Cost of subcon good receipt

I have a PO, the item cate is "L" subcontracting, and the net price is 100. Actually, the material is BOM, and its component price is 10, assumption the requirement is 1. I would like after goods receipt of subcon PO, the cost is 100 of 110?

Actually, there have two question, first is the goods receipt value is only for parent material or parent + component. I think the result is parent + component, it is fine. The other question is, I don't know why the moving average will be changed while movement. The following is my part of movement, as you seen that on 16.09.2009 and 22.06.2009, the moving average are different, since only one PO are there, 1.137 per each, but these two transactions are 0.848. is it a bug?

  • Landed Cost error based Goods receipt note

I have the following scenario at a client trying to post landed cost in US dollar against a GRN also in US dollar for a supplier set to US$
The following message displays trying to post the landed cost: Transaction currency differs from BP or account currency:
    1) The supplier has been used numerous times before and is in UD$ currency
    2) The General ledger clearing accounts is also set to All currencies
    3) We also deleted all the lines on the landed cost document and with only one line on the document the message still appeared.
Some of the items has been sold in the meantime and part of the offset posting will be posted to Cost of sales. The Cost of sales accounts is set to South African Rand. I thought that will be a problem and I have set them to various currencies and still could not post the landed cost document in US$
I also upgraded from PL49 to SP1 PL05 and still the issue prevails.
Any assistance will be much appreciated.

I try to to make good receipt, but when the document is done, there is wrong cost price. I tried to set various properties but I haven't found any solution.
Price and PriceAfterVat is Ok, only Cost Price is wrong.
Is there any way how, can I set the Cost Price, or how it is being calculated by the SBO ?

  • Wrong shipment costs posting during good receipt

We are having a problem when we post a good receipt for an inbound delivery in the transaction MIGO. We have created some account keys in order to classify and post shipment costs -specified in a shipment cost document- on specific balance accounts. The balance accounts determined by the OBYC transaction are right but posted values during good receipt do not match to registered values in the shipment cost document.
The documents flow for this process is as follow:
    1. It is created a purchase order (ME21N).
    2. It is created an inbound delivery based on the purchase order (VL31N).
    3. It is created a shipment document based on the inbound delivery (VT01N).
    4. It is created a shipment costs document (VI01) for the shipment document where shipment costs are specified in its calculation schema
    5. It is created a good receipt for the inbound delivery of the step 2. The balance accounts are determined correctly but values do not match to registered values in the shipment cost document.

  • GR/IR Clearing-Goods Receipt Accounting Doc - No cost center or IO

    Hi All,
For the GR/IR Clearing Account, users did the Goods Receipt. GR document post to FI and created Accounting Document. When we look at GL line item display of GR/IR clearing account (FBL3N), we cannot see the cost center or internal order on Goods Receipt doucment ( document type WE).
When we look at Invoice ( document type RE), we can see cost center or internal order on invoice accounting document.
Anyone know how to capture cost center / internal order from Goods Receipt to FI accounting document during GR time ?
    Thank You
    Alex Lee

  • Delivery costs on Goods Receipt

I have a client requirement for delivery costs on a Goods Receipt.  They use large on-going PO's and do partial GR's on them for years.  The PO's are based on outline agreements and the pricing (including the delivery cost) comes from the outline agreement.
They want to have a flat rate delivery cost on every GR done on that PO.  I have configured a new condition type (ZRB1), copied from FRB1 and have played around with many of the settings.  No matter what I do, it still wants to prorate the delivery.
A developer looked at the Goods Receipt transactions and there does not appear to be any user exists where we can override the delivery cost calculation.
We also looked at setting up an alternate calculation type in the calculation schema for that condition type, but that does not appear to be triggered when the GR is done.
Has anyone had a similar requirement and successfully implemented a solution?

    Hi,
What is the objective for such inclusion of freight in GR.
Whether material is valuated at standard cost or MAV. If moving avg. price then u can add the frieght cost while doing MIRO also per deliver note.

  • Good Receipt and Cost Center

I Created PO Stock. and i want to do Good Receipt. but i getting error like this
Cost center 1000/130102 blocked against direct postings on 08.12.2011
i have checked the cost center. and yes for cost center 130102 are blocked. what i want to ask is.
is there any connection between Good receipt and Cost Center. as far as i know, Good Recipt only related with GL Account. except for GR for PO from maintenance Order.
if it's related what are the T-Code to change/setting the cost center for Good Receipt.
    Thanks.

    Hi Elam24,
I have checked fs00. and for Cost cneter it's already Optional Entry.
    HI Rajesh Satope,
yes i have checked the cost center and the cost center should not be used. so how to change the cost center, so when i created GR system will not send an error for this material.
NOTE : when i do GR for another material. it goes fine.
    Hi Bijay Kumar Barik,
Thanks. it work. GR related to Cost Center from GL Account. and like Rajesh Satope said. "There are cases where some accounts do require a assignment to CO object". and to Change the cost center for certain GL Account(in my case it's Gl Account for Cost Difference) use T-Code KA03 at Tab Default Account Assignment. change the Cost Center and it's work :).
    Thanks.

  • Good receipt price and cost

    Hi experts,
do you know what is the real unit price field used to calculate the value of the journal entry generated by the goods receipt ?
For now, we are using IGN1.Price, but now we think that it is IGN1.StockPrice. Do you confirm it ?
    Thanks in advance
    Best regards

    Hi Sebastien,
If you mention the column 'Item Cost' in the good receipt screen, yes the appropriate SQL table field is IGN1.StockPrice.

  • Problem for Goods Receipt for Subcontracting Purchase Order

    Dear all,
Presently, we are using SAP version 4.6C and we need to introduce GR for
Subcontracting Purchase Order. We have developed a ABAP program to handle
subcon Goods Receipt by uploading flat-files from our subcontractor. The
    scenario is as follows :
Goods Receipt for Subcontracting Purchase Order
    1. In the ABAP program, function BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE will be used for goods
    movement.
    2. Data provided to the function are as follows :
    - Posting date
    - Document date
    - Material number
    - Plant
    - Storage location
    - Batch
    - Movement type (101)
    - Quantity
    - Purchase order number
    - Purchase order item
    - Movement indicator (B - Goods receipt for purchase order)
    3. The function will do data verification and automatically determine GI
    item for subcon stock:
    - Movement type (543)
    - Special stock (O - parts prov. vendor)
    - Material
    - Quantity
    - Plant
    Our problem is that :
Only the GR item in the interface is to be transferred and the GI item is
determined by the system. So, the quantity for subcon stock cannot be
changed using this BAPI. Then the system will continue processing the goods
    receipt and create material document.
Manually, by using transaction code MIGO, the user can display the subcon
stock data and then change the quantity.
By using transaction code MB01, after the user fills in all the GR fields,
the system comes to line item 002 (subcon stock data) and then quantity can
    be changed.
As per user requirement, quantity for GI item must be same with the quantity
that has been transferred to subcon vendor in Delivery for Subcon
    (transaction code VL02N).
We cannot achieve this requirement by using the BAPI mentioned above. Would
appreciate any valuable help from anyone who is able to help us on this
matter. Are there any other BAPI's that can help us to achieve the same
    result ?
Thank you in advance and best regards.

As far as i understood the problem I suggest u to create the
BDC according to user actions that are performed in he manual
    operation.
I can't say that the BAPI performs the exac solution what you want.
I have done some BDC work using MB01 and suggest you to be careful
and try to keep the complete in the logic as some chages in rows in BDC will
change the complete scenario. And throw correct quantity val in correct
    material
    row.
This methodology will help u even in mass uploads.
Or in case of automation u can perform the call transaction BDC in
    background mode.
so As per my understanding bdc program is the solution. pls try and let me
    know.

  • No automatic goods receipt in MFBF

    hi all,
we encounter the following serious problem:
ECC 6.0, REM environment, specific routes (CA01), Rem Profile with obligatory reporting points and Goods receipt at last reporting point.
aditionally in the operation that is backflushed, the control key is set so that GR Automatic takes places.
however, with all those settings (and proper cost calculation) NO goods receipt takes place.
help appreciated & suggestions are welcome. cheers

    Dear mebuzing,
1.First check what REM profile have assigned to the material in the material master in MRP4 view.
2.Now check the settings for this REM profile in OSP2 for reporting point backflush and automatic GR
    posting atlast RP when backflushing.
3.Now for the last operation which you confirm 131 (GR) will be happening for the product which is
    getting confirmed.
4.Check the document that's getting generated during MFBF through MB03.
    Come back with your queries.

  • Resrticting Goods receipt based on cost centre in EBP Version 2.0

    Hi,
I am working with EBP2.0 version & I need to know whether I can restrict the GR with ref. to cost centre in EBP. (ie. Receive any order functionality. We have not defaulted any cost centre & the user will enter the cost centre & GL a/c at the time of creation of shopping cart only.
Is it possible to restrict the Goods Receipt with ref. to cost centre in EBP2.0 version. If so then please let me know how to go about it.
Your immediate response is very much appreciated.
    Regards
    Raghu

    Hi  S.R.P.
There is no control  between GI and GR, you have to make a control using UDF
    for example
1.Add UDF in GR called GI Number
2.and make this field mandatory using SP
3.Ask the user to enter GI number
4.If user enter GI number in GR then choose the item code in GR means, using FMS you can also do automatically load a Warehouse, price,Account code what ever in GI.
5.using sql query report u will get control

  • Should the Goods Receipt Inventory Transaction include Item Cost selection?

When processing a Goods Receipt inventory transaction, the Price List pull down does not display "Item Cost" as a selection.
The user can make the Unit Price field visible and active, compare the cost displayed from the Price List selected to the current Item cost and update if different. This forces the user to be very cost cognizant as none of the price lists available are guaranteed to be equal to the current item cost.
Update of the record can cause a cost revaluation in moving average or a cost varinance account adjustment in a standard cost system.
The companies I have talked to would prefer to select Item Cost in the price list field as they can do in the Stock Posting.
I am looking for further input on this.
    Thanks,
    Jim

    Hi,
Indeed, during the invoice inscription, the information regarding cost centre (or other CO object) is stored on GR/IR account, even (see the explanantion in note 27881). However, for GR there is no standard solution. You can try making a substitution (OBBH), taking the cost centre from the expense line and putting it on GR/IR as well. I doubt, though, if SAP allows GR/IR line item to be changed by substitution...
    Additionally, please check note 378800.
    Regards,
    Eli
P.S. Please, see your thread in FI. Try avoiding cross-posting.

  • Landed costs can not get Goods receipt PO when Goods return made

    Hi, everybody
I need to calculate landed costs and it seems that I can not use when I built a Goods return.
My procedure as follow ( ps: the same vendor number)
    1. created a PO then Goods receipt PO (docNum says 1111) which included 20 quanties for item no AAAA.
    2. created a Goods return which Copy from Goods receipt PO no: 1111, which included 5 quanties for item no AAAA.
    3. next, I try to caculate my Landed costs. I open a new Landed costs and click the button "Goods Receipt PO", but I can not find any Goods receipt PO no: 1111.
What can I do to caculate my exactly landed costs & Goods receipt PO no: 1111 that included 15 quanties?
    Thanks for your help

When you only Returned partial goods from your Receipt.  The Receipt should still be open and you should be able to process the Landed cost. I am not sure why the GR is not showing in the landed costs window.
Please check if the GR is closed by an AP Invoice / by itself.
Otherwise, you will need to process AP Goods Return for the remaining 15 and process a New Goods Receipt for 15.
    Regards

  • Goods Receipt of BOM material- cost centre required for components

I have created a subcontracting PO with a BOM material.
When trying to post a Goods Receipt the components of the BOM material are required to have a cost centre assigned to them.
The profit centre for the BOM material and components are the same. The BOM material does not require a cost centre to be entered in the Goods Receipt as the Profit Centre is allocated to account assignment tab.
Why does the profit centre assigned to the components not default in the account assignment, why is the system asking for a cost centre?

I receive this error when trying to post the material document:Field Cost Ctr is a required field for G/L account 1000 7023000200
    Message no. F5808
    Diagnosis
The value for field "Cost Ctr" in the interface to Financial Accounting is an initial value but you are required to make an entry in the field selection for G/L account "7023000200" in company code "1000" linked to the field selection for posting key "81".
    System Response
    Error
    Procedure
It might be an error in the configuration of the G/L account field selection. The initial application, used to call up the interface must otherwise define a value for field "Cost Ctr". If this is the case, contact the consultant responsible for the application used to call up the interface or get in contact with SAP directly.
