCO_PLANDATEN for file uploading.
The file which is in presentation server is imported successfully.
But records are not updated in database table CE22000.
In sap4.6 it is doing successfully for the same file.
Anyone help me regarding this.

The page can open with IE7 and it just can not be shown the detail records (llike in "Absence Type" the detail ===>Advance Leave ) in the IE page.
