Costing deleted for material, but unable to do costing run

Hi Experts,
After deleting costing for material XXXXX (plant XXXX) it is not picked up by CK40N.
Transaction used for deletion is CKR1.
MM03 shows for this material/plant in tab 'Costing 2' this error when clicking 'current': "No current standard cost estimate exists for material XXXXX in plant XXXX"
Planned price was not set to zero and that I can't give the material a new costing.

Transaction CK11N did not work..
The error message is: "Material XXXXX in plant XXXX has a released cost estimate."
It seems that there is something that is not updated when cost estimate for the material was deleted. Weird thing is, in the material master data, it is showing that cost estimate no longer exist.

It would be much better if you had separate drives for the pictures and Time Machine backups.....but, if you want to use the same drive for both purposes, temporarily move the folder with the pictures to another location for safe storage.
Run the Time Machine backup on the hard drive and verify that everything is working correctly. Time Machine will format the disk for you in Mac OS Extended (Journaled) as part of the backup process.
Then move the folder with the pictures back to the hard drive with the Time Machine backups.
When you have tested to make sure that everything is working again, then and only then should you delete the folder with pictures from the temporary storage area.
Again....it would be much better to keep Time Machine backups on a drive just for that purpose, and other data on another drive for that purpose. This is clearly one of those times when the fact that you can do something does not mean to imply that you should do it.

ATV2 Connected with HDMI for video and fiber optics for Sound but unable to located the fiber optics option in ATV2

hello everyone, I currently have my ATV2 connected from HDMI to my TV for Audio&Video but I want to run just my HDMI for Video and my Fiber optics cable for my Sound. I am unable to locate in the settings where I can change my sound to Fiber optics output.

ok so I figured it out.. I just needed to go into my surround sound and select optical out.

Trying to download driver for printer but unable to find device on wireless network

I was having trouble printing from my Macbook Pro to my HP Photosmart 5510 printer, so removed the printer and then tried to re-install the driver from the HP site. I go through the process but then my mac is unable to find the printer - the circle keeps going round trying to find it - but no luck. I have turned the printer on and off but no joy. Help please - thanks

As per the GPO link, this is a two step process
#You use [http://sourceforge.net/projects/firefoxadm/ FirefoxADM] to build the registry keys that can be deployed using AD and GPO to all the end-user computers
#Use the [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/gpo-for-firefox/ GPO for Firefox] to read these registry keys and convert them into Firefox preferences
So, based on what you are saying, the first is happening - the registry keys are getting updated on the destination computer, but the second is failing. Is that the issue?

No Valuation view for material but entries in MBEW

Hi all,
The material I am using is non-valued material without any accounting view , But it still has got entries in MBEW table.
While creating sales order its picking the rate from MBEW table with price condition type Z***(Same As VPRS) .
setting For condition Z*** are
Cond. class B( Prices)
Calculat.type G(Formula)
Cond.category G (Internal pr)
Any input will be appreciable.

Just go to u201COMS2u201D, select u201DUNBWu201D (Non-Valuated Material), then check under valuation u201CPrice controlu201D field should be u201Cblanku201D and also for u201CQuantity / Value updateu201D for your "plant" just Check only u201CQty. Updationu201D and u201Cunchecku201D all others (i.e. Value updtn. etc.), then save and check.
Hope it should work out, still further you can consult your u201CMMu201D experts.

Create/Change/Delete for material

Hi Experts.
I have to create an application is which i have to create new material, change existing SAP materials & delete sap existing materials.
I am not sure which approach is good:-
1. 1 view for create / change / delete
2. saperate view for create change & delete.
If i go with the first case how do to perform it (how to use create view as change & delete view) I created a view for create materials. For change & delete i created a search view which gives a list of SAP existing materials based on selection criteria. Now how to pass selected materials data to the create view so that i can see it in edit mode (in Create view) if user presses change. or how to display the selected material data in display mode (in create view) for deletion.
If i go with the 2nd option then also how to pass Selected material from the search to change & delete view.
Not sure where do i have to create context methods etc for such functionalities.

do u mean , u have the records in ur data base table and u want ur records to be listed down in a drop down , in ur create view
if so , u can use dropdown by index ..
if u wish to use drop down by index , thn proceed like this :
1 declare a context node of cardinality 0..n
2 declare attribute of type string under it . The attribute name should be exactly the same as that in database table '
eg if u want to poulate values for a field ' SYS' from table , than giv the attribute name as 'SYS' in context attribute
3 declare internal table of type standard table
4 populate internal table with values
5 take the refernce of the node , u have created
6 bind it with the internal table
the dropdown by index wud nw contain app values

My Project ready for delivery but unable to deploy using Oracle Installer

I used Project Builder for make my project ready for delivery.
As normal way of deploying Application is based on the instruction using the project builder and Oracle installer.
But when i attempt to used Oracle installer, the from look up menu box it doest appear my project application.
Is there any way i can test and load my application. Currently my project application still resides on Bin directory that every time is used to open my project, it always passed on the obecject navigator i want to hide all this things.
Can canyone help me>>

PAID FOR APP BUT UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD IT

Hey, i am hoping someone here can help me - i have used the "contact us" option with ovi store a few times and still had no response (despite receiving auto acknowledgements each time along with a customer care feedback survey)
I purchased an app on the ovi store, and have received my email receipt, but the download failed, the paid for app is not showing up in the 'my stuff' section for re-downloading, and it will not let me get it again without paying for it again

I have this problem too.
Via Ovi Store on my e75 I bought a flashlight app.
Payment went by SMS.
After sending the automated sms's and receiving confirmation reports the app displayed a message about connection error (something) and nope nothing happens.
no downloadable app.
I checked billing online and the app was paid for.
After the first error message I tried again.
And because of that I paid even twice for the app.
Is there a way for refund?
After a while I received a confirmations by SMS with a transaction codes.
But I don't know what to do with it.

Zen Micro needs firmware update for Vista, but what now as it fail

As I now use Vista (paid for by my work) I came to install my Zen Micro which wasn't recognised so I came to the website and discovered that you need version 2 of the firmware for it to be compatible with Vista. Having never had the need to upgrade before I was still on Version one so I downloaded it onto my other WinXP machine?which I've used my Zen on alot before to do the upgrade. Started the upgrade and all seemed to be well until a point a 3rd of the way through a box came up asking what I'd like to do with the device (like the one when a USB key inserted). Leaving the upgrade I returned hour later to see nothing has changed and the upgrade has failed.
I've tried all the options with recovery mode but it still just shows up as having version 0.0.65 and when inserted into a PC shows up as a?Creative Zen Micro?in device manage and has a 20MB disk partition for storage but when I try and run a firmware patch it says its not connected.
Looking round this forum this seems to be quite common upto now but with the release of Vista people are forced to take the 'risk' of running a firmware update that when it fails doesn't seem to be recoverable even in recovery mode. Please can you look into updating the firmware to find these devices that it can't see, for many years I've laughed at my friends with their crashing ipods that need charging everyday due to not being able to change the battery but it now seems the jokes on me.

Unable to Rollback Payroll Run

We have run payroll process for a period. But unable to rollback the run.
When we try to rollback, we get error.
Error is:
ORA-01403: no data found
FRM-40735: KEY-DELREC trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06502.
How to resolve?.
How to rollback thru backend using py_rollback_pkg.
Kindly let me know the steps.

a) We can execute the Standard cost Estimate/Costing Run-CK40 N only for Current period and also for Future posting periods. However it is not possible for u201Cpast/completed/closed periods. Again, you can u201CMarku201D the standard price for current and future periods. For u201CReleasingu201D the standard price, you need to wait for opening of the respective posting period. In your case, on 29/11/2009, you can complete the Costing Run-CK40N steps till u201CMarkingu201D of standard price. To u201CRelease the standard price for the material, you need to wait till opening of 12-posting period. If you want to execute u201CCosting Runu201D for individual materials for specific plant, use t-code CK11N and for Mark and Release of material standard price, use t-code-CK24. Otherwise, for Costing Run of Group/Mass Material s for all the Plants, and also Mark and Release of all materials prices, use t-code-CK40N.
b) how the Cost Change posts to the P&L and also how the material master gets updated...
By executing the u201CStandard Cost Estimate--Costing Run-CK40N, we can get the planned price/standard price for current or future periods. The respective material master will be updated with u201CCurrent Standard Priceu201D. NO ACCOUNTING ENTRIES WILL BE GENERATED.
The system will automatically posts the P&L GL accounting entries only during the u201CActual consumption of materialu201D, i.e., during execution of Back-flush and Confirmation of Production/process Orders.

What was the app you are referring to? I'm not aware of anything on the app store that is designed to do that, unless you're talking about an app that was causing a problem...

Delete cost run & reset release for current month

For our client we have created a new plant while testing this plant user created a material and they have done a cost run in ck11n with costing varient zv01 but in they released the cost with costing varient ppc1 with this system got inconsistency and not not allowing to release cost for any other material in the current month if we try to mark it for next month it is working fine.
we deleted the cost run through ck44 & ckr1 then also we are faceing the same problem. Kindly give me the solution how can i reset the release and later i want to run the ck11n & ck24 for material in the current month to do the production cycle. please consider this is as a urgent.

Whether you should do MR21 or not ??
a. If the cost estimate you reversed belongs to Last month and you are going to post the GR in last month then you should do MR21
b. if the cost estimate you reversed belongs to may and GR will also be posted in May - No need for Mr21... Because, even though you release cost on say, may 2nd, the cost always gets released from the Start of the Month

Costing run with values for material from info record.

Hi All
there is requirement with my client, that when i run my costing run the values of the components in BOM should be from the latest purchase order.
For this i am maintined valuation criteria as price from info record and sub strategy as gross price from PO.
When i am create a PO the info record is created automatically in background. So when i run costing run the value is picked correctly.
Now when i create a PO with same material from diff vendor the info record is generated, but on costing run it picks the value from the info record of earlier vendor. For this i go and check the conditions tab in info record, ensure its balnk and save it. Again generate new PO and then run a costing run. This time the system reads the latest info record.
My problem is that i want to ensure that during the costing run, system should read the latest info record w/o manual intervention. System behaviour is not consistent when there is multiple vendor and same material info records. Sometimes it pick up the value and sometimes it refers the old info record.
Can any one help me out in resolving this issue. Its critical.

Hi!
Generally first info records will be created with vendor, then PO will be created, based on info records price, price will be updated in PO.
If you have more than one vendor for same material, you have to create info records for each vendor. then you need to maintain source list, where you can fix the vendor. If there is no fix vendor, then you can do schedule agreement with vendors, where you have to give proportionate percentages again each vendor.
Now for costing run :
1. if you have only one info record, the price will take from that info record.
2. if you have more than one info record, you need to mantain source list, where you can tick the fixed vendor, then system will take price from that vendor info record.
3. if there is no fixed vendor and you have maintained scehduel agreement with weightage to vendor, then higher percentage vendor info record price will be picked up.
4. if you have more info reocrds, not maintianed source list or schedule agreement, price will be picked up from first info record ( based on info record creation date).
5. if you have a schedule agreement, but you have given equal weightage for example 50% and 50%, then also system will pick up from first info record.
i think it is clear now.
